New Day Is Starting!

A light shines in the darkness of the night, illuminating the universe, if seen from the sky, it comes from a house, a simple house and said to be very small. The light came from inside Meisie's room, not knowing what had happened but it seemed that Meisie was sleeping very well. 

The next morning, the sun began to rise and radiate its rays, a new day had begun, everyone was busy, right with their own activities, someone went to school, to the fields, to the fields, to the garden and to his office. However, not with Meisie, this morning Meisie woke up late, the wall clock was pointed, it was 07:00, but Meisie, still curled under her blanket.

  Meisie yawned, both hands she stretched, to stretch her muscles. Meisie finally blinked, the first one she saw was Pusy. Meow, meow. 

"Pusy, hey .. Did you wake me up? What time is it?" Tanya Meisie. His bead eyes were now glancing towards the wall clock above his bed. Meisie was wide-eyed when she saw the direction of the clock that showed at 07:10 quickly Meisie immediately ran to the bathroom. With a super lightning move Meisie had already returned to her room and put on her clothes, there was only 15 minutes left to get to her workplace. Meisie leaves without looking in the mirror, Meisie's hair let it unravel, and Meisie leaves without saying goodbye to Nek, Tini. 

"Mey, you haven't had breakfast yet" cried Nek, Tini but Meisie had already run very far. 

Arriving in front of the Meisie highway immediately ran towards the bus stop, luckily Meisie did not wait too long, when she arrived at the stop, the bus came, and Meisie directly entered the bus.

  Along the way Meisie felt uncomfortable with the other passengers, Meisie felt they kept watching her, staring at her from top to bottom, and watching her, moreover, there was a man sitting in front of him that man kept smiling at him. 

"Is this guy laughing at me?" inwardly, Meisie realized that she did not wear a mask to cover her face, everyone must be staring at the codet on her face.

The sound of knocking on the door shocked Elo, it turned out that the one who entered was Arkan his personal assistant. 

"This is sir, the files you need." Tell Arkan who thrust a map onto Elo's table. 

"His name is Meisie Callia, she is an orphan, she is 20 years old, a graduate of xxx school, she lives in xxx street, xxx gang, Meisie has a deformed face since childhood, she has been living in a, for that reason I don't know why" Arkan explained. 

After seeing Meisie's codet wound, Elo, thinking it was a little friend, tells Arkan to bring the new employee's data to her. Once checked, there was no one named Mey. "Is this really where he lives?" ask Elo.

"Yes, Sir. She lives with her grandmother." replied Arkan.

"I saw it wrong! Maybe it's the same wound, "inner Elo.

"Can I help you again, sir?" ask Arkan, surprise Elo.

"What, any word on Miekey?" 

"Good, cat again," Inner Arkan, who complained. "There's no word yet, sir" said Arkan, much to Elo's dismay.

"Why can't a cat? I, do not want to know find Miekey, see you," orders Elo.

"Well, sir, is there any other work?" 

"That's enough, thank you you for leaving" Elo said.

"Well, then excuse me." said Arkan, then walked away.

The flashback

Elo was walking on the edge of the park, at that time Elo, just alone while enjoying the beauty of the park. Elo, seeing a little girl who was crying sobbing, the girl kept her head down hiding her face behind her tiny thighs. 

"Hey, why are you crying?" elo asked, but the girl gave no answer.

"Hey, I'm asking you," continued Elo, 

"Go, I don't need anyone" said the girl.

"I just want to know why you're crying? Is there someone bad to you?" elo asked, the girl looked up. Elo, a little surprised at seeing the codet on the girl's left cheek, Elo, grinned but also pitying on the girl. 

"Why? Are you scared to see my face?" ask the girl.

"Why your face?" elo asked, but instead of getting an answer, the girl immediately ran away.

The next day Elo, again meeting the girl, Elo accidentally crosses paths with the girl when she returns home from school. The girl seems to be avoiding Elo, but Elo is chasing her. 

"Hey, wait," said Elo, who confronted the girl. "Why are you avoiding me? Are you afraid of me?" ask Elo. 

"Are you not ashamed to be close to me?" ask the girl back. 

"Why be ashamed." 

"I'm a deformed girl, my face is so ugly, everyone calls me ugly, nobody wants to be friends with me." 

"I want to be your friend" said Elo, leaving the girl speechless.

"I'm Elo, your name?" elo asked, extending his hand to shake the girl. At first the girl was very hesitant, but for a long time the girl shook Elo's hand. 

"My name is Mey" said Mey.

"A pretty name, now we're friends" said Elo, Mey nodded and smiled. Since then, their friendship has begun. Elo, never picky with whom he will be friends, but Elo, it is better to be alone because all the friends who want to be close to him just use it, because Elo, the son of a prominent family. Elo meets Mey, and they become best friends. 

  Elo and Mey are so close almost every day they meet, and play, but .. Elo's father, doesn't like to see Elo befriended with disabled girls like Mey, Elo, forced to leave his childhood town and move to a larger city, Elo and Mey part ways, even on Mey's farewell day, not having time to meet Elo, Mey could only stare at the black car that was carrying Elo, leaving. Although trying to catch up, but his small steps are not able to catch the car. Mey and Elo never see each other again

Flashback off

Elo, back in memory of his childhood friend, Mey who was just as percis as Meisie, who had a codet on her left cheek. 

"Is he Mey?" ask Elo, at his heart. Elo wanted to make sure that Meisie was really his little friend. Elo, too, hurried away from his room. Elo, wanting to meet Meisie, hopes to get a clue about her long-lost best friend. 

Elo, continued to walk with a focused view forward, without Elo realizing, that the girl in his car was walking towards him, who was none other than Meisie, was, whose face had become beautiful without any codetan on his face. 

Meisie and Elo, side by side, just different directions, Elo, walking towards Meisie, and Meisie, walking towards Elo, in the end both of them just passed each other, Mey bows when she crosses paths with Elo, because Mey knows Elo is his boss, while Elo, unaware that the girl is Meisie.
