A Failed Plan

Edward did not reveal the wedding plans arranged by his parents to Naya. Edward was sure Naya would be shocked to find out. Edward finally convinces Naya that her life will be fine. Sooner or later, Naya will find out.

Edward met his parents.

"Dad made a decision. You're going to marry Naya later this month" Scott said without further ado.

Edward was silent, even though he felt too fast for him.

"Dad didn't want my offspring to be born without status. If the whole world hadn't known about your relationship with Cheryn, I would have announced my granddaughter's presence to the world and had a big party. But to preserve the honor of the family, for a while we do the blessing ceremony." explained Scott.

"I don't want to get married" Naya said suddenly as Edward was about to finish.

Edward was surprised, as were the couple. It turned out that Naya heard their conversation just now.
