Anxiety is a feeling that arises when we are worried or afraid of something. Fear and panic are human. After some time, we usually feel calmer and more comfortable.

Worry and fear, within certain limits, can help keep us, even protect from distress. However, there are times when anxiety makes things feel worse than they really are and makes us overwhelmed. Long-lasting worry can lead to long-term anxiety.

Everyone must have been worried. Anxiety is the body's way of preparing for a challenge. The heart will pump more blood and oxygen so that the body is ready. That way, an individual can be more alert and able to overcome those challenges more efficiently.

This is what Fabian felt. He can barely control his anxious self.
