CHANGE OF PLANS

“Look, you are very beautiful Quin, want to be dressed in any style always fits on your face.” praise Bella from the mirror reflection she can see.

“Your praise is too excessive, let's go down immediately, surely dad is waiting.” Quin said with a spoiled smile.

Quin walked along with Bell, when he arrived at the terrace of the mension seen a large horse carriage waiting complete with a coachman and ten knights who will escort them.

What made Quin even more astonished was that currently escorting them were the chosen knights. Where they were knights with almost above average strength. Makes Quin even more anxious with his own thoughts.

Philip in his knightly attire stood up gallantly. Quin remembered he was the one who drove him back then, but the end of Philip Quin was uncertain.

“Good night, miss.” said Philip smiling kindly as he saw Quin looking at him who Quin replied with a nod.

“Sister, will sister also come?” quin asked who saw his brother standing upright not far from the horse carriage.

“Of course.” the answer is short.

Luke, who noticed Bella's presence, stared at Bella's face for a moment and then revealed a faint smile. Bella just blushed. Quin who knew that of course nudged Bella's arm to tease her.

“You guys ready?” asked the Grand Duke who walked over from within the mension.

“Already father.” replied Luke and Quin together.

“Luke you'll board the main train, and take Bella with you!” the Grand Duke's.

“Good dad, let's Bella in.” take Luke with a face sumringah.

Quin was confused by what happened, why even his sister and Bella who were riding the horse carriage. Bell was still in his place.

“We will ride what father?” bela asked confused.

Grand Duke smiled shady “We will take the rental train.” Grand Duke said later. Either got a hunch from which the Grand Duke changed their departure plans and replaced the main train with a rented train as a backup.

The reserve train will be used by Quin and himself while the main train will be boarded by Luke and Bella. He had to use Bella to replace Quin. To him Quin's life was everything.

“This is for your safety Quin.” said Grand Duke with his serious face.

“The father's statement scares me.” Quin said with his frightened face, he stroked his chest to normalize his heartbeat which started beating faster.

Bella who knows that quickly stroked Quin's back gently “Till Quin, nothing will happen, me and your sister will definitely protect you if something happens.” whispered Bella right in Quin's ear.

Because it was decided finally Quin ride the reserve train followed by Bella who rode with Luke into the main train parked not far from the main train.

Before long the wheels of the carriage began to move leaving the Mansion. The wind blows softly. Appearing the pretty face of Quin, the silver-blossomed girl accidentally opened the window of her carriage. The twilight still appeared in the distance. The stars began to appear. Quin was trying to enjoy this trip. At least this scene could slightly neutralize as well as calm his mind.

For a moment Quin felt that everything that would happen later was not as easy as imagined. Slowly the blue netra of Quin's ocean felt heavy. But his mind kept thinking about what would happen later. As a result of the mind that continues to wander makes him feel sleepy.

Quin yawned slowly, he leaned his head against the window of the carriage and began to close his eyes. The journey from the residence of the Grand Duke to the palace was not long likely to be an hour's drive. But he couldn't hold back his sleepiness anymore.

Quin almost entered into the dream when the train he was riding suddenly stopped which resulted in his body staggering forward to hit the barrier board between the coachman and the passenger cabin.

The Grand Duke who realized something was wrong, quickly the Grand Duke prepared with the sword in his hand. He peeked towards the front. And sure enough, the main carriage had been surrounded by a swarm of masked men.

“Sign in to the hideout box under this seat, son. Father will help your brother to fight against the horde that confronts us.” Grand Duke's orders.

“But dad, what if dad gets hurt.” says Quin worried.

“Calm down, I've faced hundreds of wars. This is nothing to me.” Grand Duke calmed Quin down.

“Master, there is a group of assassins who ambushed us number about 30 people.” reported the knight from outside the carriage.

The Grand Duke hissed softly, it turned out that it was true that Quin's existence had been sniffed. Making her daughter's life unsafe now.

“Remember Quin, whatever happens, promise not to get off the train.” book Grand Duke once again on Quin.

From inside his hideout, Quin peeked out from behind the small hole of the carriage, he saw the condition of the main train had been destroyed in some parts, whether it was magic they used, the carriage was split into pieces.

The battle was fierce. Almost all of them fought swords. His sighing was truly deafening to Quin. They all moved nimbly avoiding the deadly attacks from each camp.

Quin was horrified by what he saw. This was the first time Quin had seen the murder scene in person for real.

The sword unsheathed, wounded, and slashed the head of a human. The screams and groans of pain were clearly heard in Quin's ears.

The sound of the sword rubbing against him was getting closer. It makes Quin panic. The Grand Duke stared at the condition of the carriage Quin was riding on at a glance. With a quick movement the Grand Duke took out fire needles to the horde of assassins who wanted to get close to the carriage that Quin was riding on.  Until there's one man standing on Quin's cart. Without everyone knowing. Where he is the leader of the hit man.

“I know the venerable Grand Duke. Your daughter's in here, isn't she?” his taunts with a made-up voice.

“Ah, It would be great to kill him.” he added with a cruel grin.

“Then I will kill you first!” luke said with emotions that had burned him.

“Basic crazy.” maki Luke. It didn't take long for Luke to crash into the man's body.

The sword swing managed to injure Luke's arm which made Luke's sword grip come off. Seeing that Bella immediately panicked, but she still fought with some of the killers who troubled her.

“You won't survive, Luke. Scratches of my sword covered in poison will paralyze you slowly and painfully. Ha ha ha ha ha!!” that crisp laughter sounded clearly accompanied by a disgusting cruel grin.

“Hold Luke” said Bella in her heart.

“Soldiers, keep attacking them and don't let your guard down!” bella said loudly.

Quin who saw that was getting panicked. Without a second thought he got out of the car.

“Let go of my brother and take me!” yelled Quin with all his might.

The leader smiled softly, it turned out that his bait had managed to get the person he was looking for out by itself.

“Stupid girl.” his his hisses cruel.

“From Quin!!” the Grand Duke and Luke shouted at the same time.

“No, they want me don't they? so let them take me.” Quin said

“You stupid or what? I won't lose just because my hand is hurt.” protest Luke.

Grand Duke, Luke and Bella swiftly attack the killer. Again the battle happened. Worse than ever, the Grand Duke attacks with a pointed fire needle and a fireball explosion, while Bella uses a ground shield to protect Quin's body.

Even though the three of them were fighting together, both Grand Duke, Luke, and Bella both released considerable energy, but the state of their bodies started to drift slightly. They felt that the leader was using forbidden magic to protect himself from the attacks of the three of them.

This condition is aggravated by Luke being injured in the arms and back making his movements falter. While the Grand Duke's young age was no longer making his moves, while Bella's opponent he faced far exceeded his ability, even they had fought for more than an hour.

The attacks from the Grand Duke, Luke, and Bella who took turns did not even injure the leader. Making the three of them grow frustrated. Unbeknownst to them, one of the assassins moves behind Quin's back with a dagger ready to slash his neck.
