THE TORTURED WIFE

Lara waited for Alex to pick her up, but until night Alex never went to pick her up. He finally fell asleep in the guest room. Alex came home soon. He saw Lara sleeping on the living room couch. Alex holds Lara in his arms, but she wakes Lara up from her sleep.

"Alex you just got home?"ask Lara.

"There's business I have to take care of Lara, tomorrow morning I'll take you to the office" Alex said.

"Whatever" said Lara.

Alex carries Lara to his room.

He lays Lara in bed and she takes off her clothes in front of Lara.

"Alex why are you taking off your shirt in front of me?" ask Lara.

Alex went straight to Lara and looked her in the eyes.

"Darling, it's not like you've seen me this often. Do you want to hold it so you're sure?"ask Alex.

Alex kisses Lara's lips but is held back by Lara's hand.

"Darling why? don't you want me to kiss?"

ask Alex.

"You haven't bathed Alex, the rest of the wild women are still left in your body" Lara said..

"You're jealous if I'm with a wild woman out there?"ask Alex.

"Why should I be jealous of predators who have hurt me" Lara said.

"I'm gonna take a shower, do you want to come with me, baby?"ask Alex.

"No, I'm tired of waiting for you all day with the wild women out there" Lara said.

"I like that you're starting to get possessive of me, baby. Take it easy, I won't be tempted by the wild women out there" Alex said.

Alex walked into the toilet. Lara was still sitting in her bed.

"You lied to Alex, where maybe a guy like you doesn't have a wild woman out there" Lara said.

"But I don't care about that, I just want you to quickly rot in jail and regret everything you did there later" Lara said

Lara turns on the television in her room, she sees a romantic movie. Alex, who had just come out of the toilet, sat down next to Lara and watched the movie.

"Do you like romantic movies?"ask Alex.

"Like it, but my tragic life is not the same as that romantic movie" Lara said.

"I'm going to make your life the same as in that romantic movie Lara" Alex said.

Alex took a diamond necklace from his briefcase and put it on Lara's neck.

She kissed Lara's cheek after putting on the diamond necklace.

"You look more and more beautiful after wearing that diamond necklace" Alex said.

"The diamond necklace is precious but the woman who wears it is worthless like her necklace" Lara said.

"It's a shame I'm sorry for all my mistakes, if necessary, I'll apologize every day" Alex said.

Lara just kept quiet to hear Alex.

That night it was raining heavily, strong winds and the sound of lightning striking very hard. Lara was immediately shocked and hugged Alex.

"You're starting to hug me, Lara, then I'm gonna hug you for a change" Alex said.

Alex hugged Lara tightly who was frightened by the sound of lightning striking so hard.

"It feels warm and cozy, but why is this just a figure of speech. Alex, if you weren't cruel to me, maybe this warmth would feel wonderful" Lara said in her heart.

"Dear you want to sleep, let me accompany you and hold you so you don't be afraid to hear the sound of lightning anymore" Alex said.

Lara slept in Alex's arms until morning. When Lara woke up, Alex was no longer in her bed.She was looking for Alex, it turns out that Alex was ordering servants to cook Lara's favorite dishes.

"Alex are you awake?"ask Lara.

"Of course, I want to prepare all the best for you, baby" Alex said.

Lara just kept quiet and did not respond to Alex's words and returned to her room. He took a shower and changed clothes and went down to the dining room to have breakfast with Alex.

"Dear today come with me to the office, right?"alex asked while looking at Lara.

"No problem if I go to your office?"ask Lara back.

"Of course not, I'm glad I love to know my job all this time" Alex said.

"I really want to know what your real job is Alex" Lara said in her heart.

"Good then" said Lara.

Finished breakfast, Alex and Lara go together to Alex's company. Alex takes Lara by the hand as she gets out of her car. They walked into the company. All the employees greeted and saluted the two of them.

"You see honey, you're so respected here as my wife" Alex said.

"Because they don't know what you've done to me before" Lara quipped Alex.

"Darling can you not be mad at me for a moment" Alex said.

Alex and Lara walk into Alex's office. Alex immediately tells Lara to sit in her seat of pride, which is usually used for her to work.

"You deserve to sit there baby, you look powerful" Alex said.

"If I can rule, I want you to be my prey" Lara said.

Hearing that, Alex walked over to Lara and kissed her lips.

"I want to be your prey baby" Alex said.

Lara just stared at Alex with a cynic and indifference.

Shortly Alex gets a call from his business partner.Alex goes straight out of the room.

"It's time for me to look for proof of that, I have to start at this table. So many files here" said Lara.

Lara began to read one file at a time. But I haven't found that evidence yet. Lara started looking into the bookshelf in the room. Then he looked into the drawers and cabinets where Alex kept the company's maps and files.

"All of these files are about Alex's efforts with regard to iron and steel. Then where Alex keeps files or maybe files that have something to do with his illegal business" Lara said.

"He's really full of secrets, am I still not totality approaching him? he never even told me about his illegal business" Lara said.

"I don't think I'm the person he trusts yet. I have to be the person she trusts to get proof of that" Lara said.

Lara just sat back in that chair. He was thinking about how to get rid of his hatred when he was close to Alex, so that Alex would believe and want to share stories about his illegal business.
