Working In Team

I started to join the team of workers. Some people are hard to deal with and some people are pretty good on that team. I'm friends with two girls, named Sherina and Tina. They both just graduated and originally joined the company as interns and are now full-time employees.

We're in the cafeteria now, because it's time for lunch.

"So, do you like the team and the job?" Ask Sherina to me.

"Everything is good, there are only a few good people on our team. But our team leader is hard to deal with." Reply me.

Let me tell you about our team leader, Mr. John. He's a very difficult man to deal with. Whatever I suggest, he always has a problem with whatever I say. He's a real bitch.

For example, I once gave an opinion.

"Why don't we try with this color alone. I think it's a perfect fit and will give you a..."

"Hey fucking girl! Are you trying to order me? If you forget I'm the leader of the team." Said Mr. John to me.

"No sir, I'm just giving you a suggestion." My speech.

"Come on, don't waste time. We need to focus." His words suddenly cut off my words at that moment.

That day he was so overrated on me.

'Ah, I became very angry at him.'

"Hey fucking girl! Don't think too highly, just because the boss praises you. We don't want your stupid idea. You fucking girl! You think who you are." Said Mr. John.

Damn it, Mr. John always looked at me with anger.

"Sir, for the last time my name is Hana not a fucking and I think this is a good idea." My speech. "I won't back down this time." My next.

I laughed in my heart too.

"I said no. That's a bad idea." Said Mr. John.

"Why don't we vote and just look at the results." My speech.

After the vote, our team room was completely frozen. It happened because someone seemed unhappy. I can only grin.

"So sir, I think we should run my idea." I smiled with evil in my head.

And after that day, things got worse. Mr. John now deliberately gives me a lot of work as he pleases.

"Hey, he's jealous of you. He's not really evil." Tina Yoke.

"I don't feel like him. So why is he so cruel to me. I don't even remember that I was doing anything wrong to him." Reply me.

Sherina looked around then she approached me and told me to get closer to her. I'm actually so happy to gossip, who doesn't like to gossip.

"That's totally absurd and if our boss is scary, does the boss know that Mr. John likes him?" I said to Sherina.

Sherina and Tina, they both looked at each other with a sweat.

"For that matter, we don't know if the boss found out about Mr. John liking the boss. But the boss is scary. You never saw him, how he got his revenge." Tina Yoke.

I smiled awkwardly then changed the subject.

Who better person knows his cruel side than I do. He does not forgive anyone who hurts his family and he will never forgive me for my past mistakes. And that leaves me speechless, whenever I remember the shame I faced when I tried to kill his pregnant wife, Mira.

My face is on the list he's looking for the most. My family business will go bankrupt. The disappointed look in my parents' eyes, the anger from my sister's eyes because I was her career was going to go awry. My fingers are trembling. I was a fool in the past.

"Hana.... Hannah...."

Suddenly someone shook my body and I went back to the present. The two, Sherina and Tina, looked at me seriously.

"Are you okay?" Askthem.

"Yes I'm fine. Let's get back to work." Reply me.

It's now 1 month or so until I end up working in this office.

'It's okay Hana. After finishing everything you won't see it again.'

Actually in a month I rarely saw Louis. He was so busy with new projects and after that first meeting, he went to town X to do other business. So I'm so happy because I don't have to see it every day.

I didn't feel that I could calm my heart when I was nearby.

'Why, why, why can't I hate him? Why?'

No matter how much I try to hate him, I still can't. But this time I won't fall in love with him. I won't be between him and Mira.

"Hana...." Suddenly Martha called me.

"Yes Martha." My speech.

"Sir Louis asked you to come to his office." Martha said.

'What? When did he come back and why did he suddenly call me to meet him?'
