Federick, doctors Sandra and Ronald also glazed over the glass remembering about Karen even though it had been a year but it felt like yesterday.

Her mother Elisabeth was still faithfully waiting for her faithful son to close his eyes.

" Dear, it's been a year why are you still sleeping? you don't miss us?" asked her mother Elisabeth in a sad tone while sitting next to her daughter's bed.

Her mother Elisabeth stroked her son's hair and not long after her mother Elisabeth slept with both hands placed on her daughter's bed as a cushion.

Slowly Elisabeth's fingers moved and it was not long before Elisabeth opened her eyes.

( "Where am I? why is my body filled with hoses? what the hell happened to me? and who is the woman who sleeps in the chair next to my bed? my husband how is he? did my best friend Sandra not donate my organs? that's why I'm alive.. My body why can't it move?.. My mouth why is it locked?" elisabeth asked in her heart).

There were many questions in Elisabeth's heart but they could not find the answer. Slowly, Elisabeth opened her eyes. His eyes were perfectly rounded to see his beloved daughter had regained consciousness after a year.

" Elisabeth, are you conscious, baby?" elisabet's mother said with a smile.

Elisabeth wanted to say she wasn't Elisabeth but again her mouth felt locked. Elisabeth's mother pressed a button against the wall near the bed above her daughter's head and it wasn't long for doctors and nurses to arrive.

" Can I help you, ma'am?" ask the doctor in a friendly tone.

" Doctor, my daughter's conscious but my daughter seems to want to talk but can't, please get a doctor's check." asked Elisabeth's mother.

The doctor began to examine Elisabeth with help from the nurse after half an hour to check the doctor and the nurse removed all the tubes attached to Elisabeth's body only the infusion tube was still attached.

" When do docking therapy?" ask Elisabeth's mother.

Finished contacting her husband and Albert, her mother Elisabeth hung up her phone and kept her phone in her bag staring at her beloved daughter.

" Dear, why are you crying? is anyone sick?" asked Elisabeth's mother in a soft tone while checking Elisabeth's body.

The door of Elisabeth's room opened and a middle-aged man and a geeky young man entered the room where Elisabeth was still lying.

" My daughter is conscious? thank goodness I'm so happy." said Elisabeth's father.

" My brother was conscious, Albert was so happy my brother finally came to his senses" Albert said with a smile.

The three of them looked at Elisabeth with a happy smile while Karen who was in Elisabeth's body did not realize that her spirit entered Elisabeth's body.

It did not feel like it was night for Elisabeth's parents as usual to go home while Albert as usual took care of Elisabeth. Elisabeth and Albert both slept.

Karen's Dream

Karen saw her surroundings full of flowers - colorful flowers that are very beautiful make Karen love the flower garden until her eyes saw a geeky girl was staring at her.

" Who are you?" ask Karen

" I'm Elisabeth, I'm dead" Elisabeth said

" Elisabeth??" say Karen again

" You're dead and I am?" said Karen, not continuing her words

" Your spirit has entered my body, may I ask for help?" please Elisabeth.

" My spirit? what happened to my body? what do you want to ask for help?" ask Karen streak.

" You're actually dead after donating your two eyes to your two kidneys and your heart to your husband" Elisabeth explained.

" When I was brought into the ER room by accident my hand touched your body when I breathed my last so that your spirit entered my body. I ask you to take care of my two parents as well as Albert's brother my foster brother." continued Elisabeth.

" How could this have happened" asked Karen in disbelief.

" It's a divine secret, we don't know in the future how" Elisabeth said.

" Are you deliberately making jokes?" karen still couldn't believe it.

" No, it's not a joke I'm seriously saying. Will you comply with my request?" pinta Elisabeth in a sad tone.

" Well, I promise to look after both your parents and my foster brother Albert. Hmmm... What about my husband and children?" ask Karen.

" They live together, your husband is very dear to your son someday you will be reunited" Elisabeth said.

" I miss them so much" said Karen in a sad tone and her two eyes began to glaze over.

" I know but one day you will be reunited and remember my message please take care of my two parents and Albert's sister." said Elisabeth.

" Yes I promise." said Karen.

Elisabeth smiled and turned her back and walked away from Karen. Karen approached Elisabeth but Elisabeth walked away and into a bright light, making her eyes glare.

Karen tried to open her eyes and saw herself in the room where she was being treated in the hospital.

" Have you woken up Elisabeth?" albert asked with a smile

Karen just smiled because her mouth was locked, Albert returned Karen's smile.

" It's early in the morning and my sister comes home because my sister is in college. Quickly healed my sister so that we can go to college together again like before" said Albert.

Not how long his mother came and as Albert said, Albert went home while his mother Elisabeth as usual washed Karen's body with warm water.
