In the morning, all the Phonix members had prepared for a meeting with Colonel Cha and General Nam. Not a few minutes Colonel Cha directly contacted them via laptop.
" Morning Captain "greet all Phonix members.
" Hm, has everyone gathered? " ask Colonel Cha.
" Well, Captain" said Nico.
" Well, I'll start today's meeting" said Captain Cha.
" As per the information General Nam gave me, this killer usually happens once a month. So you guys should always be on standby to protect the next victim, well any questions? "

After the call was cut off, all the Phonix team members were just silent and preoccupied with their respective thoughts.
" What do you think is the motive of this killer? why does he commit murder once a month?! " said Archen who felt stuck with his mind.
