Ch.1 - The Experiment Material of Demons
In an underground chamber, or perhaps a cave, a man was seen in chains all over his body, wearing only his pants.
Right in front of that human, a crystal that released energy floated in front of the chest. The energy from the crystal flowed into his body through his chest.
“Aaarrrggghhh!!”
“Stop this.. aaarrrkkk! Pain..!!”
*booommm!
The person's body ended up exploding, shattered into pieces as it was unable to hold such powerful energy from the crystal.
“Cih! You weak man! Subject no.113 failed, next no.005.”
Inside the room was not only the person who was destroyed earlier, but there were dozens of other humans. And among the dozens of humans, there were dozens of figures with sinister bodies that were demons.
This place was a place where the demons were experimenting, trying to combine the human body with magic crystals.
The demons destroyed the villages and kidnapped the inhabitants to be used as experimental materials. In addition to experimental materials, of course, humans are also used as food for the demons.
The demons were continuously conducting experiments combining magic crystals with humans. Even though the result remains the same, the human body explodes.
Magic crystals are usually made as items such as magic sticks that make it easier for magicians to cast magic, as well as strengthen magic because inside the magic crystal there is a huge Mana.
Not only was it made into a magic wand, magic crystals were also made into swords, spears and other weapons.
Incorporating magic crystals into the bodies of living things was never done at all because the magic energy or Mana within the crystal was too big for the human body to accommodate.
The demons were obsessed with fusing their bodies with magic crystals in order for them to become stronger. But of course they are not stupid to just insert magic crystals into their bodies.
That is why they have made humans experimental materials.
While in the room was being conducted the merger experiment, in the other room there were dozens of humans standing on top of the magic circle with the position of circling the magic crystal at the center of the magic circle.
Inside there were also some demons watching over.
This was the way the demons trained the human body, which was by emitting Mana energy radiance from magic crystals, suppressing the bodies of those humans until they could get used to the powerful Mana from magic crystals.
Not all humans can pass this test. Some were killed in the experiment because they did not hold the pressure, some were fainted but they ended up dead also because they were used as food for the demons.
The humans have to run this test for 1 month and are only allowed to rest a few times. If lucky they will be given a drink.
Yes, just drink, no food provided at all.
The humans in the magic-circle began to fall down one by one in terrible conditions. Although their bodies look intact, their insides are badly damaged. There were his lungs exploded, his heart was destroyed and others.
Until finally there was only one person who was still standing upright on the magic circle.
He was a dirty young man with short, disheveled hair. The look in his eyes seemed to shine staring at the demons who became watchdogs hatefully.
His name was Alucard. He was originally just an ordinary young man living in a small village, living peacefully with his father and mother.
But everything changes when demons come to attack, burn villages, kill and kidnap villagers.
The enraged Alucard finally resisted, but in one fell swoop he was instantly conquered and fainted. When he came to, he was already inside the prison of this place.
From then on, Alucard was used as an experiment for demons without being able to fight.
Alucard has now been in this place for 1 month, undergoing tests from demons. Today was the final day's test and he was about to begin the final test of unification with the Magic Crystals.
Among the dozens of people who stood on the magic circle, only Alucard was still standing upright, his horses did not shake at all.
What made Alucard survive until now was his grudge against the demons.
After hours of Alucard surviving alone from the pressure of the magic crystal, the demons deactivated the magic circle until the magic crystal stopped emitting pressure.
“So far only subject no.17 alone brings out the best potential, is it possible that he can join the magic crystal?” One of the demons stared in admiration at Alucard.
“A human boy who is only 15 years old but can survive so far. For the first time I seem to have to praise humans.”
“Look at his scary gaze, he looks vengeful, do you think the boy can avenge us?”
“Maybe!”
“Hahahaha...!”
The demons started laughing loudly because they thought a 15-year-old human boy could kill them was a very funny joke.
Alucard just kept silent to see the demons laughing. He won't attack like a fool because he knows his limits.
He realized that he was weak because of that he had with all his might run the test of the demons so that he could be stronger. With his current strength, Alucard thought he could kill some demons.
There are about 200 demons here. He only seeks death if he fights.
So Alucard wanted to run the final test of unification with magic crystals. If he succeeded then he would instantly slaughter the demons.
“Alright, then I will take subject no.17 to the final exam room!”
A demon takes Alucard to the final exam room.
Upon arrival, the demon raised his eyebrows when he saw no human.
“Have we run out of subjects?” The demon who was with Alucard asked.
“Yes, maybe the only human you carry is the last.” Answer the other demons.
“Huh, we should look for another subject after this if that human also ends up exploding!”
“Ya, how else.” The demon pulled Alucard violently towards a concrete pillar.
Alucard was strapped all over his body on the concrete pole using a chain.
The magic crystal then floated in front of Alucard and the magic circle under his feet began to activate.
“No matter how much I suffer, no matter what the pain, even if my flesh and bones will be destroyed! As long as I can take revenge, I will accept everything! Nothing can stand in my way!” Alucard braced late in his heart.
