HAZEL IN CASTOR'S LAND

HAZEL IN CASTOR'S LAND
Tension

Nightfall, Hazel is still sitting on the balcony of the Castle, she misses her Father, misses the babble of her foster mother, misses the advice of Mr. Van Hill. When you remember Mr. Van Hill, curious Hazel again sticking with the paintings on the wall. He rushed to Alaric, the man was busy playing the piano, sounding melodious with romantic strains.

Hazel pecked behind Alaric, enjoying each of the piano's melodies.

"Is there anything you want to ask?" alaric asked guessing the meaning of Hazel's presence.

Hazel gave a small smile, she applauded Alaric, "You're so great, that's the sweetest sound I've heard" he said.

"You're exaggerating, this is nothing compared to if I didn't become a Vampire, I have a lot of advantages, but .ah that's it ..What do you want to ask?"

Hazel points to the royal family painting, "Explain to me who they are" Hazel asks.

Alaric drew closer to the painting, observing one by one the paintings of himself with his family. In the painting they smile happily, their lives are peaceful, but their happiness fades after Zhietta spreads her Vampire virus.

"It's my Dad and my mom, and my Grandpa, too" Alaric explained.

Hazel is stunned, "Grandfather? Which one?" tanyakanya.

"She," Alaric pointed to Mr. Van Hill's picture. His eyes were teary with sadness in memory of his Grandfather.

The deg!

Hazel's entire body trembled to hear Alaric's speech acknowledging Mr. Van Hill as his Grandfather. He was even confused whether it was Mr Van Hill or just similar? But where there is someone who is very similar, the shape of his body is no different. Hazel looked closely again at the image, she tried to remove a speck of stains on the face of Mr. Van Hill's image.

"What are you doing? It wasn't a stain but my grandfather's mole" Alaric said.

Surprised for the second time to bend Hazel, all is no longer by chance, indeed Mr. Van Hill is similar to Grandpa Alaric, they are no difference, even the position of the mole is exactly the same. Hazel concludes, This is no longer a matter of likeness, but the same two people, Mr. Van Hill, who owns the library, are Grandpa Alaric, the second King of Castor.

"You okay?" alaric asked, looking at Hazel's surprised face.

Hazel did not answer, she sat on the sofa, and leaned on her head. He wanted to explain it to Alaric, but he lacked the logical capacity to explain Mr. Van Hill's existence in the human world.

"You better sleep, you're human, we're different energies" Alaric said.

"You're right, I'm too tired to think" Hazel said. He wants to reconcile his mind by sleeping.

Alaric carried Hazel to the living room room, the room was neatly arranged by his servant.

"Sleep, if you need help, call the waiter, or you go to my room" Alaric said.

For a moment he stole a glance at Hazel, not tired of seeing the beauty of the girl. Alaric lights an aromatherapy candle to relax Hazel, not harboring fear. As he was about to leave, Alaric turned to Hazel again, throwing a smile at Hazel. The girl blushed in embarrassment then turned her eyes away from Alaric.

After closing the door to Hazel's room, Alaric is shocked by the sudden presence of Valencia nearby.

"You surprised me" said Alaric, wiping his chest.

"You got a problem? maybe you're too tired, rest .." said Alaric. He rubbed Valencia's shoulders and passed.

"Why should Hazel be here? I'm not sure if he's capable of defeating Zhietta, after all I can work hard again to make potions so that we can return to what we were before" Valencia said in a protest.

Alaric turned his body to Valencia, narrowing his eyes at the meaning of his friend's words. It is not expected that Valencia clearly shows the dislike of Hazel in Castor.

"You really don't like Hazel, why? She's an innocent girl, she's gonna save us from this curse."

"Whatever the goal, I don't like it, don't involve me to help the needs, I have the right to reject it Alaric" Valencia said.

Valencia went back into the laboratory, Alaric entered, the man wanted to know why Valencia hated Hazel. But Valencia instead ignored his question, he was busy with spices to be used as medicine.

"Well, I will not trouble you in Hazel's affairs, let me take full responsibility for Hazel, continue your activities, I also want to rest" Alaric said. He left the lab because he did not want to argue with Valencia.

Instead of being happy to hear Alaric's decision, it was the specter of a new problem in Valencia's heart. Not accepting Alaric's privileging of Hazel, Valencia wants Hazel to return to the human world alone.

"He never wanted to know my heart, he only saw me as the friend he needed" Valencia murmured at Alaric's departure.

Valencia glanced at Hazel's bedroom door, trying to turn the knob, apparently unlocked. Valencia enters to meet Hazel, the girl is surprised by Valencia's sudden presence, Hazel wakes up while rubbing her face.

Long enough for Valencia to look at him, a confused Hazel groped his face, examining the oddity that made Valencia look at him.

"Is something wrong?" tanyakanya.

Valencia just clenched his hands together, his lips folded withstanding the vexation. Hazel guesses Valencia's mood is not okay.

"I want to rest, come out .." Hazel.

Valencia laughed, as if mocking Hazel's request.

"This is my place for hundreds of years, you're nobody here" he said.

Hazel doesn't want to argue, she's lost her strength. Hazel lies down again, covering her face with a blanket to avoid Valencia's gaze.

Valencia exits Hazel's room by slamming the door, harboring an unexpressed rage, while Hazel reawakens. He realized the gaze of Valencia needed to be watched out.

"That woman looks so hateful to me, there's no harm in being wary of her" Hazel murmured.

He got out of his bed, checking the outside of the window. The atmosphere was extremely quiet, only the lights of the castle tower illuminated every corner of the castle courtyard. For a long time Hazel explored every corner of the scenery around the castle, but there was one odd one on the dead tree there was a pair of red eyes sitting as if monitoring the state of Alaric castle. A bat-like creature, perched looking at Hazel's window. Without a signal, the creature spewed fire from its mouth. He's scaring Hazel.

"Mah .." The shocked Hazel immediately closed the window curtain. He ran out of his room, asking for help while searching for Alaric's whereabouts.

In the vast castle, Hazel searched Alaric's room, not even finding any servants. Hazel calls out the name of Alaric, hoping that the water man will soon come to quench his fear.
