Chapters. 31. Something Unexpected.

"What's he doing there?"

Vano immediately sidelined the car making Via and Mahen's men look at him, he quickly grabbed the umbrella and moved out of it.

"Va-Vano?" Via smiled widely when he saw the whereabouts of his sister-in-law, now he was no longer worried about the state of Yara.

Vano looked at Via and Mahen's men in turn, then his gaze stopped on the woman's car which seemed to be being damaged.

"Thank God you're through here, Vano" said Via, making the man look up to him.

"Your car's broken?"

Via nodded immediately. "Yes. It was from this afternoon, but the plan was to go to my mom's house." He breathed in frustration.

"What good is this man?" Vano glanced sharply at Mahen's men.

"Pardon me, sir. I don't understand about cars." The man lowered his head, knowing that Vano was the younger brother of his master.

"Huh, stop. Better get in my car now, let the mechanic pick this up."

Via nodded his head and got back into the car to carry Yara. "Oh yeah, I can't carry it." There was no way he could get Yara wet, then decided to go back to see Vano who was apparently waiting in the car.

He opened the door next to the wheel. "Vano, can you hold Yara? Me, I'm wet."

Vano glanced at Via sharply, he then got out of the car without responding to the woman's remark.

Via, who initially thought that Vano was unwilling, became happy when the man got into his car. He then follows Vano and holds the male umbrella, so that Vano and Yara's bodies are not exposed to rain.

Brucks.

Vano's legs slipped as the rain made his body and Via collide, he quickly wrapped his hands around the woman's waist so as not to fall to the ground.

Via's hand reflexes clutching Vano's arms tightly close together, with Vano's hands holding Yara and holding Via's body.

Deg. Via's heart beat rapidly as they met Vano's eyes, their faces both so close that the male's breath seemed to sweep across his face.

Vano was also hypnotized by what happened. His eyes stared intently at Via's eyes, even now he was tracing the woman's line.

"Mama."

Via regained his senses when he heard Yara's voice and immediately released the grip of his hand, as well as Vano who immediately continued his steps carefully.

Via's face suddenly turned red because of what had just happened, he tried to calm the pounding of his heart that was still pounding. "Pacify me, God, calm me!" He took a deep breath and then exhaled.

Tin!

His body jumped in shock when he heard the sound of a horn from Vano's car, he quickly approached the car and immediately sat beside Vano. "I'm sorry to wait" Via's words came to a halt as Vano gave her a dress.

"Open that jacket and put this on, you'll get sick later."

For a moment Via was silent while staring at Vano, his brain was processing what the man had just said.

Not long after, Vano car has arrived at the destination. He immediately went out and moved to the back seat to hold Yara, while Via held the umbrella back for them.

Mahen, who was standing behind the window, stared intently at the car park, frowning in his forehead when he saw his wife and sister coming out of the same car.

"What's going on?" He wondered why Vano was able to be with Via. Without waiting for anything else, he immediately stepped out his feet to meet them.

"Assalamu'alaikum."

Mama Camelia and papa Adrian who were sitting in the family room immediately looked at the source of the sound. "Wa'alaikum salutations." They frowned when they saw the arrival of Via, Vano, and Yara.

"Well, why are you soaking wet like that, Vi?" Mama Camelia approached Via who was shivering withstanding the cold.

"So it's raining, Ma. Then I'll go to Ma'am's room, Pa." Via directly climbed the tangaa when he saw the nod of his head in-laws, he had to take a shower immediately so as not to get a fever.

However, his steps came to a halt when he saw Mahen standing at the end of the stairs. The man was holding his chest while looking at him sharply.

"Awas Mas, I'm going to go to the room,"

"What's going on? Why are you coming home with Vano?" mahen asked sharply, he didn't even notice his wife's soaking-drenched body.

Via let out a rough breath. "I'm gonna take a shower, Mom. I'll tell you later."

"What's the trouble, if the story is now?"

Via looked at Mahen in disbelief, it was possible that the man forced him into this state. "Just ask the Mas guy, he knows everything."

"What?" Mahen was surprised by what Via said, while the woman had already passed away going to the room.

"Wait, does she know that I told someone to follow her?" Mahen immediately took the phone to call his men, but the number was not active.

"I have to ask her directly!" He then turned around and followed Via into the room.

Meanwhile, mama Camelia and papa Adrian are questioning Vano about what happened to them.

"I accidentally saw him on the side of the road because his car broke down, "that's Vano's explanation.

Both parents nodded their heads. "It's a good thing you're passing by from that road, if you don't pity Via and Yara."

Vano nodded his head then passed away going to the room. Because of the questions his parents asked, he recalled something that happened between him and Via earlier.

"Currently, maybe."
