Gwen asks the guard to open the gate and let Alcie into the garden area.

Alcie Glee is sitting next to Gwen. While his son hid behind the body of CEO Patt Group's wife.

“Aldrich, son. It's mommy.” Alcie tried to grab his son's hand but the boy kept dodging.

Gwen wanted to pat Alcie on the back but couldn't because the child she was carrying was sleeping soundly. “If that's your problem, then I'll try to help. I'll ask my husband for permission to give you a job,” bargain.

Alcie kept shaking. “No need, Gwen. I'm embarrassed to work in an office with a face like this,” he refused.

“You can wear a mask while working. At least you can make money for your daily life,” persuaded Gwen. He may stay silent when someone who is frustrated and short-minded wants to end his life.

Alcie was silent, he seemed to be weighing the decision he wanted to take. “I'm ashamed if your husband sees my face. Looks like you don't have to do that.”

“My husband is not related to all his employees, only the higher-ups can communicate and meet directly with him. If you're shy, I'll ask Danzel to give you a job at a branch company and become a regular employee.” Gwen tried to persuade. As bad as Alcie's nature, but as a human she still has the desire to help what else when her ex-husband's affair is down like this.
