Inside a car parked in the basement of a hospital building, Octa, complete with sunglasses, and a matching hat, was sitting at the wheel. His hands crossed in front of his chest and his body comfortably leaned back.

In the basement it was quite quiet. Only occasionally did he see people walking past his car nonchalantly. Octa sighed then took out a piece of gum from his coat pocket.
