The Nine Celestial Guard was vying with each other to increase strength, during the time of becoming the Guardian of Tianwu Realm. The increase in their strength came from the Tianwu Realm, hence they did not want any other party or greedy ruler to be in the Tianwu Realm, except for the opening of the Tianwu Conference.
