•That's a year later•

The sun sinks with a moon that glows with its light.

Naira sat pensively on the balcony of her room alone without knowing she was being watched by the soldier sent by Kenzie who had been watching her for one year.

When Naira daydreams about Kenzie of course. It had been a year after their last meeting in the teacher's toilet. Now he never sees her again.

Naira thinks that Kenzie has met her mate and just forgotten about it? Am I not the mate?! Thought Naira was worried.

A hand touched his shoulder. Without even looking, Naira knew who did it. "Come in! The day is getting late. You must rest" pinta Rafael looked at his sister sadly.

Naira did not respond to the brother's words. He just did what his brother told him to do. Walking to his bed without doing his rituals before going to bed and that has been going on for almost a year now.

When Naira asks her brother Rafael where Kenzie is, he simply answers 'don't know' and it makes Naira even more anxious. Is he starting to have feelings for that vampire? Of love? Seems like. Because Naira now lives like no soul in her body.

While Kean? All she knew was that her brother was still busy and had never told Naira. But, Rafael said that Kean's job is still not done.

"Nai. I'm sure he'll come back to see you. But maybe not now" Rafael said

"Did he find another girl and forget about me?" sahut Naira made Rafael's heart melt to hear it.

Nah! He had already found the girl he was waiting for, which was you! and now she's fighting to stay until the super red moon comes to make you rise again to be the queen of the whole immortal and everything you don't remember will come back to you. Inner Raphael

"Shhh.... Never mind. He'll definitely see you again, brother sure of that"

"really?" ask Naira.

Rafael just nodded and took Naira lying down and hugged her beloved sister until they fell asleep while hugging. But before they fell asleep Rafael asked "Do you love him so much?" 'even though you know that he is not human' Rafael continued in his heart.

"Yes! I love him so much" said Naira then she fell asleep and followed by Rafael who fell asleep with a big smile. That means his sister accepted Kenzie for who he was, thank God he thought in relief. Rafael tightened his arms and fell asleep.

*In the immortal world*

A pitch-black room contained an oblique red-eyed figure with chains wrapped around his hands and feet held by two poles to his right left. He was enduring the pain all over his body because he had not yet tied his mat. The law in the Immortal world even though someone has bound the material, if the material dies and reincarnates then he must tie it back the bond that has broken by itself. Otherwise, he would feel pain all over his body.

The deafening scream in the chain echoed in the dark room as the chain rubbed as the empress continued to rebel.

Someone stood in front of that figure that was enduring the pain with a sad look. Miris looked at her tormented brother.

"Let go of me, damn it" he yelled at the man standing in front of him. He wanted to destroy the people in front of him.

The little brother just stood stiffly turning his face away. "No!" answer him firmly.

"Damn. Untie me. The bottom of the younger brother is useless" he shouted again with a hateful look.

"The brother asked me not to let go of the chain. If I let go of the chain, you'll definitely do something you don't want to do to her before the super red moon comes!" kean replied sad to see his brother who continued to roar asking to be released. Although Kenzie said that even insulting him, Kean did not mind it because now the one who is controlling his brother's body is not Kenzie but his dark side who wants to immediately bind his mate, Naira.

"I don't care about that...

Let go of me fucking. I'll kill you.." cried Kenzie blaring but Kean ignored. Because Kean walked out of that dark place.

"How's it?" kean asked Vian who was in his sister's room.

"The preparation is done. Just waiting for super red moon to happen!" obviously Alvian glanced at the door of the room that Kenzie had inside.

"The closer the full moon is, the more uncontrollable you get" Kean murmured.

"Two more weeks of god's suffering will be over" Alvian said. His memory recalls a year ago when they were looking for the rebels.

"Hmm.really" Kean's timps confirmed Alvian's remarks.

Kenzie and Alvian fly with their wings splitting the air which can freeze the body when humans feel it. Unlike the Immortals who had no body temperature unless they were sick they would feel cold and heat all over their bodies as if their bodies would freeze and burn. But they rarely get sick.

"Where is their real hiding place" Kenzie lamented.

"We should rest first. It has been almost a month since we flew and did not eat. Aren't you tired?" alvian's advice is taken by Kenzie.

Actually Kenzie was tired and almost weakened because he continued to fly without the slightest intake. What else he has found his death and it is useless he drinks animal blood because the vampires and demons who have found his death can only drink blood from the mate.

They both flew low and finally they retraced to the ground for the first time since they flew.

"I'll hunt for a while. You wait here"

"No! I'll come" forcibly Kenzie

Alvian sighed remembering this stubborn friend and king. "All right" resigned Alvian.

"We meet again here" said Kenzie who was directly influenced by Alvian.

They also split up looking for their own quarry.

After they split up, Kenzie felt like his body was about to be taken over by someone else. His body suddenly felt an excruciating pain and heat.

Aarggg....

His cry made the birds in the forest fly out of fear and the other animals moved away and hid with fear.

Alvian who heard Kenzie's scream instantly stopped running and returned lightning-fast looking for Kenzie.

Alvian saw Kenzie in pain and the veins in his body were like they were going to come out.

"Lord" said Alvian approaching Kenzie.

"No, don't come any closer!" prevent Kenzie from enduring the pain.

"But you're in pain!" alvian Protest.

"I told you not to come any closer" cried Kenzie full of warning.

"What happened to you?" lirih Alvian looked at Kenzie sayu.

"Damn. Don't look at me like that!" yell at Kenzie again.

Soon the pain that arrived suddenly whack Kenzie slowly disappeared.

Kenzie's body is squeezing. "We go back and bring me Naira's blood" Kenzie breaks up before he is unconscious.

"Lord" Alvian shakes at Kenzie's body. Nihil, Kenzie is already asleep in his sleep and will sleep long if he does not immediately drink his Mate blood.

Kenzie knew it would happen to him. But he prefers to bind Naira later when Naira's memory returns, bearing the risks she will experience. And now it's happening. Kenzie will experience extreme pain if he does not immediately bind Naira until she later binds Naira back.

Alvian took Kenzie and brought him back to the palace with many questions on his mind.

Search failed completely!

After dropping off Kenzie, Alvian immediately went to see Rafael without explaining first to the worried Kean.
