Chapter 37: Is It Considered Meeting the Enemy on the Narrow Way?
Chi Yan was like a moon surrounded by stars as he walked amidst a group of fashionable girls. He looked at Chi Jiao from afar.
When he saw that Chi Jiao was walking with her head lowered, Chi Yan's lips curved into a cold and fleeting smile.

Chi Yan once again walked over to Chi Jiao. Smiling, he looked at her and said, “My sister just returned from the mountains. He grew up in Mount Li, so his personality was a bit strange. But she is still very obedient and adorable.”

The girls immediately looked at Chi Jiao with even more disdain.

Chi Yan sighed. “You can't blame Jiaojiao. She was kidnapped earlier when she was 16 years old. Maybe because of that incident, his personality became strange.”
“Abducted? What happened?” Gu Xiaoyan and the other girls immediately became gossip.
“Actually, I also heard about this from my mother. Just then..” Chi Yan walked forward as he spoke softly to the girls beside him. However, his tone was still loud enough that passers-by could still hear him.
