Ghaib Clinic: 3 Javanese Swordsman

Ghaib Clinic: 3 Javanese Swordsman
Chapter.53 Forest Dwellers

The night sky sounded thunderous. Accompanied by the cold wind that blows from the forest. Creating an atmosphere more gloomy than usual nights.

A thin fog appears to block the view. The lights that lit up along the village road seemed to be faint, so that none of the residents were willing to just get out of the house.

The sound of a bird in love is heard repeatedly. Flying freely around the roofs of the houses, spreading fear to everyone who heard it.

Heru and Jagad still continue to recite in their respective rooms. Nawang fell asleep on the lap of Handayani who was also seen continuously turning prayer beads, glorifying prayers to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Expect protection and safety from all the bad things that might happen.

Aryo looks so agitated. He sat close to a glass window facing directly into the forest. Every now and then he peered out through the slightly exposed gap of the curtains. His lips kept muttering and chanting sholawat and prayer, hoping that everything would be fine.

The night is getting late, the clock has shown at 9 pm. The electricity suddenly went out, making the entire village turn pitch black. Creating a gripping atmosphere that is far more pronounced than ever.

The jagad left his room to turn on the generator. Armed with a small flashlight, he walked alone towards the warehouse located behind the house.

"Mas, do I need to be with you?" ask Heru who came out of his room.

"Kneel!"

Not waiting for long, the rumbling sound of the generator has been heard, the lights that had been extinguished have now returned to light. Although they must be ready to listen to the noise until the electricity comes back to life.

Nawang woke up from his deep sleep. He almost cried, lucky Handayani immediately held him back, until the baby did not continue crying.

The sound of the phone ringing sounded so loud from Jagad's room. He quickly sped up to see who called last night. Leaving Heru who was locking the back door.

The name 'Thunder' on his phone. He immediately picked up the phone from his friend.

"Hallo, assalamu'alaikum!" thunder Sapa.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, Gun. Why the phone nights?" ask Jagad.

"What's the matter, Mas? Nangis ndak's? I can't go back yet, so I'll just go back there next week." Thunder sounded quite alarming to his adopted son.

"Nawang aman there Ibuk. Will it be next week? Really spit?" reply to the Jagad while walking up to Thunder's room. The room where Nawang and Handayani are.

"Yes, Mas. Wong was equally prepared, not good to be delayed too long, hehehehe .. "reply Thunder sounded so happy.

"Have said that you are insistent because you are impatient! Know I'm filling your brain, hahaha ... " Magad does not hesitate to tempt Thunder. He switched the phone to a video call, seen the face of Thunder who was in the house of his late grandfather.

"Hahaha .. yes ndak papa anyway, Mas. I am also still normal" said Guntur accompanied by a happy laughter. "Where's my beautiful daughter?" continued.

"Nih, just woke up to the sound of the generator sound. Fortunately not crying," replied Jagad while showing Nawang who was in Handayani's sling.

"Where, so marriage?" ask Handayani.

"God willing next week, Buk. Ask for his blessing, hopefully everything goes smoothly without obstacles, later Ibuk same Pakde here, yes?" thunder Pinta.

"God willing, if there are no obstacles Ibuk there yes, Le. I will always pray for the best for you and your future wife." Handayani looked so happy, her smile they heard the happy news from Thunder.

"Thank you, Buk. Thunder apologized for having to trouble Ibuk to take care of Nawang as long as Thunder left."

"Ndak papa anyway, Le. Ibuk even seneng suddenly got a grandson as beautiful as this. If you are married, stay here. Let your mother can see Nawang every day, waiting for the grandchildren of later Jagad!" sindir Handayani to his only child.

"Well, I'm quiet and I still have to!" jagad Protest.

"Hahahha .. Yes Buk. At that time I had discussed with Pakde for home problems. The plan is Guntur will wake up next to Ibuk's house later," explained Guntur.

"Loh, said the father of the land sold?" asked Handayani while glancing sharply at Aryo.

"Yes .. who bought Thunder, Buk!" aryo said with a smile.

"Ow, yes, it is. Seneng is horrified."

Amidst the excitement of their chatter, suddenly there was a faint roar from the direction of the forest. Followed by a gust of wind that was strong enough to make some trees around the village uprooted. The night animals flew over, as if frightened by something in the forest.

"Why, Mas?" asked Heru who saw the scared expression of Handayani and Jagad.

Not yet able to answer, suddenly Nawang cried hysterically. To make the whole house panic again. Heru immediately replaced Handayani to calm the little baby. By carrying a holster that often used Thunder to worship, Heru wrapped it into Nawang's body while cradling so that his crying immediately stopped. Prayer strands sounded melodious from his lips, and miraculously Nawang was completely silent.

Thunder looks so panicked, Jagad finally told me about what was happening in his village.

"Am I coming back tonight?" ask Thunder.

"Don't be weird. The problem here is let us take care of it. You help prayer from there, Gun!" push Corn.

"Yes, if there's anything, just tell me, Mas."

"Yes!" Jagad immediately ended his video call with Thunder. He rushed towards the heirloom room with Aryo.

"Sir, what's in the woods?" ask the curious Jagad.

"Your greeting, in the middle of the forest there is one place that is a two-dimensional gate. The gate was never closed perfectly, until the ancients forbade anyone to enter too deep into the middle of the forest. He said there was once a massive terror caused by one of the demons managed to get out of the forest with a human who deliberately resurrected him. Many humans suddenly acted strangely and entered the forest. Reportedly after that they never returned. When several warriors and kyai were sent to search there, they only found the remains of pools of blood and their bones. Some body parts were still left, making the people who were there shudder in horror. Because of the shape of his wound that seemed to be torn apart by a very and wild animal. They even found so many sharp black feathers scattered at the location where the bones of the victims were found," explained Aryo.

"Why can it be repeated now?" The jagad looked so curious about something that was inside the forest.

"We try to find out, let Heru keep Ibuk and Nawang here!" take Aryo to Jagad.

The atmosphere of the night is getting worse. The sky is also growing. Like a war drum that is boisterous. Calls for fear for every creature that listens to it.

Heru peeked out from the window curtain slit. His eyes widened wide, when he saw so many dedemites drifting out of the forest, towards the village of residents. It was as if being driven away by something much more powerful and terrifying inside there.

Nawang stared intently out the window for a moment. The little baby seemed to know something. Her crying stopped, changing a meaningful look at Heru who was carrying her.

A thick fog began to surround the clinic. The longer the more unheard the voices of unseen entities passing by. As if to be a shield, until the gripping night is no longer felt in the house of Jagad.

Nawang laughed out loud. The net was returned to the window that only showed dark.

Instantly the ground shook quite strongly. Heru brought Nawang back into the room and hid under the nightstand in Thunder's room. Handayani frantically follows her husband and son into the inheritance room.

Aryo and Jagad are sitting cross-legged with heirlooms attached right to their chests. Handayani knew they must be doing Ragasukma.

"Gusti ... protect my son and husband," her prayer sounded so soft as she closed the door to the room where her husband and children were.
