" Goodbye!" Said the two before eating the dish, Sawamura had already returned to the kitchen and now left only the two of them in the quiet cafeteria.

Izana and Yuki ate the dish deliciously, until the clattering of steps from outside made both of them feel disturbed.

" It's really noisy!" Izana complains while feeding the noodles in her mouth.

The sound of the door being kicked down violently made Izana and Yuki. Ah no, even the entire kitchen staff came out to look towards the source of the sound.

" YU-CHAN!!" Screaming the figure that broke down the door forcefully, the figure ran towards Yuki while carrying a crackle bag in his right hand.

" Kai-san, are you done?" Yuki asked casually, that figure, Kaito nodded slowly while neutralizing his heartbeat.

" Have you eaten?" Kaito asked, as Yuki was screeching, his eyeballs rolled down and his hands pointed at the plate in front of him that was still full.

" Well, we're not eating out..."Kaito said sadly, Yuki just sighed tiredly.

" Aww" Peeked Kaito as soon as a blow landed hard on his head, Kaito turned his head and found a kitchen staff behind him.

" What the hell, Kiyoko?" Ketus Kaito who was still upset, the beautiful staff stared fiercely at Kaito.

" I know you're in a hurry, but there's no need to break down our door!" Angered by the staff called Kiyoko, Kurumi Kiyoko is one of the cooks who served in the staff's special kitchen at this hospital.

" I'm sorry, I panicked when I found Yuu-chan not in the room" Kaito said regretfully, Kiyoko seemed to let out a slow sigh.

" Ahahahahaha, so Yuu-chan managed to conquer you?" Said Kaito while laughing, Izana scowled annoyed while Yuki stared at the confused two.

" Noisy!" Ketus Izana that makes Kaito more broken.

" Nee, Yuu-chan's. What did you do to conquer this stray cat?" Kaito asked which made Izana grow low.

" Who are you calling a stray cat?? And again he just helped me put up an infusion!" Izana said grumbling, Kaito stared in surprise at Izana.

" You..., you pull out your infusion needle again!!??????" Kaito asked stared in disbelief at Izana, as he remembered for 3 days already about 5 times Izana removed her own needle infusion. Yes, 5 times just because the child was upset and sulked at the brother who never came to the hospital to accompany him.

" Hmm" Izana replied briefly.

" Hahhh, Yuu-chan please help me take care of this one kitten~~~" Rengek Kaito made Yuki chuckle softly.

" Oh yeah, I bought a shortcake on the road earlier. This is for Yuu-chan and this is for you Sanada-kun!" Said Kaito while giving the cake in front of the two.

" You have to rest, Iza-nii" Yuki said, which made Izana pull her lips down, the child was annoyed by the boy's words before her.

" What's why? It's just 9pm!" Izana's protest made Yuki chuckle softly.

" You need to rest to heal quickly!" Said Yuki who dragged Izana back into her room, the child seemed resignedly pulled by the younger one. Along the way Izana just followed where Yuki pulled her, until the steps of the beauty stopped in front of her nursery.

" Iza-nii has to sleep, ok?" Said the beauty who was replied with a nod by Izana, Yuki gave a faint smile before extending her hand to pat the peak of Izana's head.

" Good boy" he said, leaving Izana agape.

" I have to go to the examination room, so.hopefully you'll get well soon!" He said before running away, Izana was silent on the spot. Not understanding why the little girl was running away, was also the intent of the words of the beauty that she was difficult to understand.
