Chapter 7's

In a luxury house located in the ranks of an elite complex, Kenzo was feeling worried when he did not find his sister there when he returned home.

The handsome man decided to contact Maura after he got his contact number from Gabriel.

A few seconds passed, the tone of his call was still connected but the friend of his sister had not received his call.

Kenzo's feelings are getting worse, he also contacted Maura again. But the girl still did not answer.

"His phone is active, but why isn't she answering my calls?" kenzo grunts, riled.

Kenzo decides to send him a message, "Maura, it's Kenzo. Is Kanaya in your house?"

A few minutes later, Maura called Kenzo back after reading a message from him.

"Hello, Brother Kenzo. Well, I'm sorry I didn't pick up the phone because the number wasn't known. I thought it was just a prank number" Maura said from a call.

"Where's Kanaya?" ask Kenzo without saying stale.

"Kanaya? Has he not come home yet, brother? I went home first because my invitation was there. But, before that I saw Kanaya already in the school parking lot. I thought he was coming home with you" explained Maura.

"You sure? Kanaya sent a message to me that she's coming home with you" Kenzo replied.

"Huh? Sis, I'm not lying, I'm not going home with him." said Maura.

Kenzo ruffled his hair in frustration, his worries getting bigger now.

"Sister, I'll try to ask my other friend" Maura continued.

"Yes, that's better" Kenzo said before closing the call.

Kenzo tried to contact Kanaya again, although the attempt was unsuccessful because the sister's phone still could not be reached until now.

"Nay, where are you going?" Kenzo muttered.

He could not remain silent and waited for his sister's return restlessly. He also decided to take out his motorbike and intend to explore every place that Kanaya might stop by.

"Aden, where's Aden going?" ask Bi Susi, a home assistant who has worked there for a long time. In fact, already Kenzo and Kanaya consider as his adoptive parents.

"I'll find Kanaya, Bi. If he's home, please let me know!" answer Kenzo.

"Yes, be careful, Den. Aunt is also worried about Non Kanaya."

Kenzo began to drive his motorbike to divide the urban road at the turn of the night.

Not long ago the shadow of Kenzo vanished behind the towering gate, suddenly a taxi stopped there.

Bi Susi who was about to enter the house turned back when she heard the sound of the taxi.

"Non Kanaya!" exclaim Bi Susi as she approached Kanaya who just got off the taxi.

"Non from anywhere?" ask her anxiously.

"I'm tired Bi, don't ask first. I want to rest in the room." - Kanaya.

Bi Susi seemed to understand the burden that Kanaya got today. The five-headed woman decided to help carry Kanaya's bag without asking any more questions.

After he escorted Kanaya to her room, Bi Susi rushed to prepare dinner and informed Kenzo of her brother's return.

"Non Kanaya seems to be in a mess, I just make her favorite food ah." muttered Bi Susi who had been in the kitchen.

The twilight woman prepared the ingredients first, then began to struggle with her cooking with a carefree heart, as usual.

A short time later, Kenzo arrived at his home.

"Aden, you better not bother Non Kanaya first, it looks like Non is not okay!" Shouted Bi Susi who was still struggling in the kitchen when she heard Kenzo's firm steps that were about to go up.

Kenzo stopped his steps and shifted his goal to go to the kitchen, approaching Bi Susi.

"Bi, why Kanaya?" kenzo asked as he picked up a small piece of chicken that he then ate.

"Hush, just play comot. Wash your hands first, Den!" tegur Bi Susi's.

Like a buffalo that was plucked in his nose, Kenzo also according to him.

"Anyways, tonight Non Kanaya don't be bothered first. If you have some questions, you better ask them tomorrow, okay?" Bi Susi formed her finger after giving the final touch to her cooking.

"Well, Bi. It looks so good!" exclaim Kenzo with a ready-to-eat look.

"Don't! It's Non Kanaya's. If you want, I'll make it again."

Regardless of Kenzo again, Bi Susi passed by while carrying a baking sheet containing Kanaya's favorite chicken katsu and a glass of milk.

"If only, Mama is like Bi Susi who cares a lot for me and Kanaya." said Kenzo in a heart that misses the figure of the mother who in recent months did not meet.

Kenzo decided to go to his room to clean up. It was also fortunate that he did not see Kanaya tonight given that the wound on his face had not fully healed. It could be the girl who came back to find him with a few questions.

Meanwhile, Bi Susi was already in Kanaya's room. The door was never locked, making it easy to enter.

"Non, Non Kanaya. Here, I'm making Non's favorite food!" bi Susi said to Kanaya who was covering her entire body with a blanket.

"Non" called him again as he put the baking sheet on the nightstand.

The girl did not issue any response, she just fell silent there.

Inevitably, Bi Susi flicked her blanket to make sure Kanaya was okay.

"Oh, apparently already asleep," said Bi Susi as she sat by her bedside.

Bi Susi again allowed the blanket, then she stroked Kanaya's head gently while removing the strands of hair from the sweet face.

"Gosh, Non!" he screeches when he feels the heat on Kanaya's forehead.

Bi Susi rushes to look for a thermometer in the nightstand drawer, then she checks Kanaya's body temperature.

Almost the thermometer that Bi Susi holds fell when she saw the number listed there is 40 degrees Celsius.

"Geez, Non-Kanaya!"

Bi Susi suddenly confused. He immediately dialed the personal doctor's phone number stored on his phone.

"Hello, Doc. Can you come to the Bardy residence now? Her daughter had a high fever, her body temperature reached 40 degrees Celsius" Bi Susi said after the doctor received her call.

"I'm sorry, Mom. I happen to be out of town. I don't think I can come there right now" the doctor replied in a call.

"Then, what should I do, Doc?" tanyanya.

"Look, first, make sure the room is cold, you can turn on the fan, or AC, can also compress it with ice water,"

Bi Susi immediately took the AC remote, then raised the temperature.

"I've turned on the AC, Doc. What else should I do?"

"Bardy Pak's daughter drank a lot of water for the rehydration process,"

"But he's unconscious, Doc. How do I give him a drink?"

"Oh, if that's the case, just take it to the hospital immediately, ma'am. I think he should immediately receive medical treatment, ma'am." he said.

Bi Susi immediately informed Kenzo of her sister's condition after cutting off her call with the doctor.

"What's? Why is Aunt telling me now?" peekik Kenzo who went straight to Kanaya's room and rushed her to the hospital
