It has now been 3 months since Sasha announced her 2nd pregnancy. Since then Miko has slowly begun to distance herself from her.

"Leon, don't you think Miko has been cold to me lately?"

"Now that you mention it, she's not glaring at me for touching you since you told her that you were pregnant."

"Do you think he's jealous?"

“No way, he's still a baby. He doesn't understand something as complicated as jealousy.”

Sasha and Leon were sitting together in the kitchen. They were watching their son "play" in the backyard.

"I don't know. I'm starting to feel lonely...”.

Sasha said with a serious expression on her face.

Miko heard their conversation and glanced at him, before turning her head again.

Sasha was a little surprised when she saw that.

(Aren't you too cold for them? Your father is nothing new, but don't you always hold on to your mother every chance you get?)

'She's not my mother. My mother's dead, you know that.'

(No, Logan Cross's mother is dead. Gamiko Dragna's mother was there like she was going to cry.)

(Disregarding me, yes. Okay, do things your way.)

'He has a second child ....'

(What? Don't tell me you're jealous?)

'Far from it. I planned to leave them when I was strong enough to travel alone. The second child should have made it easier for them to let me go.'

Miko slowly entered the kitchen and walked past her parents, without looking at them in the slightest.

Later that night, Miko hears a voice coming from somewhere in the house and wakes up.

He looked next to her and realized that he was alone in bed.

Feeling uncomfortable, he got up and left the room.

He quietly headed for the kitchen, and saw a dangerous sight.

“Hmm! Hm!”

Sasha tied up and muzzled.

“What kind of Bondage game are they both doing?”

Miko said to herself. Of course he's kidding.

He knew that his parents did not like the deviation of that level.

And besides if they were, Leon would probably be the one to be tied up.

Miko immediately knew what kind of situation she was in.

“Theft, yes? Am I or am I like a magnet for these kinds of things?"

Miko looked and saw three people digging around the house. They are clearly thieves.

“Well, how should I handle this? From the fact that I didn't see Leon means he's not here. What did he do, leave his pregnant wife and his two-year-old son alone?”

Miko's impression of her father is getting worse.

“I can't accept it now. Should I let them do as they please? No, there's a good chance they'll take Sasha as they go. They would probably keep it as their toy or sell it as a slave. This is a world full of gods and demons, so I believe slavery is here.”

Miko immediately thought of all the bad things that could happen to Sasha if she was not saved.

Hearing the conversation of the men, Sasha began to struggle even harder to free herself.

The reason why he did not use magic to burn the rope, was because magic was pressing heavily on the body. Therefore pregnant women are advised not to use magic, otherwise it can cause miscarriage.

Sasha desperately tries to crawl away, but one of the men catches her and slaps her.

"Sit idly! I'm pissed off, because of your poor family!”

“…….”

Sasha glared at the man with red cheeks.

“You're small..!”

When the man saw that, he became even more furious.

"Who are you glaring at ?!"

He raised his hand to hit her again.

“?!”

But just as he was about to swing his hand, his body froze.

“A-What?”

It was unlike anything that was done to his body. His arm stopped by itself. Or rather, by reflex.

"P-What feeling is this?"

The man felt a chill on his back, as he was about to hit Sasha. The coldness was so cold that his body froze.

He realized that his palms had become sweaty, and before realizing it his knees had begun to tremble.

"Mama!"

Suddenly he heard the voice of a child. He then saw a blue-haired baby running towards the woman.

He involuntarily let her go, and she fell to the ground.

"Mama!"

The baby, whom he did not know whether it was a boy or a girl, hugged the woman and removed the plaster from her mouth.

Before the man realized it, the coldness disappeared. Confused him by what happened.

“Miko! Run out of here and find dad!”

But he gasped when he heard Sasha's voice.

"What's? Is there a baby here?”

"Should we sell it too?"

Two other men looked at the baby, and spoke from the other side of the room.

“No. Baby doesn't really sell that fast, so we'll just lose the money raising him until he can be sold.”

"So so. Then Jackson, kill the baby and grab the girl.”

The man who slapped Sasha was named Jackson.

He looked back at his comrades, with a slightly bewildered expression.

"What's? You can't do it. Isn't this kind of thing your hobby?”

One of the men mocked Jackson.

“J-Don't underestimate me! I will kill this boy without any problem! ”

Answer Jackson.

"good. Then we'll wait outside. The way you kill people makes me sick.”

After saying that, the two men left outside. Leaving Jackson alone with Sasha and Miko.

He looked at Miko. He looked at Jackson with tears(?) in his eyes.

Jackson put on a sadistic smile and kicked him.

“Guh!”

“Hm?”

Her feet hit the meat but it wasn't Miko's feet. Sasha had jumped in the street and protected him.

This surprised both Miko and Jackson.

"Don't you dare touch my baby!"

This infuriated Jackson and he stepped on it.

“You pissed me off! Just sit like good merchandise! ”

He repeatedly steps on her, and then tries to kick Miko again.

