131. Meetings

Next day.

After breakfast, Shiro headed straight to the Headquarters of the Hero Association.

Yesterday, after returning home from Karaoke, Shiro came home and saw the house was clean. It looks like Unseen has finished cleaning all sides of the house.

Shiro returned in a good mood, continued his rest, went back to sleep in the room and woke up the next day.

Towards the Headquarters of the Hero Association, Shiro will report about the fight at Gate yesterday. In addition, he will also follow the meeting regarding the dangerous plans of the Devil Nation.

Moreover, Shiro was confident that the news of the Devil's plan would definitely shock everyone present.

Wearing daily clothes, Shiro came to the administration. Shiro's unpromising appearance makes the administrative supervisor and security officer want to arrest Shiro. But when Shiro issued a special license letter, the administrative supervisor and security officers were immediately bowed in shame.

"Can I meet the Association Chairman? I was told to report yesterday" Shiro asked.

After which, Shiro sat on the waiting chair that had been provided. Sometimes he saw other officers who seemed to be busy preparing something.

Shiro can guess if this must be due to the preparation of the meeting that will be done soon.

Before long he waited, Shiro saw Anastasya coming towards him.

Anastasya bowed to Shiro then said: "Master, let's follow me."

Shiro nodded and followed Anastasya's direction towards the Office of the Hero Association.

During the trip, Anastasya asked a lot about Shiro's departure yesterday. Of course Shiro answered me curiously.

Anastasya is not satisfied with Shiro's answer, and often urges Shiro with the question. Shiro finally tells Anastasya that he is tired so he goes home first.

Anastasya stopped by the storage room and took one of the black robes there and gave it to Shiro.

"Well, just wear this for a while. The quality is not much different from the Cloak you have, only slightly inferior."

Shiro nodded and did not forget to thank Anastasya.

Arriving in front of the Association Chairman's Office, Anastasya knocked on the door. After being invited in by the Chairman of the Association, Anastasya invited Shiro into the Office room.

"Chairman, Zero has arrived."

The chairman of the Association, Thomas Schven who looked busy with various documents glanced at Shiro.

"Please sit down first. Wait a minute, there's still something I have to do."

Hearing the Association Chairman's remark, Shiro could only nod. There was nothing he could do when he saw the bustle of the Association Chairman.

Anastasya appeared to be assisting the Association Chairman in preparing the documents. Shiro could only sit waiting while eating and drinking with what he had provided.

The chairman of the Association sipped coffee on his desk and asked Shiro: "Hey son, how was your trip before?"

"Don't you already know, huh? Let's get straight to the main topic." Shiro then replied coldly, he did not like pleasantries.

"As usual. Try explaining about the monster that was in the Gate earlier?"

Shiro nodded then began to explain briefly.

Shiro tells her that the main monster is a Skeleton Controller called a Lich. The weakness of the Lich is the Pendant in their necklace which is a Crystal Core.

Afterwards, Shiro informed the Association Chief that the Boss monster was originally the Lich King. But due to a condition, it made the Boss monster change from Lich King to Undead Dragon.

"... Due to the Orb's use by the Lich King, the Undead Dragon appears and the Lich King is sucked in by the Orb and disappears. I don't know if the disappearance of the Lich King made the Gate resolved or transferred the position of the Boss monster from the Lich King to the Undead Dragon."

Hearing Shiro's brief explanation, the Association Chief pondered for a moment. He tried to digest the report Shiro had told him. Even Anastasya beside him was quite surprised by what Shiro experienced when the enemy.

"Oh, if so, that means..."

Before the Association Chairman gave his speculation, his Communication Tool rang. Seeing this, Shiro could only sigh softly. Whenever something needs to be reported, something bothers you.

Sure enough, it was Brewthern again who contacted the Association Chairman.

"Yes Brewthern, what's wrong? Okay, I'll be there soon. Thank you for your hard work."

After which, the Association Chief turned off the communication device and looked back at Shiro.

"Son, let's continue later. Meeting audience is in attendance, let's go to the Meeting Room. The meeting will begin soon."

Hearing this, Shiro could only nod, following the Association Leader and Anastasya towards the meeting room.

Following the Association Chairman and Anastasya, they finally reached a sizable room. Maybe a little bigger than a basketball court. Lots of chairs and tables, which indicate this room will be used as a meeting room.

Entering the meeting room, there are 30 Audience tables that each table contains 3 chairs which means each is used only for 3 people.

Each seat seemed to have been heavily filled and almost full, and Shiro pretty much recognized the identity of each participant present.

Most of them are the Mayors of their respective Cities, including Eric Santos from Shiro's hometown. Not only Eric Santos, Shiro also recognized the Mayor of City A, B and several other City mayors.

From afar, Shiro also saw Leon who was also present. Marking Leon's family is influential enough that he can also represent his family in this meeting.

Although many people he knew, Shiro was not afraid of being known, especially by Eric Santos and Leon.

Shiro is still undercover and not many remember his identity after all these years. Moreover, the Hero Association did not tell anyone of his true identity, even to Eric Santos.

"Chairman, please sit here."

The Chairman of the Association sits at the place that Brewthern has provided.

Seeing that there was only one seat in front, Shiro could only stand behind the Association Chairman like Anastasya and Brewthern did. Really bad service.

After everyone had sat down, the Association Leader stood up and then said: "Alright, since everyone has attended, the Meeting will start soon."
