Dion touches her cheek which feels so hot because of Reana's hard slap on her.

"Don't touch me!" furious Reana, staring hatefully at Dion who just silently looked at him.

Dion sighed softly, looked Reana in the eye and then gently pulled the girl's wrist following her footsteps.

"Let go! Let go of me damn it!" reana shouted, trying to escape from Dion who would somehow take her where.

Dion did not care about Reana's rebellion, the man continued to pull Reana's hand and followed her to the park in front of the hospital.

"Take off Dion Sang!" reana Sarcas.

Dion released his clenched hand, looking coldly at the woman who was now standing before him with an annoyed look at her.

Reana tried to regulate her irregular breathing because the man before her, longing and hate were mixed in her mind. He wanted to embrace the body of Dion, the person he loved so much. But the other side of him stopped his intention, remembering what Dion was doing back then.

"Listen to my explanation, none of this is what you see or hear. Believe me, do you think I am calm to let this misunderstanding continue until now? I'm tormented Reana!" dion said, looking at Reana who turned her face the other way.

Dion lowered his head while shuffling his hair in frustration, until Reana's words made him pause for a moment.

"You deserve it" said coldly Reana with a flat face staring at Dion.

The man looked up, staring at Reana. This really tormented him, even making his sleep unsettled every night.

"Yes, I deserve it. But please, just listen to my explanation once." said Dion, pleading with Reana.

The girl remained silent, turning around to immediately leave Dion before her second brother looked for her.

"I beg you to leave that place, it's very dangerous Reana" said Dion seriously, stopping Reana's footsteps.

"You forgot?! I'm in position now because of you shit! Because you incised the wound in my heart too deeply, making me take that decision! Don't be so caring to me, if you're the one who's causing a big wound in my heart!" reana said with tears that escaped wetting her cheeks. After a long time no tears stopped wetting his cheeks, now the clear circle again fell freely.

Dion was silent, Reana was really hard to believe him. If just once the woman wanted to hear the explanation, maybe everything could be finished long ago. But unfortunately it's not that easy, because Reana is a stubborn woman.

From a distance, a man who was holding a tiny baby, staring at the strange things that happened in the hospital park. He frowned suspiciously looking at it, especially the tears dripping down his sister's cheeks. He unconsciously gritted his teeth, wanted to hit the man's face, but he paused considering that his sister's romance problems should not be too far away.

"Sister," called Rania to the husband who had been staring at the garden since then.

"Eh, yes." said Revan, immediately smiling as he approached Rania who had been waiting for him at the door of the hospital lobby.

"What's wrong?" rania asked as her husband stood next to her.

"There's nothing." Revan briefly replied, then pulled his wife's wrist into the lobby while holding her son's tiny body.

Revan and Rania walk out of the elevator while holding Jayden near the outpatient room where Vivian is. Upon arrival at the door, Rania immediately opened the door and smiled as all eyes turned towards her.

"Good morning" Rania greeted the in-laws and several others in the room.

"Morning" said everyone in the room.

Revan and Rania walk over to the sofa, where Ana and Arian are sitting.

"Hello, Uncle." greet Revan as he sits down on the sofa, greeting Rafael and Carlson who are standing next to the gurney.

"Hello too, Revan. Oh yeah, you don't want to make two sisters for Jayden?" rafael asked, looking at the baby boy in Revin's arms.

Arian looked at his friend strangely, as if he wanted to throw a cup at Rafael's head. Her daughter-in-law gave birth just one week ago, and her best friend had already discussed things that should not be discussed.

Revan, who heard Rafael's words, was only able to smile with an arrogant feeling. Just try talking like it's Revin, maybe he's already given a gift to his sister. A gift in other words.

"Wah Revin, you want to be really strong. Once make it two" said Rafael, who was somehow proud of his best friend's son.

Now it's not just Arian who's staring weirdly at Rafael, but Carlson as well. He wanted to bury his best friend right now.

'Shit!' revin's mind, gritting his teeth. If his little son had not been in his arms, he might have gone out and looked for his sister.

"Oh yeah, did you give them a name?" revan asked, turning his back on the back of his sofa.

Instantly, Revin's emotions disappeared, looking at the wife who was also smiling at him.

"Of course, their names are Viano and Viana" said Revin, raising his eyebrows at Revan.

"Who was born first?" revan asked, making Revin speechless and then looking at his wife's face.

Revan smiled triumphantly looking at the puzzled expression on his sister's face, it was fortunate that he only made one.

"The woman was born first, sir." said the nun who had been silent since then beside Vivian's gurney, standing guard to bring the baby back to a special tube when the time came.

Revin smiled meaningfully at his brother again, making Revan seem to want to throw a sofa pillow at his sister.

Suddenly the outpatient door opens, showing Arian, Carlson and Rafael entering the room. Revan and Revin frowned when they saw Rafael enter the room while rubbing his head.

'Eh, what's up?' the inner twin brother, looked strangely at Rafael.
