Fernando sneers at Rayyan's request." Anna could not be far from Rayyan's headquarters. So maybe Anna can't come with you if you want to go to D Rayyan."

Fernando knows who Anna is. But he didn't want to say anything to the child and his wife. Fernando wants Anna to tell him who he is.
