Tanaka and Luffy stroll side by side towards Cocoyashi village.

"Why don't you listen to the story, Luffy?" Ask Tanaka.

"If I listen to the story, I have to leave this island without Nami. I don't want to!" Luffy replied firmly.

"I thought you would answer like that." Think Tanaka.

During those walks, Tanaka and Luffy saw three fishmen who were also walking towards the two of them.

"So they're fish people?" Ask Luffy.

"Yes." Yeah." Tanaka said briefly.

Tanaka and Luffy just walked past them just like that. Until we were stopped by one of them.

"He-Hey, wait for you!" Call a fish-man in the shape of an octopus, named Hachi.

Tanaka and Luffy stopped their steps and looked at Hachi.

"You called me?" Ask Luffy.

"Who are you?! What are you doing on this island?!" Ask Hachi.

"What's wrong?" Ask Luffy back.

"Yes.yes, of course there is something strange, who are you and what are you doing on this island?" Ask Hachi.

"My name is Luffy, I'm on a walk." Luffy.

"My name is Tanaka." Tanaka.

"Walk?! Where do you want to go?!" Ask Hachi.

"Where do I know!" Answer Luffy.

Tanaka and Luffy resumed our steps until we finally entered Cocoyashi village.

Luffy then sweated a lot when he saw the village chief Cocoyashi, Gen and many Marine warriors behind him.

Gen is walking towards Nami and Nojiko's house accompanied by Marine officers whose faces look like mice.

"Why does that uncle have a mill on his head? So cool!" Said Luffy with sparkling eyes while staring at Gen.

Tanaka could only chuckle because Luffy was only paying attention to it not the Marine walking with Gen.

We sat under a tree and looked around at the passersby in my village.

"Mills, huh? I can make a good move!" Said Luffy who got the idea for his fighting technique.

Moments later, gunshots were heard and there was a commotion.

"Doctor! Doctor!" The words of someone who was panicking made Tanaka and Luffy turn his head to look at that person.

"What's up, Gen-san?!"

"Nojiko was shot!" Gen Sayar.

"Hey Luffy, Nojiko isn't that Nami's older sister?" Ask Tanaka.

"Yes, if you don't hear me wrong, she's Nami's sister." Answer Luffy.

"So what should we do? You heard it yourself, he said he was shot by the Marine." Ask Tanaka.

But Luffy just kept quiet and watched the commotion that happened to the villagers of Cocoyashi.

"Who's shooting?!"

"Fishman?"

"Marine!" Answer the panicked gene.

"Marine?"

"Nojiko!" Said Gen when he saw Nami's older sister who walked over to Gen.

"I'm fine..." Nojiko said with his stomach wounded by gunshot.

"Arlong conspired with the Navy." Reveal the genes that made the residents surprised.

"What?!"

"Of course the Marine officer in charge of the security of this island is a corrupt officer who perfectly fits his face, a uniformed rat." Think Tanaka.

"If he's not corrupt, there's no way the Marine will stay silent to let the pirates take control of an island occupied by civilians and set up his base." Thought again.

"He lied to Nami eight years ago. He never kept his promise!" Gen is very angry.

Tanaka could see the angry population knowing what Arlong had done to Nami.

Luffy got up, then approached Nami who was among the residents.

"Yo, Nami! What was? Need help?" Ask Luffy.

Tanaka was still in place while looking at that.

"You still here?!" Tanya Nami then held Luffy's collar. "This matter has nothing to do with you! Leave this island!"

Nami throws Luffy's body and runs away.

"Nami, why are you so stubborn." Tanaka thought as he looked at Nami who ran away.

Luffy then sat down under the tree where he was sitting.

"Why is he?" Ask Luffy.

"At PMS possible." Answer Tanaka.

"PMS? What'sthat?" Ask Luffy.

"Little children don't need to know, only adults can know what PMS is." Reply to Tanaka again.

