Rough Girl

The sound of hasty steps filled the corridor at one of the famous campuses in the city of Kalika. She is Clara Anastachia, a late-level student who is too late for guidance. Since her mother died a few years ago, Clara's life has changed drastically. Her father was often furious and demanded that Clara grow up to be a strong girl. Like this morning Clara had to hear a long talk of her papa which made her late to come to campus. Not to mention her sister who was so spoiled, her name was Chila. Chila always asks for anything Clara prepared. Chila is only two years from Clara, she also studied at the same campus as Clara. But the nature of the two is so different. Clara is sharp, judes, rarely smiles and speaks a little differently to the spoiled, meek, cheerful and friendly Chila.

Clara had been under too much pressure from her papa that she no longer enjoyed life. After college he will help his Papa take care of the company while Chila can still run away at will. Sometimes Clara wanted to protest at her Papa but she paused because she didn't want to look for trouble. Moreover, Clara had heard from workers at her home that she was only a child continued from her papa. Rumors circulated that his mother was married to his father was already pregnant and allegedly the baby in the womb Mama Clara is not the child of his Papa.

Clara did not dare to ask the truth directly to the Papa because she was very afraid to accept the fact that it was all true.

Bugh.

Clara accidentally hit someone's body so fast.

“Maaf” said Clara briefly without looking at the body of the person she hit. The man growled in annoyance. Too often Clara's been like that to him.

“Barbar” girl pissed off the guy. Samuel Ethan Brin is a man who has been married to Clara for a long time. But neither Clara nor Ethan (pronounced iten) responded to the news let alone their parents like not being serious when saying it. So they assume it's just a stale base every time they meet.

Actually it's not that Clara deliberately did that, it's just that every time Clara met Ethan was always just in a hurry. Clara is not the girl Ethan imagined, it's just the circumstances that make Clara become like this.

Clara has run and doesn't care about Ethan because her lecturer has been seen leaving the campus.

Ethan clenches his hand and sees Clara leaving. Increasingly annoyed when he saw some men including his own friends staring unblinkingly at the figure of Clara who was running. Her horse-pointed hair was seen dancing to her body.

Ethan hits Arlan on the shoulder of his best friend for being so fascinated looking at Clara.

“Hey... what good is he until you are fascinated like this?” ethan's pissed.

Arlan just chuckled.

“You don't see that even if she's in such a hurry it still looks pretty? No need for thick makeup and eyelash extension but her face is so beautiful is not it?” arlan replies to Ethan's reprimand.

Ethan just grunts and leaves, leaving Arlan still looking at Clara's back, which has disappeared.

After Clara disappears, Arlan realizes that Ethan is no longer by her side. Arlan frowned for a while until he finally found Ethan's figure who was heading to the cafeteria.

“Where are you going Chila?” clara asked her sister.

“I want to go to the same Mall Ka Agnes Kak” replied Chila with a smile.

“Why should he be the same? He only uses you Chila” Clara said with emphasis.

“Kakak himself why met with Ka Agnes? Then why can't I?” sue Chila's.

“You will not be strong friends with him Chila, if you tell me why you are not obedient anyway?” Clara started yelling at her sister.

“I don't want my sister, Ka Agnes has been good with me. Maybe because the sister is too ketusya Ka Agnes so same as Kakar” said Chila to defend.

Clara clenched her hands. He who already knows Agnes well certainly knows how the real Agnes.

Chila was already teary-eyed because she could not hear the snaps from her brother.

Ethan, who has just arrived, hears and sees for himself how rudely Clara treats her sister.

“Why are there such rough women?” ethan murmured in the heart. Ethan feels sorry because Chila has been too often the material of Clara's impingement.

“When can Clara turn out to be a little sweeter? It feels like he was not this rough” muttered Ethan anyway.

“Why?” asked Arlan who was astonished because Ethan suddenly stopped his steps.

Ethan shook his head then continued his steps. He knows Arlan likes Clara and does not want to make Arlan become ilfeel if Ethan tells how rude Clara was to his sister.

Arlan frowned because he felt strange about the attitude of his best friend.

Agnes who had just come out of the toilet was crabbing looking for Chila's whereabouts.

“You guys see Chila no?” ask Agnes to Ethan and Arlan. Both of them are compact to shake his head when Ethan sees that Clara forced Chila to come home.

“OK thank you” said Agnes then immediately search for the whereabouts of Chila.

Ethan and Arlan continue on their way to the parking lot. Just like Clara, Ethan and Arlan are final-level students. They are also educated hard to be able to continue the family business. The plan after graduating S1, the three of them will continue their graduate education abroad. The parents of the three of them were good friends even before the three were born and are still good friends today. Clara, Ethan, and Arlan were also good friends. Until finally Mama Clara died and the nature of Clara was so changed and became a loner. Ethan hates Clara's current nature. Clara is far from the type of woman she dreams of.

“Where are you going?” asked Arlan when they were in front of each other's cars.

“To Papa's office. You alone?” reply Ethan.

“Hemm. I'll be back in the office tomorrow. Want to continue the revision of the thesis aj” replied Arlan who really wanted to finish the script immediately.

“Ya already, see you tomorrow” said Ethan then immediately get into his car.

Hem. Arlan simply replied with deheman. He's still in front of his car even though Ethan's out of the campus parking lot.

Arlan then contacted Clara because she actually saw how Clara pulled Chila violently.

Several times Arlan contacted Clara until the fourth call finally Clara received the call.

“Halo” greet Clara across there.

“Halo, where?” asked Arlan attentively as usual.

“I'm home. Why?” ask Clara who does not like to talk stale.

“I went there ya” replied Arlan who instantly turned off his call just like that.

Clara was not surprised because Arlan's attitude was always like this.
