Hate to Get Married

Hate to Get Married
On the way home part 2

The evening time had changed into night, quite a lot of time was wasted as they argued to bet on bananas. Now Mitha seems to be back in the doldrums when she has to face the remaining pile of files half a pile again.

Lucas, who was increasingly unbearable, finally rose from his seat and took the initiative to help Mitha.

"Take it! Let me help you!" Lucas immediately took over Mitha's position.

Mitha was silent for a moment, then pushed back slowly Lucas' sturdy body.

"Udah move!! Let me just!"

"Let's spit, it's late!! You want us to be here all night?"

Mitha finally kept quiet, and this time chose obedience.

"You put that one together, let me put this one together!" Said Lucas while dividing the remaining two stacks of files.

"OK." Answer lethargic.

Not feeling the clockwork has shown at 20:00 pm, finally Mitha sat leaning on the back of the chair when she had just finished her task.

"Huh, finally yeah." Her chirps.

Lucas glanced at him for a moment and then again grunted softly. When all was done, Lucas and Mitha walked out of the room.

The more the night, the atmosphere of the office felt increasingly quiet, naturally, there were only the two of them on that floor.

*Tong*

The elevator door opened, Mitha entered first, and immediately pressed the button that read the number 30. Then followed by Lucas who chose to push the lobby button.

"You want to go up again?" Lucas asked with his slightly wrinkled forehead when he realized the elevator was moving up.

"Yes." Yeah."

"For what else?" Ask Lucas.

"My dad still lives in the room."

"Oh."

*Tong*

The elevator opened again when they arrived at the 30th floor, but how surprised Mitha was when she found the 30th floor dark, already dark,

Lucas, who was also watching, glanced back at him.

"You sure you want to go on?"

"I have to go to my room, phone and car keys also live there." Mitha replied who was a little hesitant to step out.

"Do you want to be with me?" Ask Lucas who at that time continued to hold the "open" button so that the elevator door did not close.

"Well, no." Mitha replied doubtfully,

From the look in his eyes he was clearly quite afraid when he had to cross a dark room, but again his prestige was high enough to make it seem as if he did not need help, especially if the person who wanted to help it was Lucas.

Mitha let out a deep sigh, then finally started to step out of the elevator with slightly trembling steps.

"Haiss why it's this bad." Mitha muttered in her heart.

Lucas was well aware of the situation, he could see clearly that Mitha was quite scared at the time. No matter what Mitha answered at the time, Lucas finally chose to come down and follow Mitha's steps.

"Ke, why did you come down here?" Mitha asked as she realized that.

"I know you're scared, there's no need to be prestigious in this situation." Lucas replied, just keep going.

Lucas chooses to go first, letting Mitha walk behind him as if to provide protection for the woman who is now quite interested.

"What a weird thing, the lights on the 29th floor are all on, why are they dead here?" Grunt Mitha slowly.

Lucas could still hear that.

"That's because security knows I'm still in my room." Answer's flat.

"Oh yeah? Then why not tell all the security not to turn off the lights on this floor too??"

"Well, I know you're coming back here!" Answer Lucas.

Mitha was finally back in silence with her sour face. Lucas continued to walk calmly towards Mitha's room next to her papa's. He tried to open the door but failed.

"The door's in the lock!" Lucas.

"Oh yeah?" Mitha walked quickly to the door.

"In addition to security, you must have an access card to open the door, right?"

"Have it." Mitha calmly started reaching into her pocket on her blazer.

But his eyes suddenly dodged when he realized that the access card was also left in his room,

"God die me, the card's left inside!" Mitha complained that she was starting to panic.

"Huh?! Oh, my God, that's it!!"

"Duhh how is this??"

"Well, how else?" Take it tomorrow!"

"Where can I, my car keys are inside!"

"Huh, you're really ngerepotin ya!"

"Where do I know it's going to be gini."

"Yes, let me take you home!" Lucas said, looking a little forced,

"No need, I can take a taxi online."

"Hmm yeah, good!" Lucas replied at last.

Mitha again reached into her pocket.

"Aaaghh damn it!!" Mitha complained again.

"Why?"

"My body, my phone..."

"You want to tell me that you live inside, too, that?"

Mitha looked at Lucas with a sad look while nodding slowly. While Lucas, at that time he just snorted and smiled cynically.

"If so, you can order a taxi online via telepathy." Lucas said as if to mock.

"Well, that's good luck." Added Lucas again who finally started to want to step away.

Mitha who witnessed that, certainly did not stay silent.

"Wait!!"

Lucas stopped his steps, then turned back to Mitha.

"Why? You want minjem hp for mesen taxi online?? Huh??"

Mitha was silent at the time.

"Hmm, the bad news is, my phone died from the battery." Lucas added while showing Mitha his dead phone.

"Yes, I want to go home first." Lucas stepped back with a smile.

"Wait!!!" Call Mitha again.

"Otherwise??!" Lucas stopped again.

Mitha hurried to approach Lucas, who was so close to the elevator.

"Ok I agree!" Mitha suddenly said.

"Agreed what?!" Lucas asked his forehead with a puzzled smile.

"I agree you're taking her home!" He said without stale ado which then immediately stepped first into the elevator.

Lucas snorted, then smiled with satisfaction again, because again, Mitha seemed to lose her game.

Mitha kept silent while they were in the elevator, the atmosphere suddenly became a little awkward for the two. As soon as the elevator opened, Mitha went out first and continued to move quickly towards the main door of the lobby.

"Hey, do you know what the conditions are if I want to take you home??!"

"What conditions?"

"Don't sit in the back!!! Because I'm not a driver!" Lucas added again this time immediately stepped first to enter his car.

Mitha was silent for a moment while starting to lift next to her lips in anger.

"Hiss, whatever you want, you're still bumming!!" His grunts slowly while finally starting to continue his steps towards the car.

Mitha sat quietly and began to put on her seatbelt, but suddenly Lucas handed her a brown envelope.

"More." Her speech.

"What's this?" Mitha asked who seemed to have forgotten her betting problem with Lucas.

"Your reward from the bet."

"Oh yeah I forgot." Mitha grabbed the envelope, looked at it for a moment, and the unexpected happened.

How not, Mitha suddenly returned the envelope to Lucas.

"Here, take it back." Said relaxed.

"Why?" Lucas asked, confused.

"No papa, I don't think I need that much."

"You take it, you win!"

"No need. You've brought me tonight, that's the prize. So take back the money."

"No way!"

"Hmm if so, you're the same one who needs this money more, okay?!" Mitha put the brown envelope into Lucas' lap.

Again it made him stunned, only this time there was someone who refused when it was packed with money, especially that it was actually his right to win the bet.

"Hmm, it's not as bad as I thought." Lucas muttered that he finally started driving his car.

...Seriate......
