CHAPTER 43
" Take this, take this as my dowry for your daughter" Brandon said, handing over ownership documents of the company already in Angel's name.
" What is this? " ask Olivia hesitantly picking up some documents on her living room table.
Olivia and Angel read every document Brandon gave with astonished eyes.
" Mommy. isn't this? " added Olivia in a tone of doubt and disbelief at what she saw.
" Yes it's the company's ownership papers and other assets belonging to your parents that Carlos has taken over and is now back in your possession again " brandon said by sitting on an old sofa in Angel's house.
With incredulous eyes Angel and Olivia look at each other without being able to say anything with what Brandon gives them.
" How can you do this? did he give it to you? " ask Angel looking towards Brandon.
" I didn't do anything Angel, it's your right and it should be yours" Brandon said.
" Thank you very much, I don't know what to repay you in any other way" Angel said with glassy eyes because now her mother can live a more decent life by running back her grandfather's company.
" Just be a good wife and never cry "said Brandon grabbing Angel's hand.
" And you, move out of this house. My people will help you, and the company's problems don't think too much about it, I'll help take care of it " Brandon added towards Olivia who had already shed her tears.
Carlos has forcibly taken all the assets of Olivia's family when Angel's grandfather is dying, he forces to move all the assets on Carlos' behalf with the transfer documents arranged by Carlos. Nervously, Angel sits next to Brandon to begin performing a sacred wedding vow that will make Angel belong to Brandon forever. After performing their wedding vows, Brandon invites everyone to celebrate at a restaurant that Brandon had ordered through Pieter before him.
At 20:00 Brandon and Angel were returning home with Angel, Pieter and Santos immediately announced to the rest of the house about Angel's new status and asked them to respect their new mistress. Brandon also orders that his marriage to Angel be inaudible to outsiders. Brandon did not want Angel's life to be a threat to the enemy and his family who certainly did not accept their marriage. After telling the residents, Brandon invites Angel to go to their room leaving Pieter, Santos and others who are happy for Brandon and Angel's marriage.