A little while later, Tanaka and Luffy saw the angry villagers taking out tools that could be used for fighting.

They looked very prepared to fight against Arlong.

"Eight years ago we swore we would never fight them again." Gen leads the village army of Cocoyashi to rebel against Arlong.

"No matter how cruel and low they do to us, as long as Nami is fine it doesn't matter. That's what we call the struggle!" Clear Gen.

"But they give this kind of answer to our struggle!" Shouting Gen. "We will not forgive the actions they took on the kind little girl."

"Let's fight them for freedom!" Shouting Gen.

The angry villagers of Cocoyashi immediately ignited the spirit to attack Arlong and his men.

They were already no longer afraid of the death they might get when fighting Arlong and his subordinates because they were fed up with the cunning behavior and attitudes done by the fish-man pirates, the fish-men, Arlong as long as they're in power.

As Gen and the villagers of Cocoyashi move towards Arlong Park, Nami appears before them.

"Wait, everybody!" Shouted Nami.

"Mommy!" Nojiko Sahut.

"Awhile more! Wait a minute! I will fight from the beginning! I'll raise some more money! This time it's easy! I'm used to it! Just chill! There's nothing to worry about! It hurts more than that time! All of them! I'm doing fine! Therefore..." Nami said with a fake smile.

Gen immediately hugged Nami and said, "It's enough, the villagers know that all this is in vain. You have fought well, for our lives. Joining them must be more painful for you. More painful than anything. You fought well." Gen's remarks comforted Nami.

Hearing that made Nami cry. Gen then let go of his embrace.

"Leave this island as soon as possible!" Pinta Gen's.

"Gen?!" Call Nami who is surprised.

"Go, Nami, you have to get off this island, you've had enough to fight and now it's our turn to fight." Nojiko.

"Can't! I'm not leaving you!" Reject Nami.

"You're smart, you have dreams too, go to get your dreams." Nojiko Pinta.

Suddenly Nami pulled out a knife and aimed at the villagers of Cocoyashi.

"Nojiko! All of them! I won't let it!" Nami. "Stop! I don't want anyone to get hurt because of them! You can die!"

"We know." Gen said then holding the knife Nami was holding.

"Just for free! Our resolve is round!"

"Surge, Nami!" Gene Saying. "Come everyone! Even if you can't win, show them our resolve!"

The villagers then ran away to attack Arlong's base.

Nami who sat there crying then used the knife he had brought to prick the Arlong Pirate symbol tattoo on his arm.

Luffy held Nami's hand to stop her and threw away the knife.

Meanwhile, Tanaka was still sitting looking at the emotional event.

"Damn, I have to put up with this situation, don't cry!" Tanaka muttered that he had cried while reading a one piece manga on the part that was happening right now.

"Whatdoyouwant? You don't know shit! You don't know anything about this island's 8 years of suffering!" Nami.

"Yes, I don't know." Luffy said calmly.

"This has nothing to do with you! I told you to leave this island!" Nami said as she threw the ground at Luffy.

"Yes, you threw me out." Said Luffy still calmly.

"Go! I don't need you! Go then! Go then! Go then! Go then! Go then! Go then! Go then! Go!" Nami said but Luffy did not move at all.

I only saw them before, but now I have to take action.

"Name ... What do you want with us? say, no more being held back or being stubborn, say, the captain, me, Zoro, Usopp, and Sanji will do whatever you want." Tanaka.

Nami who could not stand the suffering she had endured for 8 years finally said the sentence that Tanaka and Luffy had been waiting for.

"Luffy, Tanaka, help me... Please release me from this suffering!" Nami said with tears.

Luffy took off his straw hat and then put it on Nami. The woman remembered that the straw hat was a treasure for Luffy and she never let go.

"Of course!" Shouted Luffy.

Then in front of Luffy stood Zoro, Usopp and Sanji who were waiting for him.

"Come on!" Luffy.

"Yes!" Say the three of them.

