Chapter 8 - The Red Wolf
The next morning they all resumed their journey and by noon they had all reached their destination. Han Sen told the location where the point where they would gather, this was done with a careful plan.
The howls of the Wolves started to sound and the White Wolves came out from the ruins. Everyone was ready in position and they all advanced together in a formation.
These Wolves were clustered in large numbers, yet they were not very strong and were only equivalent to the Intermediate Stage of the Qi Condensation Realm.
"Haha... Kill this Wolf !" Everyone's laughter sounded extremely loud and within their sturdy formation led by the Golden Core Realm Cultivators all looked extremely easy.
A howl accompanied by a powerful soul wave sounded in their ears. Han Sen frowned and twenty White Wolves came out with red eyes, in a rampaging mode this Wolf force was even equivalent to the Early Stage of the Golden Core Realm.
"Groom.. protect Young Master Liang Jie !" Shouted the Cultivators who were at the Golden Core Realm.
Now the problem they face is the number. They only had ten Golden Core Realm Early Stage Cultivators and now the difference in strength was almost half that. The possibility of winning would be a difficult matter, not to mention there were still many of them who were in the Qi Condensation Realm.
Han Sen himself was not too worried considering his own skills were enough to protect himself. The 20 wolves attacked simultaneously and Han Sen took out a Bottle with green liquid inside and applied the liquid to the blade of his sword.

A fierce fight broke out and many people started to panic, but Han Sen casually danced with his Sword and Han Sen scratched the leg of a Wolf and made it fall. The scratched leg was paralyzed and Han Sen did not miss the opportunity to behead the Wolf.
"Hey... Take this and apply it to your Weapons, these Wolf abilities do not really reach the Golden Core Realm and they are driven with anger. The poison was enough to cripple them and the rest would be easy to overcome !" Han Sen said as he tossed the Bottle that contained the poison liquid.
"Thank you Brother Han." One of the Cultivators caught up to him and immediately did what Han Sen did and shared it with the others.
Liang Jie could not help but cheer in her heart. Compared to those in the Qi Condensation Realm, Han Sen was a thousand times more useful as if he was an experienced person.
Not just being able to read the whole situation and find the right solution. His calmness and preparation were perfect, as if he knew what kind of enemy he was facing and prepared everything carefully. Working with him was indeed not a bad thing, with this poison the Wolf problem would disappear and they would be able to pass through it.
"Aouu." The howling of the Wolf once again sounded but this time it was much more terrifying than usual.
The enormous red wolf slowly came out and stood on top of the tall ruins, its aura looking extremely strong and it could suppress everyone who was there.
"Wine... This wolf was already mutated and its strength was probably on par with the late Golden Core Realm which was one step away from becoming a Nascent Soul Realm. The poison I made won't work for him !" Han Sen said anxiously.
The red wolf was running at an incredible speed. Everyone's eyes were unable to keep up with his speed and he pounced on one of the Cultivators who was at the Golden Core Realm.

Lei Hai who saw this ferocity immediately fled. Living there was tantamount to death, at least he had to save his own life and hide. Han Sen who saw Lei Hai couldn't help but curse him.
Jing Shan frantically shouted, "Master, if we move in groups then our chances of survival are zero. We must separate and save ourselves !"
"You all listen to me. We split up and met at the point we agreed to." Liang Jie had no other choice and she along with her two subordinates immediately left.
They all did the same and split in all directions. The Red Wolf was also chasing and Han Sen had a good idea.
From within the crowd one of the women fell down and the Red Wolf moved towards her and intended to pounce on her. However Han Sen quickly kicked the face of the Red Wolf and pushed him to the side.
"Quick go if you don't want to die !" Han Sen said while brandishing his Sword.
The woman frantically stood up and ran, in her heart she was very grateful to Han Sen and would remember him. Han Sen stayed behind and caught the attention of the Red Wolf.
After he felt that it was getting enough attention, Han Sen immediately turned around and went deep inside very quickly. The direction he was heading towards was where Lei Hai had gone and the Red Wolf was tenaciously chasing after him.
In just a short time Han Sen was able to see Lei Hai's running back. Soon he caught up with her and ran next to her while smiling with satisfaction.
"It just so happens that we run in the same direction !" Han Sen said as he ran towards her.
Lei Hai sensed the aura of the Red Wolf chasing after the two of them now and could only curse at Han Sen. Lei Hai took out his Sword and intended to slash at Han Sen with anger.
However Han Sen jumped up and avoided Lei Hai's Sword swing, "Huh... We're in the same position and you're still thinking about old grudges. You are very strong and than dealing with me it is better to fight him !"
"Fuck you shit.. Give me the poison you used before, it's all your fault and why you have to run here from so many places !" Shouted Lei Hai in annoyance.
"Don't blame me. Maybe today is a bad day for you. Don't be sad. I'll give you the poison, at least it'll slow it down." Han Sen gave the Bottle containing the Poison.
Lei Li picked it up and turned to throw it at the Wolf. The poison hit the Wolf's head just right but instead of slowing down the Red Wolf got angrier and chased them more and more tenaciously.
Han Sen smiled and said, "Ah. I forgot that the poison I made came from cheap stuff. For a Beast of this strength the poison I made would have no effect at all."
"Then what should we do damn it. Quickly think of a way to get out of this situation or I'll throw you in his mouth." Shouted Lei Hai furiously.
"I don't know, but I have good news for you. The Red Wolf only targeted the person who attacked him, it could be said that he was extremely vengeful. I was chased by him earlier for attacking him, but it seems like the target has already moved on to you and look. So stay here and die !" Han Sen took out the Poison Powder and threw it at Lei Hai's face.
