Jerry is a friend of Ale who works as a doctor
"Yes, you wait, I check on the floor" said Jerry then ran in, to check on Sisil
Momy Unna and the others have arrived at the hospital, there are also Alvaro's parents
"How is Sisil doing?" ask Unna worried
"Not knowing Mom, Sisil is still being examined" Ale explained
Jerry's out of the room
"Where's Jer?" ask Ale
"Sisil's stricken bullet line should be operated on immediately, and he needs a blood donor" Jerry said
"Quick rotation, take my blood" Ale said
"But Sisil needs 7 blood bags"
"Take gw's blood" Alvaro said
"Yaudah, come with me to draw blood" the Sister asked
Ale and Alvaro follow Sister
After taking Ale and Alvaro's blood back
They were all waiting in front of the operating room
Alvaro looks pale because he donated 4 blood bags
Momy Unna who saw Alvaro pale also took a drink for him
"Al drink first" said Unna giving a bottle of water

Alvaro only cried in silence as well as Ale
Mama Alvaro tries to calm Alvaro down so as not to blame herself
Vera et al also cried but Devano et al tried to calm them down
"Ma, Sister Sisil will be fine, right?" ask Serena to Aunt Rosa

"Honey don't cry, Mama will be fine" said Momy Unna to calm Baby Iel to stop crying
Baby Iel did not stop crying
Alvaro stood up and walked over to Baby Iel
"Hust cup cup good children should not cry, Mama must be fine" said Alvaro holding Baby Iel
Baby Iel then shut up and hugged Alvaro tightly
Alvaro brought Baby Iel back to sit and hugged him
Jerry came out of the operating room
"Where is Doc, my son's situation?" ask Momy Unna to Jerry
"The operation went well, now Sisil will be transferred to the hospital room, but he will wake up in the next 2 or 3 days, or he will likely be in a coma" said Jerry
"VVIP" Ale said Jerry
Then the nurse brought Sisil's gurney and moved him from the operating room into the VVIP ward
"Here Al, Baby Iel let Mama aja who is fat" said Mama Alvaro

Then Alvaro gave Baby Iel to his Mama
In the VVIP room, Alvaro held Sisil's hand hoping he would wake up
"Al, Momy and the others went home first yes, pity Sena et al" said Momy Unna embraced by Alvaro

"Sister, Brother woke up dong" said Dinda who could not bear to see Sisil lying weak
"Udah ya Darling, later Sisil will wake up, now you go home first, I'm sorry for your soy sauce" said Devano stroked Dinda's back

Ale, Alvaro, Baby Iel and Mama Papa Alvaro
"Well, you guys go home first, it's baby Iel's pity" Alvaro said
"Yes Papah same Mamah go home first, this Baby Iel let the same Mom first" said Papa Alvaro then leave the room
