The Journey of Molly

The Journey of Molly
The arrival of Nicholas

"Auntie, what about Auntie?"

"Don't worry about auntie, Baji, that you can't do anything to me. You have to take good care of yourself. Go to the city and there you still have a chance to start a new life. Remember that, never come back!"

"Auntie, I'll call you when I'm safe and find a place to stay" said the terrified Molly.

Soon Molly leaves the woman's house quickly.

"Poor girl, you have to live well" said the woman, who was saddened by the child's condition.

Molly ran while carrying her potluck and some clothes from the woman. He went through the back road to get out of the area where he lived.

On one side of the car Nicholas headed to the village, after fifteen years now he returned with the intention of meeting the little girl he met at that time.

While the terrified Molly tried to run and dodge everyone there so no one would see her.

Not long after, some men who are thugs are looking for Molly's whereabouts. They were friends of the two men who bought the girl earlier.

"Find him out, he just ran away from home. It's gotta be around here!" order one of those thugs who as their oldest brother.

"For those of you who see Molly must restrain her from escaping, who dare to let her go, I will not hesitate to burn down your house" snapped one of the thugs.

"Hurry and help find Molly until you can!" the thug orders while kicking the villagers there. The citizens who were afraid of their threats could only obey.

Molly walked with her head down to avoid the sight of the people there.

"Molly! Molly!" call the residents who are looking around the rice fields to other gardens.

"Molly! Molly! Where are you at? Quickly get out, otherwise we will be homeless," shouted those who were frightened.

There was no choice so they had to find the poor girl.

That afternoon they were trying to split up looking for Molly all over the place. The poor girl who had heard their call, she tried to avoid getting into the forest not far there was a river there.

Molly sped up to the river to leave the forest before they got there.

"Must cross this river, the only road that can leave this region." Without a second thought Molly jumped into the river and swam across. He was trying to fight the current that was coming the other way. He no longer cares about his food and clothing that must be submerged in water. Because the river is what can make him survive their targets.

The rushing current had washed away the girl's body. He tried to find a tree branch on the river bank to get out of there.

While the thugs searched every place up into the forest, they found no trace of the girl anymore.

"Sister, how? Maybe the girl is gone? We've been looking all day."

"Burn the people's houses!" the thug's orders.

As a result of the failure to get Molly, the thugs intend to burn down all the houses of the villagers there. The citizens from young to old knelt down on them while pleading.

"Please don't burn our house, this is our only place."

"I'm begging you, it's not our fault. You go find Lucas, he sold his daughter to your boss."

"Please let us go!" the cries of the villagers prostrated on them.

The wounded Lucas walked over to those who were dousing their homes with kerosene.

"What are you guys doing? It's not our fault. That si*lan girl who hurt your boss. Go find him until you get it. You're free to do it to him. Catch him and have fun until you're satisfied. If you are bored you can still sell his body to prostitution*ran," said Lucas.

"Lucas, you are not human, why not you who were burned to death," one of the residents snapped.

"You're a shameless bastard, selling your own daughter for your stepson. Not shameless."

"Shut up, no business with you guys" Lucas snapped.

"Don't involve us because of your own actions, you should have been burned to death" residents shouted.

"Burn to death!"

"Useless old man, our Boss must be injured because of you, you will all lose your possessions for failing to find the si*lan girl," the thug snapped.

"Burn to the end, there's nothing left!" the thug's orders.

"No! This is our home, this is all we have," the citizens wept as they pleaded.

The thugs ignored their cries and continued to pour kerosene into the houses.

Dor...

The gunfire stopped their action.

The thugs and the citizens immediately turned towards the group of people dressed in black coming towards them. One was Nicholas who walked in front.

"Who are they?" ask one of the thugs.

"What are you doing here?" ask the man who is Rico.

"You came from nowhere and dared to interfere," snapped one of the thugs who wanted to attack Nicholas' group.

All Nicholas members opened their front suits and showed them the weapons they had.

The thugs were silent and anxious when they saw that each of them had a weapon.

"Pick life or death?" ask Nicholas without further ado.

"We're just looking for someone" replied one of the thugs.

"Sir, they came looking for Molly the poor boy, because the girl was missing they wanted to burn down our house" one resident said.

"Molly?" ask Nicholas.

"Yes, he's his father, because it took the money he sold Molly to the two thugs, and now no one knows where the poor boy is," said the woman who gave Molly food and clothes.

"What are you saying, don't talk carelessly!" ketus Lucas's.

"Find the girl until she gets it!" Nicholas's orders.

"Okay" replied Rico.

"You're the father who tied Molly up near the paddy fields?" ask Nicholas.

"I-I'm not, of course I am," replied Lucas who was holding back pain on his shoulder.

"At the end of the day we meet, I seem to have been through a lot in these fifteen years" said Nicholas.

"Take him away!" Nicholas's orders.

"Okay, boss," Rico replied.

"No, I'm his father. How could I have hurt him" said an anxious Lucas.

"Who here can tell the story of Molly's life?" ask Nicholas.

"Sir, we can all tell the girl's life, but, if we may know who you are?"

"Fifteen years ago, I stopped by this village, and Molly almost died wrapped in a snake" replied Nicholas.

"It turns out you're that young man, sir, why is it that you've only come after so long. Do you know, Molly's every day waiting for you to come pick her up. You are the only hope to get out of this jerk torment" said the woman, who was also saddened by the incident.