Tanaka approached Nami and said, "Please take care of that straw hat yes, Nami, it's a very valuable object for the captain."

"And treat your wounds first, Nami." Tanaka said with a smile on her.

Tanaka immediately wanted to chase after Luffy and the others who were heading to Arlong Park, but Nami held the man's hand.

"Can you help me?" Ask Nami.

"Eh ... Alright!" Answer Tanaka

Nami took Tanaka to her house and I started treating her wounds as much as she could.

However, Tanaka is not very understanding in terms of medical measures. He can only provide medical attention to small wounds such as scratches, punctured nails, spines and other small wounds.

Nami stitched the wound herself and Tanaka helped close the stitch with a bandage.

"Tanaka, you said you were going to set me free. Do you know what really happened?" Ask Nami.

Nami nodded, and the two of them ran towards Arlong Park.

When Nami and Tanaka reached Arlong's place, they saw that Arlong had made Sanji and Zoro seriously injured.

Tanaka did not see Luffy's whereabouts which meant he was on the bottom of the sea.

"Young!" Shouted Nami.

"Sir Nami! Tanaka's brother!" Call Johnny and Yosaku.

"Yo, Nami. I just wanted to destroy some pirates. What's the need?" Ask Arlong.

"Kill you..." Nami said furiously.

"Kill me?" Ask Arlong and laugh. "You never understood that either, did you? How many times have you tried to kill me in 8 years?.

"You've tried to kill me with poison, a sneak attack, but you can't kill me? You must remember that an ordinary human like you will never be able to kill me!" Arlong

"Now listen! I can't kill you, but you can't run from me. Nami, you will remain a part of our group forever. But as you know, I'm a man of good nature." Arlong said with a smile that showed his shark fangs.

"If it is possible, you are free to choose a position in our group. So, how? I'm gonna kill everyone here except you." Arlong.

But if you happily go back to the Arlong Pirates and continue to depict me the map, I will not kill these Cocoyashi villagers." Tawar Arlong's.

"But I still can't let this boy live. They've gone too far. Now you're on whose side. You can choose to side with me and save the entire village, or side with this weakling and try to fight me with all my men." Bargain Arlong again.

Tanaka smiled grinning hearing that. He immediately used his force to lift Arlong, hovering in midair.

"What'sthis? What are you doing?" Asked Arlong who was panicking because he was hovering.

Very easily, Tanaka threw it on the wall of the Arlong park building so that it made the walls of the building become hollow.

"Don't underestimate me!" Tanaka Assert.

Tanaka sees a fountain from outside the wall that leads to the ocean, where Luffy is being helped by Nojiko.

Sanji and Zoro also tried to get up.

"Sanji, you help Luffy! Zoro, you just shut up!" Tanaka's Order.

Sanji nodded and dived into the sea to smash the rock that held Luffy's leg.

The man was ready to use his force again, but he did not expect that Arlong would change his course so he attacked from the right side.

Although Tanaka was aware of that, but because he did not have such good reflexes as a martialist, he couldn't avoid a blow to Tanaka's face hard enough to throw him at a building pole and crack it badly enough.

Arlong walked slowly over to Tanaka with an extremely intimidating look.

"Let's fight to the end!" Said Usopp from afar, right in a small hole in the wall next to the residents.

"It's real there?!" Said the villagers.

"Nluck!" Call Nami.

"Listen, Nami! I have defeated one of their leaders! One of the leaders! One of the leaders! People whose faces are like this. The fish man is already a breadcrumbs!" Said Usopp while mimicking the fish's human face.

"You beat Choo?!" Arlong said in surprise and disbelief.

"Look now! With my arrival, this fight will be finished even faster! This is the end part!" Said Usopp haughtily.

Tanaka smiled at Usopp who was full of arrogance in every word selian lie.

Tanaka tried to get up.

"Hey, Arlong! Look at this!" Said Usopp who gave a sufficient sign of provoking people to be very angry.

