Practice under the waterfall

"How about we use Dad's car in the trunk?" ask Agatha.

They continued their journey towards the destination. Walking up to 2 KM down, they arrived at a reservoir above which there was a waterfall and under the river.

"Yes. Take me near the waterfall." Answer Helena.

"Good." Agatha carried Helena walking towards the waterfall. Helena makes protection in Agatha's body for them to walk into the waterfall. It turns out that behind the rushing waterfall there is a cave in it.

"Flatest." Agatha answered, looking at the contents of the cave like a house that had a bed, a kitchen and some firewood.

"I meditate here often." Answer Helena.

"Oh, it's worth it." Answer Agatha. Helena jumped from Agatha's embrace and walked to the front door of the waterfall.

"Put your stuff in there. And sit under the waterfall. Meditate there and feel the waterfall that falls on your body and as I said to be able to control your own heart, mind, past and strength." Answer Helena.

The face of Agatha who was under the waterfall became restless. And the body that became shivering with coldness then suddenly Agatha was thrown from the waterfall towards the exit.

"I told you to concentrate and make peace with your heart, mind and past. You have to live in the world you choose." Helena replied after turning into a human to help Agatha stand up from the reservoir.

Agatha walked again to the bottom of the waterfall again to try to return to practice as Helena had said. Agatha returned to the meditation position.

"Miss, did I make it?" agatha asked Helena who was in front of her.

"You did it," replied Helena who was smiling faintly with both hands crossed on her chest looking at Agatha who was successful.
