Chapter 9: Meeting of the Emperor and King

"Mother. Is daddy gonna be okay?"

Princess Royal Strom hugged her mother while crying profusely seeing her father lying limp on the bed.

"Father will definitely be fine, the Royal physician is trying to treat her."

The Queen tries to appease her crying daughter by giving an uncertain promise because she knows that no magic can cure the demonic poison.

The entire Royal Palace was in a panic because the King had been poisoned without knowing who the culprit was.

The King's room was now filled with grief, the Queen and the Princess standing beside the King's bed.

There were also Royal Witches and Knight Order Commanders.

Not long after that the Royal physician came to the King's room. When the doctor entered, Hana immediately ran towards the doctor.

"Doctor. Will you be healed?"

The panicked princess immediately asked the doctor without a second thought.

The doctor who did not know what to answer immediately looked at the Queen, the Queen only gave a small smile that was accompanied by crying, the doctor finally knew he had to answer.

"Just calm, Princess. Your Majesty will definitely be healed. Let's just pray." The doctor replied to the Princess who was still crying in front of him.

After the Princess calmed down a little and was helped by the Queen, the Princess finally fell asleep from exhaustion. After moving her Daughter to the sofa, the Queen looked back at her husband who was lying weakly.

The doctor walked towards the Queen, with a slight timidness the doctor spoke to the Queen in a small voice so that the Princess would not wake up.

"His Majesty the Queen. I'm sorry, I've been trying to find someone who's an expert in light magic, but no one can cure the King."

The Royal Physician spoke to the Queen in a still frightened tone.

The queen, who heard reports from doctors, slumped to the floor in shock after learning that no one could cure her husband.

The doctor who saw the Queen in a sad state immediately said something.

"But Your Majesty. I got word from some merchants that there are people in the Allent Kingdom who can use special magic [Recovery]." The doctor said that.

"Is there really anyone who can use [Recovery]? Then send a letter to the Allent Kingdom asking for his help."

"But what doctor?" The queen asked in a weak voice.

"Said that the man had long since left the Allent Kingdom, the last news was that he was in the Kingdom of Freedom, but after that there was no more news of him, Her Majesty the Queen."

He put on a warm smile with a hint of admiration inside of him.

"alright. Let me take you to the King's room."

The knight commander volunteered to drive us to the King's room.

When we got there, I saw a man I guessed was the King lying on the bed, and beside him was a woman and a crying girl.

"Commander. Who are they?"

The queen who saw us enter directly asked the commander.

"Sorry Her Majesty the Queen. They say the one who can heal the King."

"Is that true?" Ask the Queen to me.

"That's right."

Ignoring the Queen's doubts, I came forward and stood beside the King.

I also gave a small smile to the Princess who was still struggling to hold back her cries before looking back at the King.

The whole room seemed to be in disbelief at what they saw. Especially the Royal Witches and Physicians who were already experienced in this field.

That light begins to enter every inch of the body to remove the toxins until it is exhausted.

After all the poison disappeared. The king slowly opened his eyes.

The Princess and Queen came closer and hugged the King.

"His Majesty the King. We've managed to catch the culprit." Said the knight commander.

The King's carefree face instantly disappeared.

"What does he want from killing me." The King replied coldly.

Explanation from the King. Kaito is one of the nobles of the Kingdom of Strom who for the past few years have always protested against the King's plans to want peace with the Gardio Empire.

"Is there something wrong, Shin." The king asked when he saw me astonished.

If the mastermind here is saying also about wanting to go to war with the Empire, there must be the same mastermind behind these two matters."

The king that the Knight commander kept up asked me as if they were doubtful of my statement.

The king tried to restore his attitude and thanked him as well.

"Either. We have to help."

As they listened to my answer, they all smiled even the Allent King also smiled at me.

"You're a good boy." The Emperor smiled at me as he said that.

"It seems we forgot to introduce ourselves. My name is Tristvin Harlhes Strom, King of Strom's Kingdom."

"My name is Yuel Harlhes Strom, Queen of the Kingdom of Strom."

"And I am Hana Harlhes Strom, Princess of the Strom Kingdom."

"It seems it's our turn. My name is Alfred Linde Gardio, Emperor of the Gardio Empire."

"I'm Alma Linde Gardio, Queen of the Gardio Empire."

"I'm Airi Linde Gardio, the first Princess of the Gardio Empire."

The king casually said that in front of everyone.

"A son-in-law!? What do you mean King Allent?" The confused emperor asked again.

"yeah. Like I said earlier that Shin is my son-in-law's candidate."

Miku who was sitting beside me stood up.

"Sorry to introduce yourself too late. My name is Miku Urnest Allent, the first Princess of Allent Kingdom and also Shin's fiancee." Miku calmly introduced herself to everyone.

Once again they were both surprised because the fiancee that was spoken of was in front of themselves.

They initially thought that this woman in front of them was Shin's friend.

King Allent asked his daughter to take Hana and Airi outside as the discussion would begin.

The queens also decided to chat together on the sofa in the same room.

"Kings. How about we start our deal talks.
