"Welcome sir" said the entire magician as he bowed respectfully as he looked at the shabby black-robed man.

The man walked leisurely through the building, smiling and occasionally answering the words of those who greeted him kindly.

The man paused for a moment to stare at a door with a black-red dragon carving.

"I thought I'd never see this door again" the man chuckled softly and then opened the door. A room that was quite cluttered greeted his sense of sight.

"Welcome sir" said the man with a smile, his face looks tired and eye bags are getting blackened.

"Hallo Freg, it looks like you've been severely punished by Louis." the man smiled in a slant, without being told he already knew Freg's habit of stealing and selling things.

The reason the man was still nurturing Freg until now was because of Freg's extremely great magic talent. It would be a pity if Freg fell into someone else's hands.

Freg did not reply, he simply turned his face away in fear. He was tired enough now and did not want to listen to his Master's nagging.

"How was your journey, Mr. Yuristhi? You disappeared for 3 years and suddenly just came back. If you let us know when you want to come back I'll definitely pick you up" Freg said.

Yuristhi chuckled softly. "No need, besides, my trip was a lot of fun." Yuristhi settled herself in the chair. He will rest for a while before returning to work.

"Where's Louis?" ask Yuristhi.

"really?" Yuristhi suddenly just laughed which made Freg grin his forehead. What's so funny?

Freg scrunched his forehead. Why would a person who hated the Empire so much suddenly want to meet the Princess?

"Well, it's a mess" Jeanelle said when she arrived at the capital. Dead monsters were everywhere, protective shields were protecting the Palace and coupled with Knights who were picking up the monsters.

"THE PRINCESS IS BACK!"

'Ah, shocked.' Jeanelle jerks. After traveling for 3 days they finally reached the Empire. All the monsters suddenly disappeared either because they were dead from the explosion or they were hiding.

I don't know, obviously Jeanelle has asked Terry to set a limit so that the monsters don't come out of the forest and also Jeanelle has put a guard there.

They should have returned with teleportation magic but because Yuristhi was affected by the Manna explosion, the Manna Yuristhi flow was chaotic and could not use magic until the Manna flow returned like all.

Jeanelle didn't expect the explosion to be that severe.

Jeanelle jumps down from her beloved horse, she smiles formality.

"Good work for all of you" said Terry who had been around since when he was next to Jeanelle.

"Maybe after this we can have a celebration party." Kai clasped Jeanelle's hand and took her back on the horse.

"Mr Princess" said Marquez Green, who stopped Jeanelle's steps and stared at her.

"Yes Mr Marquez ?"

Thanks to you this whole mess can be overcome." Marquez Green and the others kneeled respectfully. That's a very sincere remark.

Diego is obviously surprised to know this, Jeanelle was already predicting all this.

Jeanelle smile. "Don't say so, the safety of all the citizens of the Empire is the responsibility of the Emperor's family." after saying it, Jeanelle immediately climbed the horse and drove back to her Mansion. Jeanelle wants to rest.

But of course when Jeanelle could not immediately rest, Jeanelle had to calm Baila and Rena who cried hysterically when she saw her return especially after hearing Jeanelle who had disappeared.

The wounded Knights also received treatment, the submission of the monster core was also done the next day. For three days after her return Jeanelle was very busy. Though almost every night Terry helps Jeanelle to stabilize the flow of her Manna, but her Manna flow only stabilizes briefly before finally back into a mess again.

It feels like Jeanelle's heart wants to explode.

"Daughter?" diego said suddenly which made Jeanelle flinch.

"Yes?"

Jeez Jeanelle forgot that now she was listening to Diego's explanation about the condition of the Skota forest.

"Is the Princess okay?" ask Jeremy who looks very worried.

"Yes" said Jeanelle weakly. "Oh yes, this is your part" Jeanelle said as she handed Diego a piece of paperwork.

"My part?" Diego looks confused but he still receives the paper. He read it at a glance. "Wait for the Princess, this seems a bit... I mean, I didn't even do anything."

"Not doing anything? You did a good job. Of course you should share it with the knight who helped you."

Stunned by Jeanelle's words, Diego never thought he would get half of Jeanelle's agreement with the Emperor.

Jeanelle suddenly got up from her seat, her head felt dizzy, her hands were placed on the table to jump her body which somehow felt heavy. Her whole body was broken, Jeanelle wanted to cry.

'I have to go to the room now.'

"Yes, after all we're both victims of that goddamn Emperor's rotten plan. But it looks like he managed to get me dying- uhuk..."

Blood suddenly came out of her mouth, Jeanelle's body was broken. It seemed like she was about to fall - Jeanelle's consciousness was fading.

"LORD PRINCESS!"
