Husband's Regrets: Breaking a Thousand

Husband's Regrets: Breaking a Thousand
Chapters 11. Won't let you off

Dor's!

The second fireworks were lit. Nafa's eyes were increasingly tightly closed along with increasingly swift tears streaming down both of his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, honey .. I love you, I love you so much." Ravi whispered again, her lips stuck to the tip of Nafa's ear. His two hands coiled around Nafa's waist hugging him tightly. Nafa further tightened his eyes when the breath of Ravi penetrated the skin of his cheek.

"I died when you left me. The world means nothing when you are not by my side. Come back, stay with me. Once I lose you enough, I don't want to lose you a second time. I love you." Now Ravi put his head on Nafa's neck. Inhaling voraciously the scent of the body that he had longed for so long.

"There are a lot of sentences that I find difficult to string together. Either tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or it will never even be strung together at all. Just like my apologies. Even just looking at you makes me forget the sorry words I wanted to say." Slowly open Nafa's eyes. It then touched Ravi's hand that was coiled around his waist to release the link. Then turn the body to face Ravi who is behind him.

"I am a woman, my heart is fragile and easily broken. Although you can patch the shards, but the cracks will still be visible." Nafa tried to smile. Staring at Ravi's eyeballs staring at him in the shade. Nafa saw that there was a lot of regret there. However, he was not sure of his sincerity yet.

"I see, I'm not going to force the crack to disappear immediately. At the very least, let me try to sort out that crack." Ravi grabbed both of Nafa's hands grasping them tightly. Then kissed the back of his hand repeatedly.

Nafa just smiled cynically. He didn't say anything. Only, his heart always laughed at all the attitude Ravi showed to him. Maybe for others it was a seriousness, but for him only a charade would end when all the scenes were done playing.

"Darling, I believe in the power of love. No matter how far you go, you'll eventually come back." Ravi said sure. His heart was just one name. Even in every do'a and sigh, only Nafa always made his heart and lips tremble.

"Why are you so sure? There are many secrets of the creator that we do not know. I'm worried that if in the end, nothing materializes, you'll be more broken than me." Papar Nafa with a dismissive smile.

"Because your eyes say. Look baby, your eyes can never lie." Ravi looked at Nafa with a smile. A most solemn smile that managed to make Nafa's heart rustle. Though desperately he disavowed. "I see it, I feel it."

Ravi took off her hand to grab something in her pants pocket. A long, double-folded white envelope is given to Nafa.

"That night, I forgot our wedding anniversary. But, as long as you know, I've bought two vacation tickets abroad. I put it in the dresser drawer. Some days I always check it out. It turns out it's still the same. It seems you don't know yet. It was true that night I was late, but all day I waited for a call from you. But you didn't call, so I decided to go home to check again. But Marsha came, and finally ...,"

"Finally, you're in love." Nafa cut Ravi's sentence while smiling cynically.

"Some of the photos make my pride as a man like on a slam from a height. I was so angry and disappointed. What else did Marsha's words sound like it dropped my pride greatly. Somehow, by the time I realized, I was already on Marsha's body. Damn it you saw." Papar Ravi recalls the most heartbreaking incident five years ago.

Ravi squats and rests on one knee. His head looked up at Nafa. " I'm sorry, at that time I was just inedible with whispers asking to avenge your actions. Without knowing the truth, I accuse and insult you. Baby forgive me. I know it must be very hard for you to forgive me. You have a right to be angry,"

Nafa swallowed his saliva while closing his eyes. Then take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Her chest felt tight and hard to breathe.

"Darling, I promise I won't waste you again. I'm sorry I ever wasted you." The back of Nafa's hand repeatedly. Then he grabbed a red velvet box in his pocket and held it in Nafa's hand. "This is our fourth wedding anniversary gift." He said as he opened the box that was still in Nafa's grasp and put it on. "I bought it on a business trip to Lombok." Ravi looked at the pearl ring embedded in Nafa's ring finger while smiling.

"I don't think any of this is necessary. I don't need it." Nafa pulls his hand from Ravi's grasp and attempts to remove the ring on the finger attached to his finger.

"Not let go! It's yours." Ravi held back the movement of Nafa's hand which would remove the ring in his hand and then put his finger together with Nafa's finger.

A moment later, Ravi walked with his fingers still clinging. The link tightened as if unwilling to let go. Stop at the swimming pool in the backyard.

"It's free that you prepared all this. It won't change things." Ucapa Nafa when he saw a table with two chairs facing each other. On the table was only a red rose and two burning candles.

But Ravi did not budge and still walked towards the table and then pulled one of the chairs for Nafa to sit on. Although lazy, Nafa approached and sat on the chair. With a face that has turned cloudy.

"It's our fifth wedding anniversary gift." Ravi wears a diamond necklace from behind. Nafa flinched and immediately looked back where Ravi was standing looking at him with a smile.

"Really, I don't think this is necessary." Nafa held back the necklace that almost touched his neck. "I'm not the one who's supposed to accept all this." Then shake weakly. Honestly, Ravi's treatment has managed to revive a sense that is almost dead.

"Nobody has more rights than you." Finally the necklace was perfectly placed on Nafa's neck. Ravi tidied Nafa's hair while smiling. Then sit facing Nafa.

"Will there be six, seven and so on wedding anniversaries?" Nafa looked at Ravi with a cynical smile. He was already feeling lazy and fed up with all of Ravi's babbling.

However, Ravi just smiled at him. And it was true that for a moment Nafa turned his face away a red paper bag was already on the table.

"Don't ever think I'd change my mind just because of all these gifts." Press Nafa with a look full of anger.
