Sky City was the largest city in the Sky Empire as well as the capital of the Sky Empire where the existence of the sky palace was, which was the residence of the Celestial Emperor. The area of the Sky City was vast, when compared to the area of the capital of the Lightning Empire, it took five capitals of the Lightning Empire to match the area of the Sky City. Almost all of the Imperial Emperors in the Sky Realm had gathered in the sky palace hall, only two Emperor figures had yet to come. The first figure was Ling Yuan, the Emperor of the Celestial Empire, and the second figure was Lin Feng the Emperor of the Lightning Empire who was not expected to come in the meeting this time.
“What did the Lightning Empire not send their Emperor like the previous years?” asked Wen Tian, Emperor of the Element Empire.
