Calista feels bad for Kevin, because Kevin certainly can not accept if his papa married again. Similar to Calista, he used to oppose his papa to remarry, but over time Calista was able to accept his stepmother.

Even though Calista told Kevin to leave, Kevin could not bear to leave. The journey from this area to Calista's house is a bit far away, so Kevin better wait here.

Kevin clasped Calista's wrist and took her to a public burial ground not too far away.
