Chapter 70 - Pretending

Eve continued to wait for the man who lay weak to open his eyes, not feeling the clear bulir of the eye dripping on Samuel's hand. Before long the door opened, she was Lili who came to bring clothes and food. He quickly wiped away the tears and immediately turned his head revealing a distinctive smile.

"Eve, this is clothes and food. Quickly change your clothes in the bathroom, after that we eat together. Mom cooked all this for us!" Lili was very excited and opened the food, serving it on a table not far from where Samuel was being cared for. Instantly the girl held her stomach in hunger, tempted by the appetizing food on the table. 

"Come, eat!"

"Yes, Mom." Eve who did not hesitate to take the side dish and also the rice in front of the eyes, enjoyed it because he had not eaten since.

"Well, this is so good. Mom's cooking is no less than Mommy's cooking, and I love it." 

Lili smiled getting the compliment, looking at the young girl before her. "Thank you for bringing Sam back, he can come back because of you." 

"I don't feel that way, instead feel guilty about what happened to Sam. Please, forgive Eve." He regretted and continued to blame himself, bending his face and not feeling the tears coming back.

Lili squatted hugging Eve's body very tightly, kissing the head buds as if it was her own daughter. "Don't blame yourself, it's Sam's decision that proves his love. Tell me one more time, do you love my son?"

Eve quickly nodded her head, acknowledging her true feelings. "I love him, the world is so strange. Realizing love after nearly losing Sam, do I look bad?" two sparkling eye beads.

Lili let go of her embrace, rubbing Eve's cheek gently. "No son, love comes unexpectedly, the most important thing you say. Because of you Samuel's been through a critical period, just waiting for him to wake up."

After eating, Eve and Lili chat. They look familiar and there is no sense of reluctance or hesitancy, already like close friends. 

Without them noticing, Samuel's index finger moved. Listening to their discussion was very clear, but his body had yet to fully recover. 

"How was Samuel when he was a kid?" curious Eve who is very enthusiastic.

"Hah, Sam likes to eat so much that his body is fat. A lot of mocking schoolmates also bully her, but both of your sisters become her best friends." The giggling Lilies, followed by Eve.

"Well, it's appropriate that Niko's sister and Niki's sister name the one-horned rhino as well as the hippo." Eve laughs, Samuel tells her in childhood is very fun. 

Samuel heard everything without being missed, but his eyes seemed reluctant to open.

"It's late in the afternoon, you'd better come back." Persuade Lili.

"Let me keep Sam awake."

"Are you sure?" 

"Very sure."

"Alright, if you insist. Mom go home first, if there's a problem call!"

"Good, Mom."

At night, Eve still survives glaring at the man. "You always scare me, how can I love a man who always troubles me? Actually you're far from the kind of man I dream of, and you're also a player. What was my fate after marrying you? Are you going to have another wife? If that happens, I'll cut your Anu and rub her out of shape." He continued to speak at length, until he was exhausted and fast asleep. 

Someone stroked her hair very gently, and revealed a smile. "I promise to make you my Queen, I love you too." Samuel's inner being enveloped the girl next to him. 

Samuel was delighted to hear the words of Eve, who loved him, and to hear all the words of the mother who spoke of him. Already aware, but do not want to tell everyone, intending to see the sincerity of others' hearts.

In the morning, Eve awoke from her sleep to realize something strange. "Who covers me?" he muttered that Samuel was cold, thinking hard about what he was going through. "Did he cover me? Is he conscious?" 

Eve approached Samuel, looking at the adorable looking handsome face. "If you look closely and your eyes are closed, he looks very handsome." The compliment that giggled when he touched that pointy nose. 

The open door stopped Eve's ignorant actions, one coming to check on her patient's condition. "Good morning, Miss." 

"How was your day, Miss." Greet the sweet smiling gentleman doctor.

"Pretty good."

"I'll check on the patient first."

"Please."

"Damn, I'll punish this doctor later. How presumptuous of him to tease Eve near me!" samuel's mind was holding back his annoyance.

"How's Sam doing?" 

"The patient's condition is better."

"Then, why isn't he conscious?" 

The handsome doctor also does not know why, because the patient's condition should be aware when seeing a fairly good development. "Maybe in a minute, call me if there's a problem."

"Thank you, Doc."

"Together."

Eve stared fixedly at the handsome face that had yet to open her eyes, scrutinizing every inch without being missed. "Why hasn't he realized yet, this is so strange."

Samuel held back his acting to look the maximum, not wanting to arouse suspicion. He still wanted to lie down and find out the nature of everyone especially the feelings of his future wife. 

Suddenly the sound of a cell phone, Eve immediately picked it up. 

"Hello."

"Yes, Mom. What's up?" 

"Go home, sweetie."

"But I'm still looking after Sam, Mom."

"There's a nurse and a doctor, just for a minute."

"All right."

Eve immediately turned off the phone and got ready to go home. "I'll go home, take care of yourself! I'll be back in a minute" he said, speaking to himself.

The door clenched, Sam opened his eyes looking at the back of the woman who disappeared from behind the door. "She went in a hurry, what happened?" she was very curious but still wanted to hear the expression of love from the heart-wrenching girl.

Samuel closed his eyes again as the door opened, three handsome men came to him. Twins N and Alex visit their sister-in-law, as the wedding is soon to be held and intend to visit.

"Hi Sam, forgive my mistake. All this is because of us, but we are not completely wrong, you also participate in the problems that occur. Oh yes, we want your health and consent to the marriage of you and our beloved sister." Niki sighed, giving her blessing without hesitation.

"Eve's responsibility I'll leave it to you, never make her sad or hurt. I will not forgive you!" press Niko.

"After the wedding, we'll make up for everything and get away from you." Niki said sadly and walked out of the place, followed by Alex and Niko.

"What do they mean by that? Were they punished?" The mind of Samuel who does not understand, but tries hard to make Eve happy with him and will not make his future wife complain.
