Kendrick POV's
Lately, my work has been busy. Even now I have just returned from LA after a week there to review the development of my company branch construction. So busy, I even just called Fiona once. That woman wouldn't have called me if I hadn't contacted her. Another case with Shopie, every day he will ask me news and when will return to New York.
I arrived in New York at about 10 p.m. And go straight to the office because there's something I need to make sure of. Philip said he put the file on my desk. I rushed into my office and saw a brown map on my desk.
Curiously, I opened the map and read the contents. I've been waiting for him for two weeks. And now I know a new fact.
Maybe when I get home, I'll see Sean first. I miss that little baby.
To calm my mind, I took out a bottle of alcohol and a glass from the glass cabinet in my room. In the closet was some kind of alcohol. I went back to my desk and poured the clear liquid into my glass and gulped it down.
After finishing 3 cups of my drink. Relax, I'm not drunk yet. My view is still so clear. 3 glasses of high-grade alcohol does not immediately make you drunk. I glanced at the clock that was coiling in my hand. Hour 11. Looks like I should be home soon. I snatched my suit from the chair and walked out of my room.
I arrived after a fifteen minute drive home. The house is quiet because the filler of this house may have been sleeping. I set my feet walking up every step of the stairs. Stop at one of the room doors. My room door. My fingers moved to push the door. When the door opened, I went into the room. My first goal was to see my little son.
I looked at Sean with the corner of his lips expanding into my little son who was sleeping soundly. I won't be going to the office tomorrow. One day I would accompany Sean, replacing the missed time of the week.
After being satisfied looking at my son, I glanced at the sleeping Shopie. The woman who has been with me for 5 years. I put my foot in the door and walked out of my room. I can't wait to see the woman I missed in a week.
"Czech.." I opened the door that was not closed. I know he deliberately did not lock his room so as not to bother when Sean came to su.su.
From the dim lighting, I saw him sleeping sideways. My feet moved closer to his bed. Well-favoured. That's the word I've always had in mind when I saw her since I first met her in Alaska. I almost accidentally hit him. Our second meeting was at the cafe. I thought after that we would never see each other again. But luck seems to be on my side. A month later, he came to my house. I was surprised to see it. Turns out the niece Shopie told me was her. And from then on, I promised I'd get it. It doesn't matter if anyone is against it. I have to get it.
