That afternoon it rained hard. Febry had just finished stocking up on the rest of the production, had to wait until the rain was shady, in order to get back to the office. Because the location of the warehouse is quite far and behind the factory makes Febry inevitably have to walk through the side of the factory, he recalled the incident some time ago when he had to go to the production room and pass through the hallway that made him feel traumatized if he had to go back into the production room through the employee aisle.
He repeatedly threw out his breath, glimpsed the clock on one of his wrists that had shown at 16:00. This means that one more hour of work will be completed, and if he has not completed his work then inevitably he must be ready for overtime.
Febry began to fidget, he was afraid if he had to work alone. Imagine working alone in the middle of a quiet atmosphere because the rain will certainly be more horror. He bit his lower lip, then approached Lisa who was at his desk to borrow an umbrella or anything that could protect him from the rain.
"Lis, you got an umbrella?"
"Nothing, Feb. Yesterday borrowed a technical boy, not behindin until now."
"Carder or what is it?" Febry looked around, looking for the thing he meant.
"Nothing either, uh. There's a sack."
"Yes, sack? Thought of the ntar's wreck." Febry chuckled, then stepped back to the door of the warehouse.
The rain was really heavy, like water spilled from the sky. It felt impossible to recklessly run without a protector, it was certain that he would be drenched.
Febry narrowed his eyes, looking at the man walking under the rain was heading towards him. He made sure that what he saw was not an illusion.
"Sir Ardi?" lirih.
The man who had just arrived at the warehouse yard folded his umbrella, then approached Febry who was hugging his workbook with a gawking expression.
"Without you, Feb? Enchanted?" Mr. Ardi flicked his fingers in front of Febry's face.
"Yes fascinated, fascinated by that beautiful umbrella actually pink," ledek Febry.
"I thought I saw the guy. Where's lisa? I'd like to get her report."
"There's a inside." Febry pointed to Lisa who looked busy in front of her computer screen.
Mr. Ardi left Febry, not long after he returned to Febry who was still staring at the door.
"Would you like to go back?"
"You want, but it's still raining."
"Yo wess, come together," bargained Mr. Ardi.
"And the umbrella's only one, sir."
"It could be both."
Febry looked doubtful, but the rain still showed no sign of stopping soon. Febry assented Mr. Ardi's invitation, because that's the only solution that exists today.
The two of them then walked under the rain with one umbrella. The cold snuck into the bone. The atmosphere was clear, only the sound of machines and rain water falling on their umbrellas.
"Peace you, in a little ride let's not get wet."
Mr. Ardi fixed the position of the umbrella algae, then held it tightly.
"I-iya," Febry replied. He does not have any feelings with the boss who often irritate him, but sometimes he also does not understand why there is a pounding in here, especially when Mr. Ardi shows his good side.
They walked past the employee building which was on the side of the road. There is a locker that runs inwards. The atmosphere seemed quiet and silent. Plus the lush bamboo plants towering right behind the locker add to the impression of armature.
"Allahu Akbar" cried Febry in shock, when he realized that the figure he saw was not human.
"Why, Feb?" Mr. Ardi who was right beside him was shocked, he looked towards Febry. The girl looked pale and her body trembled.
Amidst the rain Mr. Ardi stopped his steps, Febry also did so. The girl's body was still trembling. Mr. Ardi patted Febry on the shoulder, hoping Febry would come to his senses soon. But Febry was silent with a frightened face.
Realizing something was happening to Febry, Mr. Ardi did not stay silent. He grabbed Febry's cold fingers, then pulled them by force so that the girl would immediately follow him.
The umbrella that Mr. Ardi was holding had fallen apart, he was panicking. Afraid something might happen to Febry. He quickened his pace, under the rain their bodies were soaked. There was no response from Febry, he was silent when Mr. Ardi pulled his fingers.
"Pak Dwi's... Mr. Dwi, Mr. Dwi, where?" call Mr. Ardi who just walked into the office with a soaked body. The man let go of the hand he had been holding tightly. Mr. Dwi who was curious because his name was called and then approached Mr. Ardi. Followed by other curious staff.
The room suddenly splashed, not without reason Mr. Ardi looking for Mr. Dwi. Because every time there is a mass trance, Pak Dwi is one of the people who help employees to regain consciousness.
"Why is this, sir?" Mr. Dwi felt Febry's cold hand. His body was still silent and did not respond to the surroundings.
"So we were from the back shed, through the front of the locker kok directly gini," said Mr. Ardi.
Hesty and one of the female staff approached Febry, who was sitting on the office guest chair, and they tried to communicate with Febry. There was no response from the hijab girl.
Mr. Dwi grabbed a cup of mineral water on the guest table, tore the lid off and recited the prayer in a soft voice. The mineral water was then handed over to Hesty. The cute black-skinned girl slowly drank it on Febry who seemed as if she was conscious
"Bismillahirahmannirahim" said Hesty.
Everyone there looked nervous, especially Mr. Ardi. The man panicked, but struggled to hide his feelings. He did not want to look excessive in front of everyone, even though in fact deep in his heart he was eager to grip the fingers of Febry as before.
Slowly Febry seemed conscious, he blinked his eyes slowly many times. His body felt limp so Hesty had to help him to lean on the chair.
"Why?" ask Febry, slowly.
"Alhmdulillah, Mba Febry, who is this?" Mr. Dwi pointed towards Hesty who was right beside him.
"Hesty" said Febry.
All who were there breathed a sigh of relief, Mr. Ardi gestured for them to disperse and return to their respective rooms. Only Mr. Ardi, Mr. Dwi and Hesty are left there.
"Cold, Hes," complained Febry. Mr. Ardi who heard Febry's words, immediately went to his room. Then back again with a rash step while carrying his brown jacket. He handed the jacket to Hesty. Hesty quickly covered the wet body of Febry with a jacket.
"It's better to take Febry home, sir. And if allowed good tomorrow Mba Febry permission first to rest at home," said Mr. Dwi.
Mr. Ardi was actually confused by the purpose of Mr. Dwi's words, he did not ask why. But if it's the best. Mr. Ardi will agree.
"Come on, Feb's gonna take you home."
"Later on, sir. I still have work to do," Febry refused.
"God, wes to manut. Hes, please take Febry's stuff, let's take him home."
Hesty nodded, then left for the administration room. While Febry still looked limp with his body shivering because it was wet.
Millions of questions as if he wanted to say, the feeling of fear and worry mixed into one. He could not bear to see Febry who was usually cheerful this time looking so limp helpless.
