Surgical procedure

Tension occurs in an operating room full of medical devices. Jolie was lying weakly on top of the gurney, to the four doctors surrounding her, there was Indra, Arman and two other doctors also there was a nurse who was constantly monitoring the monitor beside her.

"Doctor's pulse is weakening."

"His heart rate's dropping" said a nurse who was monitoring the monitor.

"We have to do the doctor's surgery immediately" said a female doctor.

"But the blood is so low, our blood-strapped patients can't do it" Dr Arman said.

"Then how?" ask doctor wantita.

"Take the stock of blood that is still available, however we must do it." said Indra, the woman's doctor nodded and ran out to take the blood stock in the BDRS (Hospital blood bank).

"We must try to save her" said Indra whose face was filled with sweat.

While outside the room the Eagle stood while pacing indeterminate, his heart was now agitated at the thought of his wife in the operating room who was struggling for his life.

Joy sat down while looking down on the waiting chair, her two fingers linked together. His heart was now as restless as the Eagle, until he forgot to tell Stella.

"I haven't told Stella" said Joy, who reached into her phone. There were a lot of missed calls from Stella. Joy sighed for a moment, then called Stella back.

"Joy, are you okay?" stella panicked.

"I'm fine, don't worry."

"You're not hurt, are you?"

"I'm fine, not hurt at all." replied Joy who smiled.

"What about Jolie? Is she okay?"

"Jolie's condition is not okay, now that Eagle and I are in the hospital, we are waiting for Jolie who is in surgery" Joy said in a heavy voice.

"God, is he hurt bad? Joy I'll be here soon."

"Stella wait, don't tell mami and papi."

"Why? They should know Joy, Shila's mom must be upset that we're keeping this a secret."

"Don't let me tell him when Jolie's awake. It's an eagle he doesn't want to make parents, especially his mother's worried."

"Alright, I won't tell anyone."

"Thank you, oh yeah bring me my change of clothes."

"Do you want to change your clothes?"

"Not for me, but for the Eagle his clothes are full of blood."

"Mm. .. okay, I'll close it first."

Stella arrived at the hospital, she ran to the operating room. With two paper bags in his hand.

"Joi." Calling Stella, Joy turned her head and got up from her seat.

"Did you bring the shirt?" ask

"This." said Stella who gave her one paper bag. Joy picked up the paper bag and walked up to the Eagle that was sculpting in front of the operating room door.

"Deplace your clothes." said Joy the Eagle only saw his blood-soaked clothes.

"Go get your clothes changed, I've brought it for you, don't worry about me and Stella taking care of Jolie" said Joy, who gave the paper bag she was carrying. The eagle hesitated and did not want to step away even one step before the doctor came out of the room. Until Joy manages to convince him that Jolie is okay.

The eagle went to change his clothes, Joy sat down next to Stella again.

"I also brought food for you, and also for the Eagle, you must not have eaten anything. Eat first." said Stella who opened the food box.

"I'm not hungry yet" Joy said.

"Aaaa .. Come on, Joy, just open your mouth a little." Joy did not open her mouth. Stella tries to make sense for Joy to open her mouth.

"Joy mami and papi are coming."

"What! Am ...." Stella manages to put food in Joy's mouth, as Joy's mouth opens.

"Have eaten, I've bought it hard, I waited an hour to get this food, so now you're eating first." stella said as she continued to feed Joy until her mouth and cheeks were bloated because they were full of food.

Stella who saw it laughed, because it remembered Joy when she was a child, bloated cheeks, rich papau.

"Why laugh?" joy asked in an indistinct voice as it was full of food.

"No, it's okay."

"You're laughing at me."

"Jawab yes yes! .. yes aja deh haha ..." said Stella laughing.

"Kualat lo ngetawain husband."

"Well, I just remember when you were little, your cheeks were rich, funny to know."

"That's bad for her name, not funny." Joy tickles Stella's stomach, until Stella laughs out loud. Suddenly Joy gets a phone call.

"Who?" stella asked as Joy stared at her phone screen.

"Sharoon, I pick up first." said Joy who got up from her seat to pick up her phone.

Stella was silent,

"Why does that woman always bother me when I'm with Joy. No Stella, you can't be like this, you have to be professional. You mustn't be jealous, they might be talking about work." Stella's mind looked down sad

"Have the doctors come out?."The Eagle's question made Jolie surprised.

"Not yet" replied Stella briefly

"Where's Joy?"

"Joy is picking up the phone."

"Sit down" said Stella who shifted her seat, The eagle was sitting next to Stella.

"Oh yeah I brought you some food, you just eat first, don't worry about Jolie she'll be fine."

"How can it be okay, his body is full of blood, and wounds, the psychopath almost killed him, it's my fault .. I can't keep Jolie."

"I know you must be very worried, I am the same but .. We must be sure Jolie must be fine, doctor Indra is handling it."

As Stella talks to the Eagle, Joy returns and sits beside Stella.

"What is Joy talking about with Sharoon?"

inner Stella who was staring at Joy was curious. Stella wanted to ask but .. she paused. Stella doesn't want Joy to misunderstand her, and thinking that Stella doesn't believe her, Stella remembers Joy's words 'must be professional, I don't like it when you're like this' the words were still ringing in her ears, Stella did not want Joy to be angry with jealousy.

As Stella grapples with her thoughts, doctor Indra comes out of the operating room. Joy and Eagle immediately ran over to doctor Indra.

Stella, who had just realized she wanted to get up and would approach Indra's doctor, but her steps were stopped because Stella saw a cell phone next to her seat.

Joy leaves her phone, and when Stella picks up the phone, a message comes in from Sharoon.

"Joy, how about my invitation at that time, I'm the one who invited you to dinner. When do you have time?" message from Sharoon.

Stella accidentally read the message because it appeared from the notification screen. Stella was silent, but she remembered Jolie again, how Jolie was doing now. Stella approaches Indra's doctor, who along with Elang and Joy, Stella leaves Joy's phone on the chair.

Many people wanted to ask Stella, what was the meaning of the message from Sharoon earlier? Is that what they're talking about? About dinner? Is it just dinner alone? The question kept popping up in his mind. But this is not the right time to talk about it.

"Is the operation complete?" ask Stella who just came. Although her mind is raging, Stella must remain calm.

"Doctor how is Jolie? Is the operation complete?" ask the Eagle who is anxious

"Doctor what's wrong why silence? How's Jolie doing?" joy asked Dr. Arman.

Doctor Arman did not speak a word. Arman looked weak, sad, and just looked down not daring to look at the three people in front of him.

"I'm sorry, patients can't be saved."
