Mikayla is sad when she knows her grandmother prefers to live with her sister in a different city, but she is also afraid if Mikayla and Theo's relationship is discovered by her grandmother.

“Don't cry, Grandma so sad if you see you crying like this.” Grandma Ratna said when she saw her granddaughter crying. Mikayla hugged her grandmother for the second time.

“What grandma won't stay with me here?” ask Mikayla again. Grandma shook her head.

“We've had a lot of trouble, Son Theo. Grandma doesn't want to call her anymore, grandma asked you for help. Titip Mikayla with good.” Grandma Ratna.

Theo smiled and nodded. “Of course Grandma, Grandma don't worry.” Theo. Grandma also switched to hugging the young man who had always been kind to her.

“Grandmother must leave immediately, take care of yourself carefully.” Grandma said to Mikayla. Mikayla finally let go of her grandmother.

Not wanting to leave before Ronal's car completely disappears from her sight, Mikayla is saddened to live far away from her grandmother.

“What still want to stand here?” Tanya Theo who had been embracing Mikayla's shoulders ever since. The woman turned to Theo, not knowing what would happen to her after her grandmother's departure. Mikayla only hoped that Theo would not change as before.

“Better we eat first.” Said Theo while glancing to the left and right to see the nearest cafe in the hospital.

“I'm not hungry.” Mikayla said, but a second later her stomach rang making Theo chuckle amusedly and making Mikayla's face instantly blush with embarrassment.

“Yakin't hungry?” Theo asked again but his arm immediately pulled Mikayla's arm to go somewhere he saw. Theo takes Mikayla to one of the big Cefe not far from the hospital, they walk into the Cafe.

“Don't be sad, we can play to your grandmother's place during the holidays semest— ah!” Theo screeches as his body is suddenly pushed away from Mikayla's body. Theo stared intently at Mikayla who was looking panicked, fortunately the man fell right on the empty chair in the cafe. “What do you do, Kay!” Pekik Theo who was about to stand up.

But Mikayla again encouraged Theo's body to stay seated and coded if not far from there there was Sherena who was also eating at the cafe with a man.

“Kak Mika!” Shouted Sherena as she unintentionally stared at him, Mikayla stiffened and turned her head towards him.

While Theo stood up and deliberately walked towards her sister, Mikayla was immediately surprised that Theo had approached Sherena.

“How is this? How about getting caught!” Mikayla in her heart, she does not want her friendship to be broken when she learns of a false relationship with her brother.

“Sial, there's Brother Theo!” Screaming Sherena she slowly lowered her body and hid under the table. Leon who had been at the same table with himself just chuckled softly at the behavior of the girl in front of him.

“I don't want to, he must be angry and forbid me to bother you.” Sherena said honestly.

“Indeed you shouldn't bother me this busy, Sherena.” Leon Said.

“Sister Leon, since when is brother busy?” Sherena asks because remembering the man is always there for her.

“Sherena! Out quick!” Theo choked with annoyance.

“Please brother don't be mad at me!” Screaming Sherena was upset, she did not even want to get out from under the table.

“Then, Leon quickly you go from here.” Said Theo while staring at his cousin flat.

“Do not! I'm going out! Let ka Leon eat first, he just finished operating schedule Kak Leon need energy.” Sherena said, he was forced to come out from under the table, rather than see his man who had to be expelled.

Sherena looked at Theo who was now staring intently at him, Sherena was only able to bow her head.

“Leon, after your second engagement failed because of this boy. Have you not been covered yet?” Theo asked his cousin, because it seemed Leon was not at all bothered by Sherena's presence.

Leon just smiled. “Then take good care of your sister so as not to bother me.” Said Leon did not want to lose, instead he answered the question his cousin Leon instead had his cousin look after his sister.

Sherena, who saw the two men starting to heat up, quickly pulled Mikayla who had been standing not far from him.

“Sister Mika better you eat with us.” Sherena said trying to melt the atmosphere.

“Kak Theo too, sit down. Introduce him my friend I know because Sister Mika is a friend of Brother Lilac.” Sherena said, he was talking stale to divert the conversation.
