Chapter 61. Come around

Because Lee told Zack not to go back to the company. Finally he used the opportunity to go home with Renata.

After serving Sofia who still continues to disturb his life. Lee went down to the basement, and found Renata who was now standing on the side of the car.

"Sorry to keep you waiting a long time" Lee said as he had just arrived. Renata reviewed a slight smile while bowing her body.

"No problem, sir, but shouldn't you go home with Lady Sofia?" renata asked, because he did not know that the two had divorced.

Hearing that, Lee smiled. "Why should I go home with him? Didn't we agree to go home together?"

"Of course it's because of Lady Sofia your wife."

Lee quickly chimed in Renata's words, he reached out to ask for a car key. So inevitably, Renata also handed the object to his boss.

Seeing Renata's resignation, Lee again gave a smile. He opened the car and said. "That was!"

Renata immediately raised his head, making sure the sentence was correct or not. He was too surprised by what he heard. What did Lee mean? Why does it sound so ambiguous.

Lee awakened Renata's daydream by opening the car door for the woman.

"Come in, the streets will get more jammed if you keep standing like that" said Lee, who made Renata finally stop her over-thinking brain.

By driving the new car that Lee gave to Renata, they finally took to the highway.

There was no chatter between them, making the atmosphere become silent. Lee always stole a glance. While Renata continues to think and second-guess the relationship between Lee and Sofia. Did they actually split up or what?

But what good am I to think of all that? Why am I feeling so stupid now?

"Re, how about we stop by first?" lee asked, breaking the silence that had been created earlier. Because they are also stuck in traffic.

"Attracted? Where to, Mister?" Renata asked back.

"There are some books and documents I have to pick up somewhere. I need it because I have to overtime tonight, are you willing to accompany me?"

Renata frowned, confused between accepting or rejecting Lee's invitation.

"Is it far from here? If it's far, I'd better take a cab, sir."

"No, before your apartment. Anyway I'm taking you because I have so many books to bring, I can't be alone" Lee said. Because actually he wanted to linger with the woman, as well as evoke Renata's memories of their past.

Renata nodded his head. "Well, I'll accompany you, sir."

Without the woman knowing, Lee grinned thinly. Then drive the vehicle slowly. Until finally they arrived at an apartment building that was much more luxurious than Renata's.

At first Renata was unconscious, but when he stepped his foot. He immediately felt that he had passed through this street, especially when he saw Lee walking in front of him.

Renata instantly stops, his brain filled with bad memories, when he was just bought by the evil man who is the father of his two children. Right that night, Lee had taken the most precious thing in her, no matter how much she sobbed.

"Remissed?!" call Lee when he senses that no one is following him. He turned his head, and looked at Renata who was sculpting with a pushy gaze.

He was sure that the woman still clearly remembered the first place they had combined love. Although Lee was conscious, he incised more wounds than happiness.

"The diamonds!" call Lee once again, because the woman looks like a dazed person. "The diamonds!"

The loud noise finally broke the shadow of the past that kept swirling in Renata's brain. He nodded slightly, raising his head.

"Yes, sir."

"Why stay there, come on!" take Lee, between heartless. However, this was his attempt to make Renata give up on his disguise.

Renata lifted his leg to step back, but somehow it felt very heavy.

I have to get used to this, I can't get stuck.

After making peace with her, Renata follows Lee. Even his face was made as natural as possible, to the point of making Lee feel amazed.

She really wanted to make me believe that she wasn't the mother of my children.

Finally they arrived at the apartment unit that has not stopped Lee a month. Usually he would always come to reminisce about Alicia, even when he felt tired, he would spend time in this place.

However, now her Alicia had returned. Without him coming, he could already see the figure of his second wife.

"Whose place is this, sir?" asked Renata to mince words while relieving her nervousness.

"This is my second residence, if I'm ready, I'll come here" replied Lee who made Renata goatee.

"Then where do you put your books and documents? Let me accompany you to take it."

"There's this way!" lee said as he stepped towards the workspace as well as a small library.

In a room that was quite spacious there were several bookshelves. Renata took a look at each corner, and almost nothing changed. He glanced at the table and the sofa, where it had been a witness as they spent time making love.

Recalling that all of Renata immediately held her breath, she retreated and was about to turn around, but she was shocked to see that Lee was picking up the book.

"Geez!" lee shouted as he tried to grab Renata's staggered body. However, because there was no balance, they both fell to the floor with Lee on top of Renata's body.

Bruk!

The voice was more domineering than the sound of a gulp.
