Since Akmal had eaten, and he saw that Cyra did not eat breakfast himself, but instead chose to feed his husband first, Akmal tried to offer Cyra to help him.

They all came to want to do an examination and a series of tests, to determine what treatment Mirza will do, so that it can help treat his brain cancer.

Everyone in the room, they are required to go outside first, so that the medical personnel, can be more concentrated to check Mirza's condition.

While waiting in front of Mirza's treatment room, Cyra and Aalifa were having a casual conversation just by themselves.

While Akmal, choosing to reply to a message with his teaching assistant, to discuss the lessons he gave earlier.

And for the parents, they were all talking to each other.

" Thank God, Miss" answered Cyra.

There was one incident, when Cyra and Akmal would walk into the treatment room.

As Cyra was walking while conversing with Aalifa, her leg accidentally tripped on the leg of the chair, causing it to fall forward, and because Akmal was standing not far in front of Cyra, he reflexively immediately clasped Cyra into his arms.

Akmal was really reflex to hug Cyra, for fear that Cyra would fall and it would be very dangerous for the fetus he was carrying.

The parents did not know about the incident, because they had already entered first, but Aalifa who was beside Cyra, she clearly saw the scene.