“Hah?!”

But, Sasha bit her leg with all her strength.

“Ugh! Your ******! Go!"

Jackson starts punching Sasha in the head, but he doesn't let go.

When he saw the punch was not working, he started kicking it with his free leg.

"Let go! Depart! The filth!"

He started mixing the punches with kicks. But he still won't let go.

Even when blood started dripping from his mouth and nose, he did not let go. Even when his head started bleeding, he continued to immerse his teeth into the jackson's flesh.

Miko watched the desperate Sasha with a surprised expression.

She knows that it is normal for a mother to do anything to protect her child. He knows. But he had never witnessed it in person.

For the first time in her two lives, Miko is protected by her mother. And this, confused him.

Jackson is in a state of rage, kicking Sasha's stomach.

He rolled across the room, holding his stomach.

Sasha started screaming with tears in her eyes. Fear was in his voice.

Not fear for himself, but fear for his unborn child.

"What's? You pregnant? I don't know because of the nightgown you're wearing.”

Jackson angrily walked towards Sasha. He pulled a knife from behind him.

“Pregnant mothers are cheap. So, I have to delete it for you.”

He slapped a knife into Sasha's stomach.

“This is a cruel world where the strong eat the weak, this is not for weak babies! You should thank me for the free abortion! ”

He raised a knife to stab Sasha. But then-

“?!”

His body froze again. This time the cold was much worse.

“A-What is it?”

His body began to tremble, causing him to drop a knife.

Jackson looked at his trembling hands, and finally came to his senses.

She's afraid.

His body instinctively feared something.

Jackson quickly turned to look for her, and saw a baby.

The baby glared at him. He's sure.

"……That's it?"

That baby, Miko's gaze is not human.

It was more like a beast. No, monster.

His eyes were cold and emotionless; but at the same time barbaric and frightening.

It doesn't fit with the baby at all.

"What…?"

Jackson reflexively backed off.

The longer he looked into the baby's eyes, the more frightened he became.

He felt as if his soul was slowly leaving his body. His blood flowed cold as ice.

“A-What the hell..?”

Shaking and sweating will not stop.

She did not know if it was fear that caused her to hallucinate, but she felt as if there was a black beast standing behind the baby.

There was blood dripping from his fangs and claws. His eyes were fierce and shouted danger.

The animal behind the baby looked hungry.

Jackson saw his long tail encircling his body.

Jackson yells causing Sasha to look towards Miko as well.

He also felt a chill run down his spine. She instinctively feared her son.

But it was only for a moment. Because he knew that his son was angry for his sake.

“Mi-”

“Haaaaaaah!”

Just as he was about to say something, Jackson ran over and desperately kicked Miko.

“Miko?!”

He rolled across the room and Jackson rushed towards him with a different knife.

"Dead, you monster?!"

He tried to stab her, but her body once again froze. But this time it felt like even his heart had stopped beating for a while.

“Ek!”

He dodged when he saw Miko slowly standing up.

His gaze became more intense.

"Dead?"

A dark and emotionless voice came out from the baby's mouth.

The monster behind him turned into a burning skeleton.

“Haaaaaa!”

Jackson screamed as the skeletal hand went into his chest and gripped his heart.

“Haaaaa! I don't want to die! I don't want to die! I don't want to die!”

"Why? It's not too bad, you know?”

Jackson saw.

What was in the mouth of the baby was not a tooth belonging to the human race, but rather a sharp fang that resembled a demon tooth.

That's when he realized.

What stood in front of him was a bloodthirsty monster on human skin.

"B-help!"

At the writhing Jackson, Miko smiled gently and said.

"Dead."

“Haaaaa!....Guh?!”

Jackson was hit in the head with an iron rod and fell to the floor.

Of course, it wasn't Miko who did it.

“Miko! Sash! Are you two okay ?! ”

It was Leon.

He had a stick in his hand and his clothes were torn.

'….He must have fought with the ones outside. The fact that he's here means he's taking them out. From the amount of blood in the club, he obviously killed them.'

Miko learned of the situation within seconds of observing her father's condition.

He watches as Leon enters the room, and buys time for him to take down Jackson.

"I don't know what she saw when she looked at me, but it helped me a little."

Jackson was the only one who saw the illusion. Miko doesn't know what she saw, but she chooses to take advantage of it.

Sasha didn't see it either. That look scared her.

Leon walked towards Sasha who was severely injured.

“Leon, baby..”.

Sasha spoke in a weak voice.

"Don't worry. I'm sure it's okay. After all, it was the descendant of the Dragon Goddess Tiamat. I'm sure he's protecting her.”

'……Huh? Tiamat's descendants?!'

Miko was shocked when she heard this.

But, he decided to ask Tiamat later.

For now taking care of her mother is more important.

That night they contacted the guards and told them to clean up the thieves.

They also went to the doctor to check on the baby.

They learned two things about Sasha's pregnancy that night.

First, the baby is safe.

And second, Sasha has twins.
