Chap 12: Creating the First Permission Card

It seems that they were talking about something serious, to the point of having to create a special field.

"Well, you can write the name here and then drop your blood as proof of ownership." The receptionist replied, he handed her an empty kerta

Lu Chang took it and then wrote down his name, after which he dripped his blood and gave it to the receptionist, after which he waited for a while and then the receptionist gave him a silver business card.

"This is your permit card, this card can be used to enter other cities but there is an expiration period, so once every 4 months you have to extend the time of its users in the nearest city otherwise you have to recreate the permit card." The receptionist was polite.

"All right." Then Lu Chang handed over 3 gold coins to the receptionist, then returned before the guards. He was also allowed to enter.
