70. Hanako Caught

"Then, what if Queen Masako is superior to your Nyi Ageng?" sentak Micin's.

Karina and Karta were laughing. 

"You're just the two of you, ma'am. Look at all of us!" exciting Karina.

"This is your territory. Try if you guys go to my territory. I'll make sure I can compete with your community" Micin challenged. 

Karta who sat on the throne with Karina who looked beautiful, invited Micin to sit listening. To their right, two district officials sat staring into the background where the fire raged on top of a pile of wood. On their left, there was Hanako who was sitting gracefully like she was hypnotized.

Karta was pensive to look at Hanako, she was so beautiful. Hanako appears to be a mature girl with makeup that exudes beauty. The female dancers came round the blaze, taking a graceful turn to the rhythm of the gamelan horn. 

Mr. Asep who turned out to be Karta's men, was watching from afar. Sometimes he sees his master. As his right-hand man, Asep must be ready whenever Karta calls. The boisterous claps of the followers sitting cross-legged circling the field sounded boisterous. The dancers kneeled away after performing the Bedhaya Ketawang dance on Kartasasmita and Karina. 

It was then that Asep heard Karta calling him. He immediately headed to the main seat where the master was seated.

Karta whispered, "Take one later to the room," she said as she glanced at the dancers.

Karina glanced at Karta. Left the wife still does not change him as a striped nose man. After all, everyone knew who Kartasasmita was both junior and senior. They're all the same. Men who are never satisfied with one woman. Everything they wanted could not be denied by anyone, including his late wife. The wife can only let her husband sleep with another woman.

Asep nodded then stepped down the steps of the terrace of the Karta residence. The man stood up and said to everyone who came. 

"Tonight will be a special night because Nyi Ageng will return and give her power to Madam Karina and the rest of us!" exciting Karta.

Asep turned his head when he heard the cry. He had long worked for a Kartasasmita, but he still did not understand who Nyi Ageng was. 

"What will he do to the girl," murmured Asep talking to himself.

Asep once tried to find out about the statue of the goddess that very great Karta, but not a single worker in the house Karta who understood.

Karta stepped down followed by Karina. They took Hanako to the campfire. The followers still sat cross-legged around Karta and Karina. Two followers stood up, leaving the area. Soon, they returned with a creepy looking animal.