Arlong looked for a moment and then ignored Usopp.

Usopp then prepared to attack Arlong with a rubber-shot weapon.

What Usopp did was just want to turn his attention to Tanaka so that the man would be able to attack him.

"How dare you challenge me. Looks like you want to die first, weak man." Said Arlong who completely ignored Usopp.

"Come on! Now Tanaka!" Shouted Usopp whose attack failed.

"What are you really doing?!" Nami.

"Look over there!" Show Johnny.

"Ah, that brash octopus is standing up again!" Said Yosaku who realized Hachi was standing up. "And what did he do?"

"Damn it, I thought that rubber band would lead to me!" Hachi.

"What?!" Said the villagers.

"Look, my target is him!" Usopp told a lie.

"But you were yelling Arlong, who exactly is your target?" Ask Nami.

"Ah, that's the little girl who was walking around with the straw hat! What is he doing here?! Ah, it's not important! I'm going to finish off all Zoro's friends in the water!" Hachi then dived into the water.

"Great!" Thought.

"Don't worry, you'll all have your turn to die." Threaten Arlong's.

"I'm not going to die." Tanaka tried to attack Arlong by kicking him in the stomach but to no avail.

Tanaka's leg that was kicking Arlong's stomach was caught and then with the footstool, Tanaka was slammed to the floor very hard repeatedly.

"Tanaka!" Shouted Nami.

"Abang Tanaka!" Yosaku and Johnny.

"Wire,Tanaka could die! I have to do something." Panicked Usopp saw Tanaka being slammed repeatedly.

"Argggghh~" Shouted Tanaka who felt pain all over his body due to being slammed continuously by Arlong.

After being satisfied, Arlong threw Tanaka into the sea. He thought Tanaka was a devils fruit user so he would drown to death.

"Watch Brother Tanaka will drown!" Said Yosaku who also thought that Tanaka was a user of the devil fruit.

"We have to help her!" Said Johhny who wanted to throw himself into the sea but he did not dare to move because there was Arlong.

Meanwhile, the drowning Tanaka felt extremely pain all over his body.

Even so the pain did not last long due to the side effects of an explorer whose body would return to its original state.

The bones that were fractured by the dings done by Arlong have managed to return to their original state.

Tanaka looks at Hachi who is about to attack Sanji who is unaware of Hachi's whereabouts behind him.

"I have to hold Hachi!" Thought Tanaka who then pointed her hand at Hachi.

But because he was in the sea, it made him difficult to concentrate because oxygen was getting less in his lungs.

Nojiko immediately swam behind Sanji to repel Hachi's attack.

Suddenly Hachi who was about to attack, his body bleed. Sanji did not waste the opportunity, he immediately kicked the part of the floor that was holding Luffy's leg.

"Thank God, everyone survived." thought Tanaka who immediately swam to the surface.

"I'm back!!" It was Luffy's shout that made everyone cheer happy.

"That brash rubber boy..." Arlong.

Luffy immediately extended his hand to Arlong's shoulder and then with that pull he launched his attack.

"Gomu gomu bell" said Luffy who banged his head against Arlong's head very hard.

Not stopping there, he also kicked it very hard and then hit Arlong continuously which made the chainsaw shark man fall.

"Yoh!" Luffy.

"Did you do something?" Arlong.

"No effect!!" Johnny and Yosaku were shocked.

"Yes, it was just a warm-up." Luffy said and stretched his body.

"For a brat as brash as you are, your punch is pretty decent too.But it would definitely be more fun if you died on the bottom of the sea earlier." Arlong said as he sat with the rubble of the building behind him.

"No, I'm glad they could save me." Said Luffy while stretching to make his body more flexible, not stiff.

"Do you not understand my anger? Anger at the sight of my brothers being wiped out by trash like you. You're too quick to realize that you have to die without fighting." Arlong.

"Will Luffy's brother be okay? All of his fierce attacks had not been successful at all." Say Yosaku who is worried.

