But fate said otherwise, the paralyzed baby was saved by a prospective doctor who was apprenticed in the village. The student who is a woman adopts and takes care of her in the city. It was known to Harsya, but he did not care because the most important thing he had got a healthy baby.

Since then, the twins have been separated. A healthy baby is named Haira, while a paralyzed baby is named Kania.

"That's the story." Aiden ended the story.

Haira looked to wipe her tears. He looked at Aiden with a hopeful look. "Aiden, I want to meet him. Take me there." Holding Aiden's hand tightly.

"I'm sorry, but Kania doesn't want to see you. He said he didn't want to make others sad because of him."

"Then why do you keep the pictures and the story of his life here?"

"I'm trying to fight for his life. If there is a medicine that can cure him, maybe fate can change. But I'm too naive, God determines our life's destiny. Therefore, Kania was diagnosed with leukemia when I found a doctor who might be able to cure her. I'm sorry."

Haira could not help but hold back her tears. He could not imagine the life of his twin brother.

"I beg you, take me to him. I want to meet him even for the last time. And wouldn't it be if I were his twin, then my body could help him?"

Haira was back. He even knelt down and begged at Aiden's feet. "Please, take me there!"

"Haira, honey, don't do this." Aiden pulled Haira back to stand. He hugged her with affection.

Haira could not hold her voice anymore. Now he was crying in Aiden's arms.

For a while, Aiden let Haira spill her grief. He knew this was what Haira needed.

"I'm sorry. I thought hiding this from you would make everything okay. I shouldn't have listened to Kania." Gently rubbed Haira's hair, then kissed her head.

"Bring me, Aiden."

"Okay, we'll be there early tomorrow morning. Now rest first. Avoid the views of children. I'm afraid they're worried about you."

Haira nodded in understanding, then they came out of the secret room.

Haira threw herself on the bed. Aiden immediately covered him. "Don't think of anything. I'll prepare for our departure tomorrow. We don't go a day or two, but a Sunday. Hopefully we can bring her here and get her foster mother's permission."

"Thank you." Haira nodded and smiled. He immediately closed his eyes. Crying had indeed made him exhausted so he immediately fell asleep.
