All the way to Sora's return home was pensive. Remember first when the school how happy he was there was a whole family, friends, and good friends. But all just disappeared. Both of his parents suddenly had a car accident, the cause of which no one knows.
His grandmother who heard that just fainted and suddenly died. In just one day, three of his favorite people left him. Wanting to scream, worrying so much even want to participate with them because they feel unable to face all that.
At the funeral of her parents and grandmother, Sora's friends were absent. Somehow the sad funeral felt empty and stifling. But friends and parents kept coming, paying their respects to the deceased and seeing Sora in need of support.
Immediately Mira hugged Sora and they cried together, Sora who had not been able to help her immediately returned Mira's embrace.
Old man Mira saw that immediately following Sora's embrace and they drifted away in grief together.
Until the funeral is over Mira still accompanies Sora. Sora clasped Mira's hand tightly as if unwilling to let go. Mira who felt that became unbearable and pity. Upon arriving home, Sora felt tired and just dropped his body on the bed. Mira also follows him to sit on the edge of Sora's bed. Actually Mira did not have the heart to her best friend but she had to convey it to Sora.
By stroking the head of Sora. Sora who felt Mira's gentle rubbing instantly turned around and looked at Mira with teary eyes. Mira was increasingly unbearable, her best friend who she knew was very cheerful, always smiling and babbling without pause. But today he collapsed, shattered and helpless.
“Sora..” Sad Mira.
Sora who was stared at could only be speechless and without a sound of shedding tears. “Aaahh. Aiish.” Thought Mira saw it, though,
“Sora, I'm sorry, but tomorrow morning I have to go. You remember that?” Ask Mira.
After graduating Menegah Pertama School Mira chose to continue her school in Luar Negri. Because his whole family was there. And that decision was made before Sora's disaster. Sora knows that too.
Seeing that Mira increasingly unbearable to this friend. He helps clean the house. The funeral itself was completed until three in the afternoon, so they still had time to clean up the house.
Mira's parents help and make dinner for Sora before they leave the child alone at home.
Finished with their work, Mira and her parents decided to pack up because their plane leaves early tomorrow.
“Aunt knows this is heavy for you, son. But auntie wishes you could get through it well. Sorry, we couldn't stay with you any longer. May you be well,” Aunt Kang said as she hugged Sora warmly.
She felt Sora like her own child. A 14-year-old has to lose everything quickly. And must fight alone. Can't imagine if it happened to Mira.
Uncle Kang also held Sora's hand and patted her. I could only stare without saying a word. I don't know what to say to the little girl.
“I go, tomorrow I will tell you saar is leaving,” Mira hugs him again tightly.
“Yes... God, this child is strong,” Aunt Kang's prayer sincerely.
After all of them left. Sora went back inside the house and stared at every corner of the room that used to be crowded with the sound of his mother screaming for them for dinner. Yes, Sora's mother is as chatty and noisy as she is. So that the house is too crowded then, when all is lost it becomes very quiet and empty.
The next morning Sora waited for news from his best friend. Until noon there was no news from Mira. Waiting until nightfall, even Sora had tried to call but there was no answer at all. Mira's phone is out of range. Same with Aunt and Uncle Kang.
“There is this” Inner Sora who is feeling start to worry.
Until this moment it has been years. Sora had no idea about his best friend. Where, why and what happened to their families. Until the decision he moved to A city to work after graduating from High School.
