"What's? Dinner?"

Bella was a little surprised to hear the information that Kay's assistant had just delivered.

How'this? I haven't even prepared any plans to meet that cunning woman. Inner Bella.

Just as she heard the name being discussed by Aarav and Alex, Kay instead gave her information that the woman wanted to invite them to dinner together.

"Yes, dinner. I'm actually not so sure you'd be willing, so I didn't agree to the invitation right away" Kay explained.

"Have you told this to President Huang?" Anna asked back.

"Yet. You're the first person I'm telling."

Bella was silent, thinking of a solution to this one problem. But after he thought about it, he finally agreed to the invitation, anyway sooner or later they will definitely meet later too. Moreover, the second mission that he was currently running was also related to that woman.

"Why are you so long?" alex asked as soon as Aarav and Rex had left the restaurant. "A little later, I will leave you immediately."

"Sorry, President." Only two words came out of Anna's mouth until she and Alex walked out into the restaurant's parking lot. Regarding the dinner call from Carissa Harold, let Kay's assistant tell the man.

"After this, my schedule is empty, right?" ask Alex.

"Yes right, President."

"Then you go back to the office, I still have important business that I have to finish" he said. "Oh yeah, I called Kay to come get you here. It just so happens that his position is now in an area near here, so he won't make you wait long."

"Okay, President, no problem. Then you're careful on the road," Anna's message once saw President Huang about to enter his luxury car.

Meanwhile, while Alex was sitting in his car, he quietly looked at Anna's secretary from behind the window.

"Just walk first, I'll tell you later" he replied as he pulled the phone out of his pocket. Along with the exit of the phone from his pocket, a dazzling object with a floral motif came out from inside. Apparently Anna's secretary's hairpin that had fallen was Alex who took it and kept it.

Alex smiled as he put the object back in his other pocket, and his hand began to dance on the screen of his phone while dialing someone's number.

A few seconds later, a man's voice began to sound. "Hello, President Huang. Can I help you?"

"Doctor Aris, are you in place? I want to check my eye condition. Looks like my eyes are starting to get in trouble."😆

Late afternoon at work.

"Secretary Anna, is your work done?" ask Kay's assistant.

"A little more, Assistant Kay. Wait a minute," replied Anna's secretary.

This afternoon the plan was after they got home from work, they wanted to go to the boutique to find a suit and evening dress for them to wear later tonight while attending a dinner invitation from their boss' fiancee.

After Anna's work was done, she and Kay immediately went down to the parking lot. However, just as Kay was about to drive her car out of the company location, her phone suddenly rang. After he checked apparently a call from one of the trust managers at one of the Hawei Group branch offices outside the city.

Uh, Tumben manager Lu called me. There must be something important he wants to say. Inner Kay before she finally answered the call.

"Hello, Manager Lu. What's up?" ask Kay.

"Hello, Mr. Kaysan. I'd like to convey something very important, sir."

"What matters is that, Manager Lu?" ask Kay curious.

"Look, Mr. Kaysan, there's a big problem with our new land project" he replied.

"What?! The land is troubled! Problematic how does that mean, Manager Lu? Wasn't it okay before, just waiting for the landowners to sign the sale agreement."

Kay was obviously surprised. How not, President Huang has disbursed such a large fund just to build a tourism place that covers tens of hectares. If the land is problematic, it means that their company will experience a lot of losses.

Manager Lu then explained the subject in detail to Kay without anything she covered up.

"Then what about dinner?" ask Anna. She still has time to think about it.

After 2 hours of air travel, Anna, Alex, and Kay finally arrive at their destination. Their arrival was indeed immediately welcomed by Manager Lu and the other branch company higher-ups.

After enjoying the dinner prepared by Manager Lu and the others, they decided to take a break at the hotel.

"Anna, don't you want to go out for a walk for a while before bed? It's only 9 p.m., it's too soon for us to fall asleep. You certainly don't know yet 'kan that this Z city is very beautiful at night," asked Kay. Currently, the three of them are being escorted by one of the hotel managers to their respective rooms that are located close to each other.

Since then Alex's eyes can not fall asleep, thinking about Anna who is now out with Kay makes himself unable to calm down. All he did was stare at the clock-pointed number that was on his wrist, and once in a while he stood behind the door to peek through the door peephole whether the two people had returned to their respective rooms or not.

"Ck, what am I doing? Why should I worry about it? Is he ready for me?" alex muttered as he moved from behind the door after realizing what he had been doing for almost an hour.

The man then sat in one of the mini bar chairs available in his room, then poured a little wi*e and chugged it until it ran out.

"Acci ...."

It was not enough to drink just a little, Alex continued to pour the liquor until he had unconsciously spent more than half the bottle. And now, he was so drunk that he kept on raving about Anna.

"Conscious Alex, she's not Bella. She's Anna, the bar-bar girl you've always hated so much" she said, wanting to wake herself up. "They're both just similar, but not the same person" he said, chugging a drink straight from his bottle.

"When, doctor Aris said there was nothing wrong with my eyes, then why do I often see her as Bella? I could go crazy for a long time."

That is, until in the end Alex lost consciousness because he was drunk.
