Forced Marriage Alea

Forced Marriage Alea
PPA 28# Graduation

"Mas, I'm leaving" Alea said as she approached Ravka.

The young man still remained faithful in his silence. He was still playing his fingers on the laptop toots on his lap, regardless of Alea approaching him.

"Give yourself time to rest. You work every day from morning to night. Weekend should be a time for you to rest your body and mind. Don't be porsed to keep working" Alea said before leaving Ravka in solitude.

The girl then passed from in front of her husband. Letting Ravka occupy herself with a laptop and a smartphone that does not stop ringing. Technology that connects him with the outside world from his bedroom.

What else is it, you're looking for? You have been showered with abundant material, but still ngoyo work non-stop. Not once did I see you giving yourself time to relax - Alea breathed a look at her workaholic husband.

The more days Alea found it increasingly difficult to understand the young man. Unable to understand her husband's way of thinking, let alone guess what Ravka really wants in her life.

"Ma, Alea said goodbye first" Alea said after meeting her mother-in-law in the living room. The past few days, made Alea's closeness with her mother-in-law even tighter.

Alea had no idea what made the middle-aged woman change her attitude towards him. However, he did not want to take a headache and just wanted to enjoy the treatment of Dilla who showed affection to him.

"Who are you going with? Didn't you ask Ravka for her?" ask Dilla.

"Mas Ravka seems to be busy. I've booked a taxi online for Ma,"

"Now take a taxi? Mama call Dito first, let him anter you," said Dilla who was ready to call one of the drivers who was always ready whenever needed.

"Ga no Ma, it's nothing. The taxi has arrived again. It's a pity that I have to cancel" Alea said with a smile.

"Mama will go there. The address is on the invitation you gave me?"

"Yes Ma. But really don't bother Mama, if it comes to my graduation?"

"Of course not dear. Mama is proud to be able to attend the graduation of my mother. That means Mama has a daughter-in-law who cares about education" Dilla grabs Alea's hand, taking her into her arms to channel her support. The more he knew Alea, the more he became fascinated by the personality her daughter-in-law exuded.

"You've already left, not to be late. Sorry you can't go with you. There's still something you need to do first,"

"Yes Ma, it's nothing. Alea left, Ma" said Alea, grabbing Dilla's hand and kissing the back of her hand. "Assynolt,"

"Guilipinam,"

*********

"Ma, where are we going? Pake bring a bouquet of flowers all," exclaimed Ravka lazily accompanied his mother's steps.

The young man was drowning himself in his work when Dilla forced him to accompany his mother away.

"Tar you know for yourself. After all, it's Sunday, why do you work on holidays? I noticed you were working harder than Alex. He should have a heavier workload than you as a CEO. Not the other way around," Dilla's nagging.

"Alright, Ma. Ravka's doing this not for Alex, but for Grandpa,"

"But still, Mama does not like to see you who have to slam bones for the progress of the company alone. Alex is busy traveling abroad with his wife. You are also newlyweds. It's appropriate that you also take Alea on vacation and enjoy your honeymoon,"

"Why did you talk about this anyway?" said Ravka was careless to talk about the honeymoon.

"Well, you should take Alea for a walk. You're married to Ravka. You've got to forget about Sherly, because now she's your sister-in-law,"

"I know, Ma. When it comes to Sherly, Mama doesn't have to worry. I'm so self-conscious, there's no way I'm going to play with my own family,"

"Mama hold your words. You have to stay away from that girl. Mama believes in you, but not Sherly. Don't be seduced by your sister's own wife,"

"Yet your wife is much prettier than she is. Alea is beautiful inside and out,"

Ravka knitted her two eyebrows. During the trip, her mother did not stop talking about Alea. Not even a little he slipped various compliments for the girl. The young man grew even more astonished as he arrived in front of a Ballrom with a banner inscribed with a graduation ceremony in front of him.

"We're not in the wrong place, Ma?" ravka asked in surprise as Dilla took out an invitation from inside her bag and handed it to the pantia in front of the Ballroom entrance.

"Not wrong, Mama wants to invite you here,"

"Well, did Mama bring me here? Who graduated anyway, Ma? sampa belain maksa me to nemenin Mama" asked Ravka could not eliminate the look of wonder on his face.

"Udah ayok came in," Dilla ignored Ravka's question and breezed into the Ballroom.

Just as the two entered the Ballrom and were looking for empty seats for them to occupy, the MC voice on stage called for the best graduates to come on stage.

Ravka's eyes widened as Alea Prameswari's name was called up to the stage as the best graduate with near-perfect grades. Ravka had always thought Alea was just a responsible teenage boy who might have just graduated SMU looking off her face. He did not expect that the girl had already completed her studies, even with a three point GPA of ninety-six.

Not long after, Alea walked down the stage with a big smile on her face. Clutching the bouquet of flowers in her right hand as well as the certificate in her left hand, Alea walked firmly. Pride radiated on his face that looked more mature today. He feels happy and proud of himself. Something she deserves to be proud of.

"Sister Al, congratulations. I'm not surprised that Kak Al is the best graduate. Brother Al is great," praised Kania when her cousin's brother has approached her.

"Thank you Kania," Alea said still with a smile that never receded from her face. They then chatted while waiting for other graduates to be ordained as a sergeant.

After the graduation ceremony was over, Alea walked out of the room together with Kania beside her.

"Happy dear, well" a voice stopped Alea.

She found her mother-in-law approaching herself with Ravka next to her.

"Same Mama Mas Ravka came?!" aela said with a twinkle of happiness she could not cover adorning her eyes.

"Of course Mama came, Mama promised. Mama was late, so Mama was on the bench at the back,"

"Thank you Ma, already want to take the time to come to my graduation event,"

"Yes dear. Mom is proud of you. Mama did not expect, it turns out you are a smart child," said Dilla, caressing Alea's cheek lovingly.

"Mama was too complimentary" Alea said in a misguided manner.

"Ravka, let's congratulate your wife" Dilla glared sharply at Ravka who was standing next to her.

"Congratulations you are the best graduate" said Ravka flat while handing over a bouquet of flowers that she had brought with her because of her mother's coercion.

He was reluctant to talk to the girl in front of him, if only there was no mother next to him. At least he would try to be kind to Alea in front of his mother, so that the middle-aged woman would not graze on his relationship with Alea.
