Chapter 19 - The Rejection.

Next day. Akizumi left early for the Academy just like yesterday to find information about the Angleleaf forest in the library. Although Akizumi looked hard for him, the result was still nil. Akizumi could not find any information about the Angleleaf forest at all. In fact, he did not find any information about the forest that bears a resemblance to the Angleleaf forest.

Niichi, Manabu, Frank, and Mei laughed out loud at Akizumi's reply. Tatsuya and Julian were acting indifferent. Shiori was nervous herself. Meanwhile, Hikari, Keiko, Mio, Nanako, Ushijima, and Hiroki quietly did not laugh at Akizumi while glancing at her quite seriously.

A few seconds later, when Akizumi looked the other way, she was suddenly very surprised after seeing the writing style of someone who was quite similar to the writing style on the threat letter.

"T-no way.." murmured Akizumi while putting on a surprised expression.

After quite a while later, it did not feel like even the afternoon had arrived and the Academy lesson hours were over as well. All students in 1A class immediately rushed to walk out of the classroom except for Hikari, Keiko, Mio, Nanako, Ushijima, Hiroki, and Akizumi.

A beautiful afternoon sky illuminates the classroom through several windows. Seen Akizumi who stood near his stool while leaning against the wall near his window, Keiko who sat in front of the bench Akizumi, Nanako who sat on the right bench Akizumi, Mio who was standing next to Nanako, Hiroki and Ushijima were sitting on Hikari's bench table, while Hikari was standing in front of Akizumi.

"Akizumi, did you find out about the traitor?" ask Hikari.

"I did not know what the motive of the traitor was to kill the disciples with noble bloodlines. Moreover, what they are after are female students." replied Akizumi.

"Many of the male disciples were of noble descent, but the traitor chose to target the female noble disciples. It is difficult, and unpredictable" Ushijima said.

"It can be easily summed up! It must have been the motive of the traitor just because he was paid by someone with a huge amount of money!" Hiroki tried to argue.

"No. If that was the purpose of the perpetrator, then why did he not do it while secretly, and instead gave a threatening letter? I feel that the traitor is also looking for momentum." said Akizumi.

"really. Murder is a cruel thing. We have to prevent that from happening at this Academy" Nanako said.

Hiroki immediately put on an angry face, and his delinquent attitude appeared. He walks over to Akizumi, pulls Akizumi's collar, then slams Akizumi against the wall, "Breakk!!"

The atmosphere quickly became quite tense. Nanako and Hikari approach Akizumi, who is sitting on a classroom wall.

"Don't do it, Hiroki! You can't use violence!" nanako said firmly.

Hikari tries to help Akizumi to stand up. Akizumi however brushed off Hikari's help.

"Nanako, Hikari get out of the way" Akizumi said.

"You know the culprit, but why don't you want to tell us that, huh?!! Students' lives are being threatened, damn it!!" hiroki said in a high tone.

Hiroki walked up to Akizumi and then smacked her cheek back, "Buaghh!!" Akizumi just kept quiet not to return Akizumi's blow. Akizumi's lip was bleeding from Hiroki's blow.

"You can't beat that guy, Hiroki. Besides, you wouldn't expect it either and wouldn't be able to fight that guy. You should be the ones who understand better and should know that person because it's been longer than me at the Academy." said Akizumi.

Akizumi stood up and then hit Hiroki in the face to the floor, "Buaghh!!"

"Give the traitor to me. I can fight him because I have no emotional feelings for that person" Akizumi said in a cold tone.

Hiroki got up and stood back up. He still feels very upset with Akizumi for not wanting to tell about the perpetrator to himself and his friends.

"Fuck you, Akizumi."

"Sometimes you will know it too. I don't want to destroy your expectations. That's enough for today.." Akizumi walks to leave the class.

"Wait for me, Akizumi!" Hikari immediately rushed after Akizumi.

There are only Mio, Nanako, Keiko Ushijima and Hiroki left. Ushijima got down from the table he was sitting on, then walked towards Hiroki.

"Akizumi said that she doesn't want to destroy our expectations, it means it will be a painful fact, Hiroki."

"Yes. I don't care if that fact will hurt, Ushijima."

"Hurry home, it'll be night. The exam will also be coming soon. You have to prepare your condition to stay fit." said Ushijima.