"More importantly, we have to help Tanaka's brother who drowned in the sea." Said Johnny in panic.

"He'll be fine. I believe him." Said Tanaka who had shown his feet on the ground again and stood beside Nami in wet clothes.

"Eh? Tanaka's brother! How can you be here? You didn't drown in the sea?" Johnny asked who was surprised by Tanaka's presence.

"Why did I drown? I can swim." Tanaka replied casually while squeezing out some of her very wet clothes.

"What about your wound, Tanaka?" Ask Nami.

"I'm fine." Tanaka said, then turned to look at Zoro who was still treated by a doctor. "How is he doing?"

"He's fine. Now he's sleeping." Said the doctor who was bandaging Zoro's wound.

Tanaka let out a sigh of relief hearing that. He was worried about Zoro not getting proper medical attention so that the wounds caused by Mihawk could open at any time.

"But why can you swim? Didn't you eat the devil's fruit?" Ask the curious Nami.

Yosaku and Johnny were also curious about it.

"Who said I ate the devil's fruit? I don't eat devil's fruit." Answer Tanaka.

"What!?" Yosaku and Johnny were surprised that they had misunderstood.

"Then, that weird ability you always do? How can you do that without eating the devil?" Ask Nami.

"It's because of force." Answer Tanaka. "For more details, I'll let you know once the problem is over."

"Let's go ahead Luffy, I always support you from behind!" Usopp.

Usopp's voice made Tanaka and Nami turn to look at him.

"Why should it be from behind? And the distance is also quite far" asked the sweetdrop Nami.

Tanaka sighed at Usopp's cowardice, he looked back at Luffy's fight.

"What's the biggest difference between you and me?" Ask Arlong.

"Nose." Luffy. "Or jaw?"

"How could he possibly joke like that?" Ask Yosaku.

"No. .. He looks serious." Johnny Said.

"Finger membrane!" Luffy said that really made Arlong angry.

"Not stupid! But our species!" Arlong said, then attacked Luffy with a continuous bite.

Luffy kept trying to avoid Arlong's bite until he finally managed to strangle Luffy and hold Luffy's body at the stake.

Arlong will bite Luffy again but Luffy managed to avoid by extending his neck to the side so that Arlong actually bit the pillar.

"You're right, rubber man with fish man, which species will win this fight?" Ask Tanaka. "When the fish man wins, it's over for the island and the entire East Blue region"

"Bas stupid, he hurt himself! Now his teeth will be broken." Usopp.

Arlong then bit the pillar until it was destroyed, making Usopp, Johnny and Yosaku drop their jaws at it.

Luffy silently crawled away from Arlong to give it some distance.

"Did you see it? That was one of the main forces of fish man. Heaven has discriminated against you, O people! Creating a weak creature like you to kneel to the fish man." Arlong said haughtily.

"Humans are just lowly creatures. We were on a different level when we were first born. I'll show you the real difference between you and me." Arlong.

"You're wrong Arlong! Every creature has its own distinct advantages and disadvantages." Tanaka Shouted. "And I know the flaws you have right now!"

"Deficiency? Hahaha, don't joke with me, lowly creature!" Said Arlong who was still acting haughty. "If I have flaws, what do I have?"

"You've already pointed out your own flaws and you don't realize it, you fool!" Answer Tanaka.

Hearing Tanaka playing around with him made Arlong become angry and wanted to attack Tanaka.

But it was prevented by Luffy who extended his hand to make Arlong face hit until he was thrown and fell to the floor.

"Your opponent is me!" Luffy said firmly. "And I don't need to crush the stone with a bite, my hand is enough to do it."

Tanaka gave a small smile as Luffy smashed a stone with his punch.

"Let me tell you your flaws, Arlong." Tanaka.

"Your lack is too arrogant and too underestimating a creature that is not one species with you, you are like a frog in a well that considers this world small, as small as the size of the well as the frog saw from inside the well." Tanaka.
